PowersFledgling Alchemist The Duality of Alchemy: Tomohiro is a practiced alchemist, both eastern and western. By combining chemistry and medicine, Tomohiro is able to purify and change substances. Using transmutation circles and arrays, whether they are put on the ground, walls, objects, his body, or someone else's, he can manipulate the world around him. There are many paths by which he can transmute the various substances of the world, with some being to transmute by way of the Four Classical Elements (Water, Earth, Fire, and Air) and some by way of the Three Essential Principles (salt, sulfur, and mercury), but the basic tenet at the very foundation of all alchemy is that of Equivalent Exchange. When transmuting, there is always something that warns others of the manipulation of matter. From snapping his fingers to light coming off of the transmutation circles. This gives his opponent and allies any number of things to do in response as the intention of the transmutation has already gone through, changing it is a matter of doing it again, not in the middle of the transmutation.
1. Deconstruction - Using energy to break down the physical structure of the identified material into a more malleable state so as to be easily reshaped into a new form. This is a fairly obvious principle, frankly. It allows for the destruction of things down to the base elements it was made from. For example, an old boombox can be broken down into aluminum, copper, plastic, iron, and other smaller metals inside. Each material will be deconstructed based on the amount, following the Law of Conservation of Mass.
2. Reconstruction - Continuing the flow of energy so as to reform the material into a new shape. This part of the process is the reason why Transmutation is thought to be like magic, anything could break apart a glass window, but to transform the broken pieces into a sandcastle is an impressive feat for non-alchemists, even more so when the sandcastle is smaller and stronger. This makes for very easy crafting and manipulation. So long as the required materials are there, you can build a house nearly instantly with the proper Transmutation Circle and the proper knowledge behind it. To go back to the radio example, so long as you have all of the parts, you can repair it if it is damaged. This makes the Alchemist a rather nice repairman and blacksmith.
The proper application of this craft requires not only a full understanding of chemistry and ancient alchemical theory but also a sort of natural talent towards recognizing and manipulating the physical objects with energy, which require uncommon levels of intelligence and aptitude.

Physical WeaknessesDespite how he may be seen, he is human and has all of the weaknesses that come with it.
The mystical practice of alchemy to create objects out of raw matter or turn one object into another is widely believed to be capable of anything. Indeed alchemy is often viewed as magical or miraculous by those unfamiliar with the craft but it is a science and as such is subject to certain laws and limitations, all of which fall under the concept of Equivalent Exchange: "In order to obtain or create something, something of equal value must be lost or destroyed."
The Law of Conservation of Mass, which states that energy and matter can neither be created from nothing nor destroyed to the point of elemental nonexistence. In other words, to create an object with the mass of one kilogram, at least one kilogram of material is necessary; destroying an object with the mass of one kilogram would reduce it to a set of parts, the sum of which would have the mass of one kilogram.
The Law of Natural Providence, which states that an object or material made of a particular substance or element can only be transmuted into another object with the same basic makeup and properties of that initial material. In other words, an object or material made mostly of water can only be transmuted into another object with the attributes of water.
Comprehension: Understanding the inherent structure and properties of the atomic or molecular makeup of a particular material to be transmuted, including the flow and balance of potential and kinetic energy within. This is the first step of three when it comes to Western Alchemy, and is the absolute requirement to get anything done in Alchemy, for how can you deconstruct and reinvent something you don't already understand.
Mental Weaknesses(Afraid of fire? Afraid of water? What kind of mental downsides do they have, if any?)
Equipment{This section is where you list the things your character carries on him, usually. Pocket knives, guns, bulletproof vests.}
Seal of Kagu-tsuchi: The full array appears to consist of a circle corralling an inverted hexagram made up of a large air triangle and a large earth triangle, both splitting into identical pairs as they intersect, with a fire triangle at the center, pointing upward toward a flame. Below the hexagram is an image of a salamander. Outside the circle is a pair of entwined basilisks and the text of the "Libera Me" responsory repeated multiple times. This array allows him to manipulate the concentration of oxygen in the air. The user raises the density of the oxygen surrounding his target to a level at which it becomes volatile and creates narrow pathways of oxygen between himself and his target through which he can direct the ensuing flash fire that blossoms from the spark of his gloves. As a result, he can incinerate any number of enemies in the field while deftly avoiding any adjacent allies. The 'snap' sound heard at the start of these transmutations is caused by the instantaneous speed at which the highly concentrated gases and sparks react together and pop. The right appears to allow for large explosive attacks, while the left allows for smaller, but strong and very accurate pinpoint flame attacks.
