| "Sorry to interrupt the victory celebration, but like I said. This isn't over."«««IDENTITY»»» Codename: Robin Nickname(s): Boy Wonder, Birdie Boy, Bird Brain- and others. Age: 18 Race: Human Alignment: Neutral Good Is this a canon?: Yes «««PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION»»» Hair Color: Black Eye Color: It's a secret Gender: Male Height: 5'04" Weight: 105LB Other Traits: None «««SKILL SET»»» Main Power Origins: Natural Powers
- Peak Human Condition: Robin represents the pinnacle of human physical ability possible for his age, with his physical characteristics greater than that of even an Olympic level athlete. He was raised in an acrobat family known as the "Flying Graysons" and began agility training at the earliest age, and continues to engage in intense regular rigorous exercise (including aerobics, weight lifting, gymnastics, and simulated combat) to keep himself in peak condition.
- Strength: Through his rigorous training and upbringing under the wing of Batman, Robin is among one of the strongest non-metahumans for his age. He has punched out much larger and stronger opponents like Cinderblock, and even been able to carry an entire Bear on his back. He can inflict up to half a ton of force through unarmed strikes.
- Endurance: Robin's durability is such that he can be struck by large amounts of blunt force trauma, and his endurance allows him to go a long period of time without stopping, both in the physical and mental sense.
- Agility: His balance and coordination are superb, and he has incredibly quick reflexes, which allows him to dodge energy blasts and gunfire at close range. He is shown to be able to scale city buildings, leap the length of a rooftop, and maneuver through the air in battle with ease.
- Speed: He can also run at an above average speed for a human in small bursts, sufficient to chase down vehicles.
SkillsExceptional Martial Artist Exceptional Escapologist Exceptional Leadersip Infiltration Disguise Mechanic/Engineering Physics and Chemistry Piloting Driving Strategizing
Abilities Acrobatic Marksman Genius Intellect Observant
Physical Weaknesses None
Mental Weaknesses Obsessive: Robin has shown through the earliest encounters with Slade, that his desire to defeat and put a criminal behind bars can become such that nothing else matters.
Competitive: Another flaw of Robin's is that he is very competitive, and still a little bit immature.
Temper: Going hand in hand with the above flaws, Robin does have his occasional outbursts of rage.
Equipment Costume: Robin's costume is composed of light body armor that protects from forceful impact (including bullets), yet still allows for ease of movement. It incorporates a cape made of high-density polymerized titanium that serves as flexible armor, and has resilience to heavy artillery and various kinds of high-intensity flame, even that generated by superhumans, such as Hot Spot. His boots have platforms made of metal, giving traction in most terrains and weighing his kicks for considerably more power.
Utility Belt: Robin wears a utility belt, giving him access to a wide array of tools and weapons inside the various compartments. Birdarangs: Small, bladed objects that can be thrown like boomerangs.
Bo Staff: A collapsible metal staff, this is Robin's main weapon. It can be used to strike and attack, and spun around as a makeshift shield. The composition of the staff is strong enough to block blasts of energy and support a large amount of weight. It can also be separated into 2 Eskrima sticks.
Smoke Pellets: Capsules that release a grey smoke over a wide area, effective for confusing a large number of opponents and for covering escape.
Flash Bombs: Each marble sized bomb explodes in a burst of bright light, blinding his opponents.
Ammunition Discs: Easily thrown discs that contain various substances, such as freezing gas, extinguishing foam, and explosives. Robin can also attach these onto a specific target, then set a timer on them for a delayed release.
Grapple: Most often used to swing on buildings and catch himself from falling, it can also be used to tie up an opponent, or launched as a makeshift projectile.
