The ability to channel magic through herself and out through her wand, and the ability to swap out a max of 5 spells via a book kept in her house. Each new spell swapped would be approved for threads.
-Levitation spell: Allows the lifting of an object of 1 tonne from 1 foot away. Can be used on both organic and inorganic objects, the spell duration lasts for a max of 5 minutes before she has to put the object down and cast the spell again. She can move the object as long as it stays within a 1 foot radius of her person.
-Unlocking spell: Allows unlocking, unbounding, untieing, unbutton, hacking passwords.
-Lightning spell: Creates a small bolt of lightning from her wand ranging to a max of 11mA (0.011 amps).
-Ice spell: Makes the ground under someone's feet slippery or freezes someone's feet to the ground, stopping movement
-Blindfold spell: Creates a thick cloud around a person's head, stopping them from seeing in front of them, the cloud dissipates after 5 minutes.Skills

-Hazel is human, which as is obvious includes many weaknesses. Dark magic, magic blasts, etc would hurt her just as much as it would do a human.

Similar with her spells, Hazel’s potions can also be swapped out for different ones, but these that are listed are the potions she usually keeps on her unless approved for threads.
-2 "smoke bomb" potions.
-3 healing potions that can heal anything, from cuts & bruises, broken bones, scars, even regrow limbs all while suppressing pain, however they can't revive the dead or heal mental problems, only physical. It can heal old injuries such as scars. Depending on the severity of the injuries it can take up to a day to heal, cuts and grazes heal in seconds, scars in a couple of hours, more internal things take up to a day. Also obviously you can't be fighting while using the potion, same as applying any bandage or drinking any drink, unless you're very skilled at multitasking or want to spill it everywhere. Hazel also brings some cotton pads with her, its easier to apply it to skin that way.
-2 fear potions, when thrown it releases a gas which creates personal hallucinations for up to 10 minutes, strong willed characters may be able to face their fears or break out of it earlier.
-3 transmogrification potions, these turn anyone it touches into a random land animal for 10 minutes, ranging from a kitten or a bear, an otter or a tiger. Those affected still retain their human intelligence & thoughts.
Playful, quirky, a little weird. She enjoys practicing her magic and making a living for herself with her skills, although usually playful she can have a serious side and gets very annoyed at people who interfere with her work or people who mock her magical abilities. Despite having grown up in quite a traditional and rural setting, she still enjoys the conveniences of modern life and can be seen listening to her iPod while cruising around the city on her broomstick.
Having grown up in very female dominant surroundings (the only men in her life being her father and uncle) she is surprisingly very relaxed with men, she can be quite tomboyish at times. She likes to focus on the present and try to work out problems that need fixing rather than fantasising about what could be, although she does enjoy the odd tarot card reading and things like that, but she doesn’t worry too much about the future or the past.

Hazel was raised by her parents who were both none magical, but when her aunt Samantha visited her from America (who was magical) she could sense that Hazel had inherited her and her grandmother’s magical abilities. Thia, having been aware of her sister's magical abilities allowed Hazel to go to America and start being taught by her aunt, Hazel began learning and understanding the magic of the world, and growing up being aware of magic, of course her none-magical parents encouraged her magical teachings from her aunt and grandmother. Hazel learned about all the different schools of magic, including a brief few lessons on necromancy, but herbalism and potion making were her favourite subjects.
While out gathering herbs one day she came across an injured black cat who she nursed back to health, as it turned out, the injured cat was named Sebastian, and was actually a powerful wizard who had been stripped of his magic and turned into a cat for his evil deeds, forced to spend his long servitude as a cat. Hazel befriended the cat, as she didn’t mind his sarcastic quips, he eventually became her familiar and friend.
Once Hazel finished her witch training, she continued to live with her aunt until she had enough money for a house of her own, setting up her own online business selling potions to fellow witches and wizards to help with that. Hazel now lives in a house just outside Jump City, where she makes her crafts which include potions, herbal oils, teas, soaps packed with nice smelling herbs and other nice and natural homey things to appeal to market stall and online customers. Hazel depends on her garden which has been enchanted to be easier to care for and survive through the winter.
Hazel still continues her magic learning with Sebastian, as there are so many magical things to learn, she also follows Wiccan as her religion.
