Hans was of the opposite mentality. It wasn't just that he didn't care enough, it was more the fact he wasn't equipped to handle mass seizures! He couldn't even think of anyone who was apart from a trained medical team. Besides, he wouldn't find anything in this joint that he could try and mcguyver something to help anyone here. Unlike Spider girl, he accepted there was nothing he could do for these people except find the culprit so they couldn't do this again.
Hans would put a lid on the ice cream, resolving to take it to a friend to go over. Would be good to find out what was really in this stuff and how they could prevent this if it were to happen again. His scientific background would help in his examination though. Without cracking it open and observing it's motions, he inferred that it literally was a machine only programmed to follow specific instructions. Making a rough guess, he'd say it's power supply was where it's stomach would be. The lights of the menu could create too much heat which may cause a malfunction.
Hans would yawn, wanting to go back to sleep but unable to for the aforementioned reasons. He would instead take out his phone and text Daniel. If you're home, I would switch on your police scanner. Hans would text him. A short time later and he'd receive a short text asking why. Hans explained briefly, making sure to assure Daniel that police and paramedics would already be on their way. He should worry about "damage control" for outside the store.
"Let's see what you do after I order something," Hans said, placing an order after standing the droid upright. Assuming the vomit had not done anything to it's internal systems, he'd follow after it with the assumption it would go where ever it went to make this "ice cream." He'd decide what to do after that.
