«««SKILL SET»»»

Powers
Cyrokinesis- Tundra can generate, manipulate and fully control ice, snow and cold temperatures, she can use her ability to control moisture such as to freeze any air moisture into super-hard ice. Her ice can be formed into any object of her choosing: the only limitations are her own imagination and the ambient air temperature which determines how long her ice sculpture will stay icy. She does not have to hold the ice physically with her hands in order to shape it. She can simply direct the waves of coldness she projects in certain ways so as to create ice in the shape she desires, such as; ice-ladders, ice-slides, ice-shields, ice-domes, ice-bolts, ice-blasts, ice-beams and other constructs of ice.

Tundra is able to form a rising column of ice beneath her feet, capable of lifting her off the ground. The tensile strength of the column is determined by its thickness and its steadiness by how well it has been braced. A well-braced and regular column, 6 feet in diameter at its base, is able to support her weight without toppling for about 85 feet in a 40-mile per hour wind. By forming long ice-ramps connected either to her ice-column or to an existing structure like a building or a bridge, Tundra is able to travel above the ground by sliding down the ramp she is creating. Unless she creates supports periodically, the ramp will crack beneath her, unable to support their combined weight.

Tundra’s control of her powers are so vast that it extends to the molecular level, to the point that she can freeze all of the molecules of an object, as well as unfreeze it

Tundra is able to survive in harshly low climates without feeling any of the effects, even for a sustained duration. This applies both in and out of her organic ice form.

Organic Ice Form-  Tundra can not just cover her body with ice; but actually transform into an organic form of ice. Though the appearance is similar, Tundra is actually translucent in his ice form. In this form Tundra gains additional strength that enables her to lift up to two tonnes. But the real capability of this form comes in that Tundra becomes near enough indestructible, as she is able to reform her body should it become shattered. In her ice form, she is able to use her cytokinesis to form spikes, shields and attach other extra appendages to her body.

Due to the amount of water on Earth; Tundra has a virtually unlimited supply of moisture to call upon in becoming her frozen form since water is always present in the surrounding air or environment. Even desert air has sufficient moisture content for her to make temporary practical use of; however, the mental effort needed to employ her form under these circumstances could eventually fatigue her and render her other ice powers temporarily dysfunctional.

Molecular Deceleration- In a similar manner to how her ice powers work, Tundra can reduce the kinetic energy within molecules to reduce their movement speed; slow functions; or to halt entirely. Tundra can only do this through touch and once her touch is removed the molecules will gradually return to normal within a couple of seconds.

Skills

  • Swimming
  • Hunting (Learnt from Andes natives)
  • Tracking (Learnt from Andes natives)
  • Multilingual (Spanish, English, Quechua, Aymara)

Physical Weaknesses
Fatigue-  Tundra’s powers are dependent on his physical condition. If she is extremely tired or has been mentally taxed her powers begin to become dysfunctional. Tundra is able to use her powers constantly for up to 5 hours before she taxes her powers to their limit and needs to rest.

Moisture- Tundra’s powers are also dependent on the level of moisture that is in her current vicinity. On Earth there is always some amount of moisture in the air, though to what amount can vary depending on temperature and environment. Less moisture makes it far more taxing to use her powers. Heat and fire can reduce the amount of moisture considerably; disabling Tundra's ice form and potentially making her unable to use her powers entirely.

Heat- Intense heat is capable of counteracting Tundra’s ice powers and even potentially rendering her powerless. Heat affects her ice in the same way that it would naturally formed ice. It is also capable of draining water moisture from which her powers are derived from. It can weaken her power significantly, and her as well, possibly making her unable to transform into her ice form.

Tracked- Tundra has a telling sign of where it is she is located. With the decrease in temperature around her, it is a basically impossible for her to hide.

Mental Weaknesses

  • Lydia can be a difficult person to work with because she is so distant towards others.
  • Has a bit of a ‘God Complex’ herself.
  • Reckless
  • Style and flair mean more to her than accomplishing a goal well
  • Impulsive
  • Cynical
  • Vain

«««CEREBRAL PROFILE»»»

Personality
Over time Lydia has become as cold as the ice that she wields. It weren’t always the case with her at one time being a warm and compassionate girl. But that girl has been replaced with a vengeful and cruel one instead. Lydia really doesn’t take so easily to people. She doesn’t trust them. She has seen how quickly they turn and how destructive they can be so much prefers to remain alone in isolation as much as possible.