Using this array, Tomohiro is able to separate hydrogen atoms from the oxygen atoms in water molecules, isolating them into a highly combustible fuel and powerfully volatile oxidizer, respectively. Though this method can only be used when a large quantity of water is present in a relatively closed-off space (and not in the rain where the air is open and separating hydrogen and oxygen for the purpose of combustion would pose far too much danger to anyone in the vicinity), with an outside source of ignition such as a cigarette lighter or a match, Tomohiro can produce extremely powerful, localized explosions.
Seal of Amatsumikaboshi: An array in the design of triangle inscribed in a circle with alchemical symbols in the center of each - the sun symbol (signifying gold) on the right side and the moon symbol (signifying silver) on the left. When put together the two triangles (the left pointing up to represent fire and the right pointing down to represent water) combine to form a hexagram that initiates the transmutation. By combining the contradictory symbols of the sun and moon, gold and silver, water and fire, Tomohiro creates an unstable imbalance of energy in whatever matter the inscribed object touches, causing it to explode violently. This array is also capable of causing that instability to flow from one place to another at his will, essentially directing localized explosions from long range.
Seal of Izanami: Marked with "TERRA" (the Latin word for "Earth") and "AER" (the Latin word for "Air"), an array incorporating twin snakes in a Caduceus pattern surrounded by reptilian scales and a series of tribal arrows leading down, representing an outward flow. This array is designated for deconstruction. Able to destroy anything with which it comes into contact by way of the intricate and arcane Transmutation Array tattooed thereupon. The strain of alchemy that this array allows Tomohiro to produce is powerful, advanced, and unique. Following the cyclical flow of transmutation, but only taking into account the first two steps - comprehension and deconstruction. By "stopping at the second step", the physical structure of whatever he targets is broken down and not reshaped, essentially reducing it to debris. By applying this method to his victims, he destroys their internal systems instantly while circumventing both Human Transmutation and the Ishvalan stigma associated with giving new form to one of God's creations.
Seal of Izanagi: An array designated for reconstruction, is marked with the same array turned upside down to represent an inward flow and with the reptilian scales tattooed in white ink rather than the black ink of Izanami. Its inward flow completes the cyclical pulse of full transmutation and it is marked with "IGNIS" (the Latin word for "Fire") and "AQUA", (The Latin word for "Water") completing the elemental tetrad
Tomohiro likes to put the above two together on items like a hammer or a defibrillator, as it allows the two to work together, creating a much faster, more powerful, and more flexible transmutation and assistance in healing due to each seal specializing in specific parts of the process of Transmutation.
Might of Takemikazuchi: Encircled triangles and a trio of runes. Inside the triangle appears to be the Hebrew word often associated with "God". Additionally, there is a ring of inscribed text around the outermost circle. The text reads "Laufet, Brüder, eure Bahn, Freudig, wie ein Held zum Siegen" while the left gauntlet reads "Froh, wie seine Sonnen fliegen Durch des Himmels prächt’gen Plan, Laufet, Brüder, eure Bahn, Freudig, wie ein Held". With the aid of this Transmutation circle, it is possible that this method transfers the kinetic energy of impacts into alchemical energy, enhancing the speed and force of his transmutations to rapidly produce large stone spikes, walls or other objects from the earth at a rapid rate. The spikes, in particular, are extraordinarily sharp and strong. Additionally, it allows martial arts to double as a source of heavy artillery, transforming raw stone or brickwork into projectiles, which are then launched by a punch or kick.
«««CEREBRAL PROFILE»»»
Personality» Incomprehensible Patience: If there was ever a time where he had to be reduced to a singular word if there was one thing he holds himself to if there was a name that existed within his being that defined him on its own. It wouldn't be his philosophical mentality, it wouldn't be that he's preachy at times, it wouldn't even be his intelligence. Patience, his patience for progress, his patience for people, his patience for power. His patience is displayed in his smile that he wears without falter. But don't mistake his patience for laziness. Patience isn't the act of doing nothing in the hopes that the thing you want is simply granted to you. You work for what you wish, you put effort into it, and do your best to achieve it. Patience is not doing nothing to an injury expecting it to heal in time without treatment, the wound will get infected or you will bleed out if you don't try.
