«««SKILL SET»»»
PowerEnhanced accuracy- Through training to heighten her senses, Quiver can hit a moving target every time with any kind of ranged weapon, although her speciality is with a bow and arrow. Her skill with the bow is comparable to Green Arrow. When using her bow, which is extremely high quality, her arrows can travel as far as 400 metres on flat land with no obstructions and the wind blowing in her favour. Within this range, she can fire with pinpoint accuracy up to 150 metres.
Sub power: Master martial arts- Through her training, she was also taught how to fight hand to hand. She fights with a style focusing on fast precise strikes and throws to maintain distance. She combines these tactics with her speed and acrobatic ability to make for a deadly fighting style.
EquipmentArrows- Quiver carries a quiver full of... well, arrows. These arrows are made of metal and come with either pointed or blunt ends. The pointed ones can pierce themselves into steel enough so that it's just the shaft sticking out. She has up to 35 arrows in her quiver.
Bow- Quiver uses a top of the line bow that is designed purposely for combat. It is better than any bow usually available to people. It can send arrows out at 230MPH.
Wires- The wires she uses for her gadget arrows are tough steel wires that can't be cut through by normal blades.
Goggles- The lenses of these goggles are made out of one way glass so that people cannot see her eyes, though she can see through them. It also has X-ray vision, heat vision and night vision for when her sight would otherwise be compromised, like with her own smoke arrows.
Facemask- Her face is covered by a mask that goes from her chin to the top of her nose that is made of metal (unlike the one in the image I used). As well as just covering up half of her face, it also has technological functions. It has a voice modifier that turns her voice deep and electronic and it acts as a gas mask.
Normal arrows- Quiver's uses metal arrows that either have blunt or pointed ends. The pointed ones are sharp enough to pierce tough metals.
Gadget arrowheads- Quiver has a vast array of gadget arrows. She keeps these in pouches on her belt and attaches them to her normal arrows, which are designed to slot in to the gadget heads. The types of gadget arrowheads are as follows:
*Grappling arrows- These are arrows that have retractable wires coming from them for scaling buildings and moving through rooftops. She carries up to nine of these.
*Explosive arrows- These arrows detonate on contact with the target with enough force to blow a hole in a wall two metres tall and wide. She carries up to two of these.
*Taser arrows- These arrows give the target an electric shock equal to that of a taser upon contact. She carries up to two of these.
*Gas arrows- These are arrows with arrowheads that open upon impact, releasing nauseous gas that will make you disoriented and confused in small amounts and will leave you straight up unconscious if you breathe in too much. The gas comes out in the form of a cloud that spreads out to cover 100 metres and lasts a minute before dissipating. She carries up to two of these.
*Smoke arrows- These arrows give out very large amounts of smoke, creating a smoke screen. The smoke comes out in a cloud that covers 100 metres and lasts a minute before dissipating. She carries up to nine of these.
*Bola arrows- This arrow fires out as one arrow, then explodes after a certain distance to release a pair of bolas that go forwards in the direction the arrow was fired. She carries up to nine of these.
*Sonic arrow- This arrow has a device at the end that will let out a loud sonic screech which can shatter glass and unprotected eardrums all the same. The sound attack has an effective range of 200 metres. These arrows can only be used once and are extremely hard to make, so they are a last resort. She carries up to two of these.
(Note- The amount of each kind of arrow she brings is subject to change if Quiver has been preparing for a specific scenario, but for the sake of fairness I'll state if she has done this at the start of the thread.)
SkillsAssassin training- Quiver has been trained in the art of moving silently and stealthily. She could very easily enter a high security facility, move through it undetected, do whatever it is she came to do and leave again without anyone knowing she was ever there.
Genius level intelligence- Quiver is extremely intelligent, she can use her vast array of gadgets to her advantage. She is able to make split-second decisions in the middle of battle which could change the tide of battle at any point.
Peak human athleticism- Quiver has been trained athletically to be faster and stronger than the average human. While she is strong enough to even overpower men that are bigger than her, her speciality mostly lies in her speed and agility, which allows her to run and jump circles around her enemies and parkour her way around the town.
(Mundane) Multi-lingual- German is actually her first language, but she also knows English and French.
Physical WeaknessesHuman- Quiver is only human. Yes, her armour protects her somewhat, but she can still be badly hurt or killed by many things.
Close combat- Quiver is very proficient in close combat, but entering a fist fight is more disadvantageous for her than fighting from far away, especially against large groups of enemies, or superhuman enemies for that matter.
Equipment- Life would be more simple if Quiver had an endless amount of arrows, but unfortunately she does not. If Quiver runs out of a certain kind of arrow, she will be unable to use it until she returns to her base. If she runs out of arrows in general, she will be much less dangerous as a fighter.
Mental WeaknessesFear of drowning- During her training, water-boarding was used as a punishment for poor behaviour, or failure to complete tasks. This instilled a great fear of failure within her, as well as a fear of drowning. She's not afraid of water on it's own, and she can handle shallow water, but when her head is submerged, or if the water is deep enough that she can't feel the ground she will instinctively panic and start to thrash around. In such a scenario, she would need someone's help just to survive.
Perfectionist- Her being punished for failure had another affect on her, she simply does not allow herself to fail. She was taught that failure is the enemy, that those who do not do everything perfect are worthless. If she were ever to fail anything important, the damage to her confidence would be immense.
«««CEREBRAL PROFILE»»»
PersonalityRobin is very well known for being a very nice and helpful person. Because of her upbringing, Robin has a great desire to help other people and does so quite often. She has quite a lot of friends and enjoys spending time with them. Whenever she is with other people, she goes out of her way to be friendly and approachable, and is very popular amongst her peers as a result.
However, those personality traits only apply to Robin. Whenever Robin is acting as Quiver, she makes use of her training as an assassin to suppress her emotions, which allows her to always act logically without emotion holding her back. While in this state of emotional suppression she talks in a monotone voice and is completely focused on whatever goal she is aiming for. The difference is stunning enough for it to almost seem like Robin is a different entity to her suppressed personality.
The only thing that the two personalities have in common is work ethic. When Robin sets out to do something, she puts her heart and soul into it. Whether this is her school life, training, or vigilante activities.

«««PERSONAL BACKGROUND»»»
Family Members: Adopted father, 14 adopted siblings, unknown biological parents
Place of Origin: A town in Germany
History Robin's biological parents did not want a child, so when Robin was born she was given away to an orphanage. But the orphanage was not a real orphanage, but a front. It was how an order of assassins recruited children into their order so that they could train them into assassins. Robin was taken in and underwent training to be a killing machine.
Her training included everything from stealth and archery to learning English and being desensitised to killing. By the time she was twelve, Robin was a killing machine and was almost ready to join the ranks of the order.
Before she could, the order fell after its plan for world domination was foiled by the justice league. The training program was discontinued and the 15 children now had no purpose. One of the former leaders of the order who took pity on the children took them all in and took them back to his home in Jump City.
Under their new parentage, their guardian did not want them to suffer any backlash from any sudden changes in their lives, so he pretended to continue their training. While he was still teaching them how to fight, he also went to work slowly unravelling their natures as merciless killers so that they could eventually go on to be ordinary members of society, albeit ones that are master marksmen and martial artists.
Once Robin was older, she was able to realise what he had been doing. However, Robin the killing machine was no longer and instead she had become the person she is today. She approved of what she had done and accepted it. But, rather than become normal, she wanted to use the skills she had been given to help people and put evil ones to justice.
Her father was against it at first, but eventually agreed to help her. He intensified her training and taught her how to effectively use her gadget arrows, so that once she went out to the streets as Quiver, she was ready.
