Seth's Minions (All of Them)

Seth’s Minions
These villains all work for Agent Sol (AKA Seth), who runs an underground organization. Anyone can control them, as long as there is a reason Seth would send them to do whatever you are planning to do. Seth controls things from the shadows to make the Titans lose hope. His ultimate goal is the disbanding of the Titans.

Agent Mercury (AKA Weegee)
Appearance: Weegee has a creepy face, brown hair/mustache, green overalls/ baseball cap, blue shirt, nobody can ever remember what color his eyes are. He is medium height and slightly out of shape. 40 years old.
Powers: Abysmal Stare- Anyone who looks Weegee in the eyes is unable to look away, move, or even think until Wegee looks away. After experiencing the Abysmal Stare, victims feel greatly disturbed and cannot remember anything from the last 24 hours.
Personality: Weegee was an angry plumber. Now he is a creepy stalker. He never talks for unknown reasons, but he does whatever Seth tells him to do. Other than his power, Weegee is useless in a fight.


Agent Venus- (Open)

Agent Earth- (Real name unknown)
Appearance- Agent Earth dresses in a black tuxedo with a white shirt underneath. He also wears a black top-hat. His face sports a long, black, curly mustache. He is short: about four feet tall.
Powers: Bombs- Agent Earth is a bomb expert. He is able to design and build just about any machine, but bombs are his specialty. Most of his bombs are remote-detonated.
Personality- Agent Earth just enjoys blowing stuff up. He enjoys building machines that will blow stuff up. Once in a while, he will engage in long monologues about how good his bombs are. He is a very shallow person. He works for Seth in order to blow stuff up.

Agent Saturn (Orta)
Appearance: Orta has shoulder-length white hair and silver eyes. She wears a sleeveless black shirt, black pants, a red scarf, and a silver wrist-band on each arm. Orta appears to be 16 years old.
Powers: Ageless- Orta can live forever without aging. She is therefore eternally young. She can still be killed, however.
Telepathy- Orta can communicate with people and animals with her mind. She can read the thoughts of people, but only if she is listening intently and not against the will of the subject.
Personality- Orta is just a misunderstood immortal girl. She was shunned by her home village thousands of years in the future and has never really trusted anyone. She cannot remember the incident that led to her traveling back in time, but now she serves Seth. In return, Seth promises to help her find her lost dragon companion.



Agent Neptune (AKA Rico)
Appearance- Rico stands about 4 feet tall. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears normal, middle-class clothing. She is 10 years old.
Powers: Invincible- Most of Rico’s body has been replaced with machinery. Because of this, she is much harder to damage than other people. Injuries she does take don’t hurt her very much, and she can keep fighting with a dozen bullet-holes in her. Extreme injuries can render her unconscious for a short period of time. Her only weak spots are her eyes, as they the only places where she would die from a bullet.
Enhanced Strength- Because of Rico’s cybernetics, her strength rivals that of Kronk. She is stronger than full-grown men, but wouldn’t be able to lift a car. She can run at Olympic speeds and jump about 30 feet (10 meters) into the air. She doesn’t get tired until her job is done.
Combat Trained- Rico is a trained assassin. Her enhanced brain makes her an expert in both martial arts and sharpshooting. Rico is always equipped with either a sniper rifle or an automatic assault rifle. She also carries a handgun and a combat knife at all times.
Personality- Rico’s memory has been wiped, so she doesn’t remember anything from her life before working for Seth. She does not remember that she used to be a government agent for Italy. She serves Seth and seeks his approval in order to give meaning to her life. Even when killing, Rico is happy, energetic, and terribly innocent-looking.



Agent Uranus- (AKA Vega)
Appearance- Vega wears a white mask and a long steel claw at almost all times, but hardly ever wears a shirt. His long hair goes half way down his back and is light brown. A blue tattoo of a snake goes across his chest. He wears blue/yellow pants with a red sash around his waist. He stands average height and looks to be in his early 20’s.
Powers: Jump- Vega is able to jump about 50 feet in the air. He is also able to jump down from great heights without hurting himself.
Acrobatics- Vega’s mastery of acrobatics is at the peak of human capability. Very few people on Earth can keep up with him. He is able to attack in unexpected ways and dart his body around danger. His body is in very good shape, giving him impressive speed and strength.
Personality- Vega is insane. Although he can pass for a normal person in public, he becomes extremely obsessed with things easily. He wears his mask to protect his face, which he considers to be the most perfect thing in the world. He makes everything out to be an epic, romantic story of destiny when he talks. He works as an assassin for Seth because he loves killing people.


Agent Pluto (AKA Evil Waldo)
Appearance- Waldo wears a black and yellow striped shirt and hat, as well as black pants. A pair of shaded glasses and a black mustache are the only noticeable things about his face, which is framed by thick black hair. His age appears to be CREEPY.
Powers: Invisible- Waldo can turn invisible when he wants to. Not only does his body turn invisible, but also everything he is holding or wearing.
Personality- Evil Waldo never had a chance. How can you make an honest living when your first name is Evil? Evil Waldo grew up and has lived for an unknown amount of time, even to himself, with envy of the Good Waldo. Evil Waldo’s nasal voice might get annoying, especially when he is complains about the Good Waldo. Evil Waldo’s ultimate goal is to steal the time/space-traveling cane from the Good Waldo, whom Seth has promised to track down. The real reason Waldo works for Seth, however, is because he looks to creepy to get hired anywhere else.

Edited. I changed Orta's powers as it was a bit repetative. Besides, now her powers are pretty much exactly those of Orta in the Panzer Dragoon video game. (It's very obscure, so don't feel bad if you haven't heard of it.)
