Powers
Zombie physiology- Zombie physiology- Simon's corpse has been risen from the grave, giving him a state of being both alive and dead, this allows for certain privileges.
*Sub power: Semi immortality- Simon does not age and he cannot be killed. To specify, his body takes the same amount of damage as an ordinary humans, but his body will just keep on going. But since his body takes the same amount of damage, it is possible to incapacitate him.
*Sub power: Enhanced strength- Because Simon is a living corpse, his brain is no longer sub-consciously holding his power back, which means that he is able to push past his body's limits to punch harder and lift heavier weights, but at the cost of damaging his body. His maximum limit is 5 tons, but this breaks his arm and destroys his fist.
*Sub power: Enhanced bite- Simon's jaw is massively strong for the purpose of breaking through skulls to get to brains. He is strong enough to chew up metal like a slightly tough piece of candy and bite off pieces of flesh without effort.

Soul absorption- When Simon consumes the brains of another, he is not simply eating muscle tissue, he absorbs their inner energies through his mouth. This is done to stop the process of rotting away, restoring his body to it's base state, which means that any wounds and missing body parts will come back.

Necromancy- Despite being a zombie, Simon himself actually engages in the dark arts himself a little bit. Specifically, he can control the dead. His control of this is weak, he can only use it to control the flesh of the dead, meaning that he can control corpses like puppets, rather than actually raising the dead as zombies. However, he has thought of a loophole, which was the entire reason he practised this art. Since he himself is made up of 'the flesh of the dead', he could manipulate his own muscles.
*Sub power: Organic constructs- He can use this power to morph his arms into weapons the size of said arms. These include blades, claws, or clubs.
*Sub power- Size alteration- He can transfer body mass to certain parts of his body from the other parts to make one part bigger at the cost of making the other part small, weak and unusable until he reverses the power. He uses this to make the weapons formed by the other subpower larger than just an arm. He can do this to make an arm up to 2 times larger.

Skills
Above average hand to hand- Simon's skill in hand to hand combat is better than an ordinary person. He can easily take out low numbers of thugs without his powers. However, he is easily outclassed by anyone who is actually skilled in martial arts.

Tennis- This seems slightly out of place considering his rather dark character, but Simon loves tennis. He is one of the best members of the tennis club at school and has won local tournaments. This doesn't really matter though.

Physical Weaknesses
Glass canon- Even if he is un-killable, he can still easily be incapacitated by a stronger opponent. Having his legs blown off won't kill him, but he still can't fight.

Brain- Like all zombies, his weakness is the head. If his brain is destroyed, he will die all the same.

Necromancers- As a zombie, a necromancer can make Simon do whatever they want him to. They can just make him become their mindless slave. Whether or not he can get free is completely up to them, unless their powers have some kind of time limit.

White magic- As a zombie, he can be slain by things that are designed to be effective against the undead. He feels a burning sensation merely by being in a church, and any kind of holy artefact or construct can permanently damage him or just destroy him.

Mental Weaknesses
Brain dependency- He literally has to eat brains to survive. If he does not eat brains at least once every few days, he will start to grow weak until he starts to rot away after two weeks. After it's been a month since he last ate any brains, he will become a mindless zombie.

Overconfident- Simon is overconfident in his ability to tank whatever an opponent throws at him. He usually doesn't even bother dodging, unless he can tell that the attack will either go for his weak spot or cripple him in some way.

Personality
Simon is quite a laid back person. He doesn't get too involved in things when he doesn't have to. However, he has a strong sense of justice which will always motivate him to help people out, so that laziness does not get in the way of heroics. He is a very social person who will strike up conversation with anyone who is willing to talk back.

He also has a dark side, although really he's actually a dark person with a light side. He can be considered a violent person who has no issues with brutally killing people in gory ways, he needs to eat brains to survive after all. However, he does not kill innocents and only kills bad people, even if his life depends on it.

History
Simon was born in a rough part of Gotham city. Because of this, he was raised in a place where violence was part of your upbringing, especially at school. If you couldn't fight back you'd get beaten up. So Simon was toughed up by his upbringing. He would never bully those who were weaker than him and did nothing to him and would even go after those that did.

Later on in life, this behaviour led to Simon engaging in vigilante-like behaviour, going around with other like-minded individuals and beating or killing bad people. This led to him getting a bad reputation and got him arrested. While in prison, he was shivved to death by someone taking revenge for a criminal Simon killed.

After dying, his body was buried in a nearby cemetery where he was brought back by a necromancer to be a part of his zombie army. His master did not realise that the spell he was using lessens over time, meaning that he'd have to reapply it over time. But he didn't know this and just used Simon to kill people, who was aware of anything.

Eventually Simon regained control of his body from the novice necromancer and killed his master, eating his brains. However, without a master, he didn't have any dark magic keeping him together and was slowly starting to get weaker. He read some of the texts his ex-master was working on and found out that a zombie without a master had to keep on eating brains to survive.

He found out that his master used to be an apprentice for a sect of dark magic users in jump city. He decided to track them down so he went over to Jump City. After a few months of no luck, he realised that this may take a while, so decided to stay more permanently.
