History and Official Reports
Very little is known about this bloodthirsty hitman aligned with Three Oni, as so far he has only been seen once and left only bodies of rival gang members in his wake. Eye witness reports state seeing the suspect easily subdue a man twice his size before going into a nightclub, flinging club security in all directions effortless while sustaining gunfire by mafia members- who he made short and bloody work of as referenced in the report of Detective Barlowe. Further reports indicate suspect displaying an INHUMAN diseregard for human life, horribly butchering and slaughtering the mafia members who opposed him before making his way back out and leaving by motorcycle. Remains at large.

Based on the "鬼" on his jacket and an identical symbol formed at another crime scene involving three dead Three Oni members, we believe he has ties to the gang and is speculated to have enacted a kind of "street justice" against those responsible. Further evidence of this motivation is of a later body found. As of now suspect remains at large, despite questioning of Three Oni gang members.
