Main Power Origins: Natural
PowersAtlantean Physiology: Living under an ocean, Atlanteans have a few morphological differences as standard that adapt them to this environment. They have gills that let them breathe water, but can also breathe air for short periods of time. Their skin is smooth and gives less resistance to water, allowing them to move at swimming speeds twice as fast as a human can run, and juke as nimbly as a dolphin against drag. Their ageing is reduced, meaning they live longer lives than humans. And finally they have a low level telepathy which allows them to communicate with each other about as far as one could hear another talk.
- Super Strength: Stronger than most Atlanteans, Zallec can lift up to 12 tons while underwater/when saturated sufficiently. On land he can lift up to 4 tons.
- Super Durability: Tougher than most Atlanteans, Zallec can stand up to 16 tons while underwater/when saturated sufficiently. On land he can stand up to 5 tons.
- Telepathy: More than most Atlanteans, Zallec can use his telepathy to communicate with other forms of aquatic life, plus humans, and over a distance of 500m. He may also speak aloud using only his mind. He can project an image of himself into the minds of others, which may be used to beguile but also to just add face to voice.
- Amnesia: Zallec can use his telepathy to impose a mental block on a target. The target will forget one memory, skill, or ability that Zallec
also forgets. He can only suppress things that he shares with the target. This amnesia can be reversed by him or after half an hour of waiting.
- Telepathic Stinger: Zallec has the morphological attachment of a tail which is much like that of a manta ray. The tail is barbed and can deliver a payload of venom upon contact with skin. Those afflicted become much more receptive to his telepathic influence. This means he can cause small involuntary movements (spasms) in the target (e.g. dropping items, tripping up), put words into their mouth (short sentences), and remotely view through their senses.
If more venom is applied in a controlled setting (a process which takes an hour) then Zallec can completely puppet the target's body as if it was his own for as long as it takes the venom to break down in their system.

Abilities- Water acrobatics
Physical Weaknesses- Atlanteans can only breathe air for up to an hour before they begin to asphyxiate. Only being fully submerged in water can reset the clock, or else a specially prepared environmental suit.
- Sources of heat can reduce the time they spend out of water drastically depending on severity.
- As stated, his greatest strength and durability can only be obtained while submerged or sufficiently doused.
- His telepathy is not targeted passed normal talking distance. He can only communicate with minds further than that by broadcasting to anyone in range. Such as if he was shouting.
- Just because he can talk to fish, doesn't mean fish will listen to him.
- People immune to telepathy, or combatants with no mind, will obviously not be afflicted by his mental abilities.
- Tin foil covering a person's head will block any telepathic overtures he attempts.
- The holographic projection of himself will have no shadow or reflection. It produces no sound and has no smell.
- People immune to poison can not be effected by any telepathic attacks caused by the stinger.
- Even when fully envenomed, if a puppet goes outside his 500m range, Zellac can no longer control them.

Mental Weaknesses- Will endlessly underestimate landwalkers.

Equipment- Environmental Suit: A tank of water attached to his back which feeds directly to his gills (located on both sides of his torso). The water within is specially prepared to house more oxygen per square foot than regular bodies. This tank can last him 24 hours out of water.
- Murlocs: Often in his entourage Zallec has up to six murlocs. These are strange mutated amphibious fish creatures that have very good diction. The murlocs equip themselves with melee weapons, hooks, nets, and guns. Murlocs use olfactory senses primarily and thus aren't inconvenienced by the dark.
- Submersible: A small Atlantean submersible machine, much like a diver propulsion vehicle, that is designed to reach speeds of up to 120mph underwater. Only one person can use it at a time, and they do so by hanging off of it. It can be issued telepathic commands.

PersonalityZallec likes a cheap thrill. He will look for gratification in the moment and has little love for waiting. Brawling is fun to him, having had little experience of defeat in his life. Even if an opponent could match him for power, his mental abilities allowed him to turn to tide back.
Morality has been sidelined as he came to terms with his ability to control others. He tends not to consider others and holds an amoral nihilistic view of suffering. His education by the Deluge has pushed him to consider humans as inferior and immoral. Though he wryly considers their stance as environmental protectors to be too dishonest. He'll listen to their lectures for a cleaner planet, but he's just there to crack some skulls.
He doesn't mind if people think him dumb (not that he's highly educated in the first place). And knows his bit about environmental terrorism and Atlantean tech, but doesn't apply himself.

HistoryBorn to Tritonian parents, Zallec emerged an Atlantean with some manta ray features. He found early on that his venom augmented his telepathic abilities. But practising with it became difficult due to the unwillingness of other children to take a sting without balling their eyes out.
When he was older he was recruited into a terrorist organisation known as the Deluge. They believed that surface dwellers were living pollution and had to be eradicated. To Zallec, it was as good an excuse as any to beat up on some dry skins. He made friends with a race of mutated fish creatures called 'Murlocs' who were also part of the movement.
Together with a few other individuals they make up the eastern Pacific branch of the organisation. Zallec has been up and down the coast trying to make a name for himself. Lightning raids on coastal targets followed by stalwart defiance of the responding authorities has been his MO.
