-Able to run at a speed of 176 mph.
Sub-Powers: Able to vibrate molecules to phase his arms, legs, and head threw objects. Able to spin arms around 60 meters a second to create a SMALL gust of wind.

-Channel and shoot silver lightning bolts through the Speedforce, causing small, not very powerful jolts of electricity.
Sub-Powers: Can charge small things like phones or a flashlight. Can channel sparks from his hand to start a small fire, or provide a little bit of light in dark places.

- Comedic, Great Gamer, Knows a LITTLE BIT about hacking and coding from Nora, has some skill in karate.

Physical Weaknesses
-Can only run so fast or else his body will disintegrate into silver sparks of electricity (Whoever checks this over, PM me and I will explain my reasoning, I just don't want to give too much away about my plans for Silverbolt).

-Access to the Speedforce requires him to use a lot of energy, so if he runs for more than an hour, he'll become exhausted.

Mental Weaknesses
-INCREDIBLY impatient.

-Arrogant, results in taunting and teasing opponents with witty comments.

-His suit, which is like the Flash's costume somewhat. It has the earpieces and the main outfit except in silver and dark blue, without the mask.
-He usually keeps his phone on him

Personality
-Chris is quite arrogant and self assured, not really believing any other hero could do the job he could do. He can come across as mean to others and seems like he doesn't take crimefighting that seriously, making jokes and witty remarks every moment he gets. But Chris can turn out to be quite the friend if you give him a chance. Chris is funny, a little sarcastic, and always loyal to his friends, always taking their sides. Chris has the tendency to be really impatient, getting bored easily if he's forced to wait for something