«««PERSONAL BACKGROUND»»»

Family Members:
Tomas Varela – Father
Sofia Varela - Mother
Place of Origin:
Buenos Aires, Argentina
Hertory
Lydia originally hails from the South American city of Buenos Aires, the busied and bustling capitol of Argentina. She is the single child of two scientists on the forefront of research into the field of Cryogenics. It was unfortunate that in her early years her parents made a breakthrough in the field and thus a depleted amount of time was spent with their daughter. Still, she cherished that time with them. She always knew that she was loved and cared for. Growing up Lydia had many friends and was actually quite a warm person. Originally she wished to become a doctor and to help people but that never amounted to much.

Lydia was only eleven years old when her powers came to be. Her parents were contracted to take part on an expedition to carry out experiments along the Andes mountain range. It was her parents expectation that for the months they were gone that Lydia would remain in the care of a nanny. Lydia didn’t want that. She pleaded to join them having grown curious as to the science her parents worked within. Highly reluctant, Lydia was brought along.

It was a few months into the experiments when the storm hit. Lydia had been outside on the range with her parents assisting them. In what seemed like seconds they were ambushed by a whiteout. It began with the roaring howl of icy winds whipping up around them, soon joined with blistering layers of snow and ice. Quickly visibility became dampened with barely a foot in front being able to be seen. Lydia can’t remember much then. She can recall hearing her mother call out her name, and then suddenly being struck with a thrust of wind and thrown to the floor. That was it. Time stood still and she blacked out as ice and snow grew around her, freezing her into stasis.

It was a year on by the time Lydia emerged from her ice prison. She had been found by a tribe native to the Andes. Several of them wiped away the snow that covered her ice encasement, and then the ice slowly started to shift away. Time hadn’t passed in her mind and at the forefront was the need to find her parents. She didn’t realize at all her new form. Calling out, Lydia was followed by the tribesman as she ran over the mountain lands looking for her parents but never hearing a word in return. She came across a formation of ice covered rocks and approached. Yards away she caught glimpses of her parents buried within the ice; dead, stripped of life. Tears wept from her eyes but froze moments after leaving her eyes, cushioned in their fall to the snowy floor. She wandered closer. It was then in the ice that she caught her reflection. She was changed, different. Her skin was unlike skin altogether. She was forged of ice.

Tribesmen believed Lydia were a messenger from the heavens sent to save them. It was the reason that they took her in; gave her food to eat, shelter. She remained there for years. Learning about their culture, how to speak their language, learning to hunt, swim and track as well as gradually gaining control over her powers but remained still unable to change from her icy form. It was a peaceful time and that aided in her coping with the death of her parents. She never dreamed of returning to Buenos Aires or any life like that. She was content where she was, at peace with the isolation the mountain range provided and in awe of the environment, however savage it could be.

It became a lot like her own tribe. Lydia had begun using her powers to hunt and to maintain the fragile infrastructures of the dirt shacks. For all intents and purposes, she led the tribe but they were not alone. Other tribes inhabited the Andes and some had been forming alliances all along in fear of Lydia. All that was needed was a tipping point. It came in the manner of Lydia awaking one morning, returned to her complete human self. It didn’t sit well with the tribe. She was seen as a false idol, stripped of her power. Immediately they turned on her to run her out the tribe. Lydia didn’t want to fight them at all but she had no choice. Her tribe were joined in attack of her by the other tribes in the land. Lydia had to defend herself and by the time it as all over, the entirety of the village was an arctic wasteland of graves.

It was then that Lydia decided to move on. She headed north towards the United States. In a couple years she found herself in Jump City, on the outer edge out at sea to remain in isolation atop a floating mass of ice. Course that is no place for a Queen of Ice, maybe soon she’ll make Jump City her throne.

Cyrokinesis: "Ther ice can be formed into any object of her choosing:"
Just wanted to point out this T there for you in case it wasn't suppose to be there.

Organic Ice Form: Due to its durability could you state a way to beat this form or a time limit or something along those lines?

Thermokinesis: Can you state in here some form of limitation since right now it apparently seems to be a way to counteract heat around her limiting the heat outside from really affecting her (or so it would appear if that's not the case just clear that up then) and her max cold level is a bit on the extreme side so I would like some form of counter limitation put here to kind of level that all out.