Mini Supercomputer: Can scan the area, analyze evidence and hack into computer systems

«««CEREBRAL PROFILE»»» PersonalityRobin is often described as being a loner, often brooding and stoic. He is one the most serious out of the original titans, and is very no nonsense when crime fighting. Despite this, he does have his more playful and relaxed side. Robin cares deeply about his friends and will "chill" with the others from time to time. He does not like losing, a flaw that becomes apparent when playing games- like cards. But this flaw becomes very detrimental when trying to hunt down criminals. He is the most driven of the group when it comes to crime fighting, and can become very obsessive toward this end. Robin posed as a criminal to try and catch Slade from his need to beat his nemesis. But inspite of these faults, Robin remains a level headed (most of the time) and competent leader, who gives it his all to protect his friends. «««PERSONAL BACKGROUND»»» Family Members: All Deceased. Place of Origin: Gotham City HistoryPre-Teen TitansRobin was born as Richard "Dick" Grayson to John and Mary Grayson. As a child, he and his parents were a family of circus acrobats known as The Flying Graysons. While he was preparing for a performance one day, he overheard two gangsters who worked for a crime boss named Tony Zucco attempt to extort protection money from the circus owner. The owner refused, and the two gangsters sabotaged the trapeze wiring with acid. During their next performance on the trapeze, his parents were swinging from ropes when they suddenly broke, causing his parents to fall to their deaths. Before he could go to the police, Batman appeared, and warned him that the two gangsters worked for Tony Zucco, a very powerful crime boss, and that revealing his knowledge could lead to his death. He was adopted by Bruce Wayne after his parents were killed by Zucco, and became Robin. Together, Batman (Bruce) and he disrupted Zucco’s extortion rackets and gambling rackets and then successfully baited the riled Zucco into visiting a construction sight, where they captured him. Through the years of working with the Dark Knight, he was greatly trained mentally and physically in ways no other child was. For reasons undisclosed in the show, but the actual reason being that after being shot, Batman tried to take Robin out of the field, but Robin thought he was being treated like a kid and was about to give up being a hero with Batman (calling it “Kid Stuff”). Robin eventually left Batman, and moved to another city (though it is known to still be close to Gotham) to continue fighting crime, though this time he intended to go solo. He was 15 when he left Batman. Joining Teen TitansRobin met up with Beast Boy, Cyborg, and Raven when Starfire came to Earth and started destroying the city. After a brief yet fierce confrontation where even the Boy Wonder appeared to meet his match, Robin helped Starfire by freeing her from her chains. She then kissed him to learn English, and told him to leave her alone unless he wanted to be destroyed. Robin and the others teamed up to find her, and they later fought the aliens who came to find and imprison Starfire. Shortly after defeating them, Robin gave the others communicators, and later created the Teen Titans, of which he became the leader It has been a rollercoaster of good and bad times since then. From their first encounters with Slade, who almost succeeded in destroying the titans on different occassions- making Robin his apprentice during one of them. And then there was Terra, who joined the titans as a ploy by Slade to destroy the team. Robin has stuck by his friends through thick and thin, whether it be in space, under the sea, or to the ends of the earth. «««Sample RP»»» Robin sat infront of the main computer of the Titans' Tower. The sun had set awhile ago, and he couldn't hear the others- they must have gone to bed. It just didn't make any logical sense to him. He was still going over his encounter with "Fasilli" in his mind, and over, and over. The things he said; "nobody wanted you or the others to even exist until now. And even then, only I remain."And what was that about an alternate reality? This could have been chalked up to the ramblings of a mad man. But Robin remembered Larry, who came from another dimension. Could this Fasilli be from there? No that couldn't be right. Based on his rantings, it sounded like the titans didn't exist from where he was from. That raised so many more questions than it answered. But he wasn't going to rule out that this "Fasilli" wasn't in some way similar to Larry. Perhaps he was the Larry of this alternate reality where none of the titans existed. Something that also concerned him deeply was the mention of the slate "now being clean." Did that mean this alternate reality no longer existed? Did HE wipe the slate clean? Robin felt a cold shiver run down his spine at the thought that there was something THAT inconceivably powerful running around. "So you're basically a bored 'godling' that sees us as playthings?" Robin said thinking out loud to nobody. The computer's built in communication system then bleeped from someone trying to call them. It was probably one of the other teams. Robin pressed a key and Bumble Bee's face appeared on screen. "Oh, I figured I wouldn't be the only one burning the midnight oil," she commented, signs of exaustion barely evident in her face and voice. "Hard to sleep after a prison break across the country," Robin quipped simply. "How're things on your end?" He asked with concern. Bee sighed. "The boys' pride hurts more than anything else. Thought with Mas Y Menos we'd be able to easily catch all of the escapees. But those little freaks that came with that clown were more trouble than we expected," she admitted. Robin knew what she meant. Like their master, they were obviously not from this world. He didn't even understand exactly how that was, they weren't overly dangerous. They almost spent as much time fighting each other as they did everyone else. But there had been so many of them. What was more irritating was they "exploded" into confetti after being hit once by virtually anything. "What about you guys? Know anything that can help us figure out what to do if this guy comes back?" Bee asked him, bringing him out of his musings. "It was a mess for us too. I'm going to go over any footage from the prison to see if I can learn anything from that. What all did he say to you guys?" Robin blinked to attention. "Just a lot of nonsense about how he's sick and tired of everything being so boring. And apparently he has some kind of beef with someone... or a group of people- very cryptic. He seemed to find it funny when I didn't understand," Bee replied with a yawn, her tiredness finally showing. "Same. We should get some sleep. There's a lot of work ahead of us with all of these criminals on the loose, and this 'Fasilli' guy," Robin smiled wryly. "If you guys find out anything else, let us know," he added off-handedly. "Will do. And likewise, anything you guys find out will be great," Bee replied with a wave, and then the screen went blank. Robin sighed and sank into his chair for a moment, debating on trying to go through the prison security footage for anything. With a yawn, it was obvious what he should do. And with that, he got up to head to bed himself. | |