His many long years of life and youth have created a very relaxed and perhaps playful demeanor. Although he seems rather formal at times even when it's perfectly acceptable to be less so, he namely does it because he wishes to, not because he feels any need to. His training has brought the importance of the moment to his mind, and the vastness of his life has given him a new perspective of time as well. While the moment is something that is to be taken, enjoyed, and used to progress, there are also so many more to be taken and enjoyed. His experience with people over lifetimes, the hardships of oppression, war, law, and crime have given him an impressively numbed state of mind toward offenses, aggression, death, and even the oddities of lunacy and idiocy.
Because of his patience, he much rather prefers to play the long game, much like how Aizen had plotted against the Soul Society for years under their noses with a smile on his face. Whether it be in torturing a person, or simply because of an overarching plan that requires time to get into full swing. He will achieve his goals, the question is how, not when.
» Humor: A lesser key trait of his is the nearly omni-humorous point of view. Similar to a Taoist enjoying life as it comes regardless of the depravity that exists in it, Dravocn has a hard time not making himself laugh, even if idiots were threatening to nuke each other simply over a personal dispute. Originally it was a self-defense mechanism he had developed to deal with tragedy and painful situations, but it has developed to the extent that he isn't sure if he's laughing because it's funny or if it's because he's uncomfortable anymore.
» Confident: There's a big difference between one's confidence in their skill and one's arrogance in their abilities. Arrogance typically means you disregard the capabilities of another because you feel it will do very little to affect you or your goals. Confidence is knowing your ability to accomplish a task, knowing how well you can accomplish it, knowing you're not perfect but you can try regardless. Dravocn has always thought of himself as humble, not that he denies praise, but he denies exaggeration. Almost everyone has been as weak as he is and therefore everyone can easily be as strong as he is or stronger with enough effort and patience.
» Introspective: As someone who has two or three different reasons to meditate, such as his cultivation, he spends a lot of time in his own head. He sees the world around him much like anyone would. Shoot, thanks to his training and his abilities as an advanced soul, he's probably more aware of his surroundings. Though he catches himself wondering if he's resisting the urge to react or if he's simply disinterested, why he feels angry or why doesn't he and why does he think he should, why does he do something and not another or why does he do something or not do something. His dispassionate yet pervasive passive anger borders on sociopathic. Though considering he knows he does feel empathy for others' pain, he has a hard time associating with that word. In general, he's actually pretty disconnected considering his empathetic approach toward the differences in others. Just as simply, he asks why, how, and what quite often to others as well.... almost mechanical in a way.
» Jekyll and Hyde: Just as Hyde was the Id of Dr. Jekyll, the being that Jekyll was scared to be and the being he wanted to be. The strong, charismatic, confident man that Jekyll did not think himself to be. Tomohiro has almost a similar side to him. The difference between himself and those two being that he not only embraces this side of himself but he is still the same person on this side of his coin.
Tomohiro can easily be considered patience incarnate, but behind that calm smile is the embodiment of hellish wrath and hate. There are no absolutes, purity is subjective, kindness is also subjective, perspective is everything whether you're right or wrong. Simply because someone is kind and affectionate does not mean that they are without greed or lust. The cruelty, pain, and hypocrisy that mankind and others have called upon themselves, and others have not only been witnessed and built up but created a monster of spite. This side of Dravocn lavishes in a hedonistic euphoria while torturing a cruel or spiritually diseased despicable person. The hellish smile he gains when peeling the skin off of his victim, a rapist, a child molester, a domestic abuser, or simply a man who's cruel for the sake of being cruel. Tomohiro embraces this side of himself not because he believes himself to be a punisher of the sinful or damned, but because he knows that he would be incomplete if he resisted the emotions that existed within him. An empty shell does not make a spiritually complete person, one must be in control of themselves not reject themselves. So do not mistake his relaxed demeanor to mean that he does not care. He is simply used to the despicable occurrences within humanity. He has seen it's ups and downs, appreciated the smiles of the happy and the sinister, heard the cries of the beaten and the damned, and has survived the bombings of nuclear warheads in his home country. He doesn't resist the darkness, doesn't usher in the depravity within or without, he is the product of discipline tested and time, plotting, watching, waiting, and enjoying himself all the while.
