Personality: CAP is a sophisticated artificial intelligence. He is a no nonsense, straight arrow kind of guy with only so much patience. He dislikes being treated as property, especially due to his belief that machines are superior than organic life. While he is self-assured of this fact, he does not deny the fact that organics created him, and there are things they can do which machines cannot. He busies himself by monitoring every nook and cranny of the tower, his primary objective being to guard against intruders.

Based on interactions with the others in the tower, CAP may have been installed within the tower by someone other than "the one in the hoodie." He did not make himself known immediately, instead choosing to watch and observe in secrecy as others found themselves within the tower. He has since become more vocal, making himself more known throughout the tower in the form of operating the Tower's systems, including it's defenses.
