Powers:

Energy Based Attacks: The following attacks are all dependent on her energy and will eat away at it the more she uses them and will lose more attacks she can due the more she runs around. All arrows fly up to 120 ft away.

6 Shot: Ao focuses her energy into one arrow that turns light blue in energy and as she fires she swings her arm in a slashing manner. The 6 arrows then are released and fire off in a wave that is in the direction she swung her arm. When she fires the she will either make the arrows real or illusions. If she chooses real the arrows will hit and fly like real arrows but will work like laser beams. If she chooses illusion all the arrows when they hit will just turn into a puff of light blue smoke and cause no damage. This attack tends to take out more energy from her if she chooses to use the real arrows than the illusion arrows. She can do this move 15/30 times before she runs out of energy.
Single Shot: Ao can let off either a basic arrow shot that consumes very minimal energy that she can do as many times as she wants as long as she has any remote amount of energy. Though she can focus the arrow and flood her energy into it and make it grow 3 times in size and make it go 3 times as strong as a a normal arrow with laser damage. This though can make her pant after 2 shots from this and takes a lot of her energy. This move will tend to make her light headed if she uses it too many times in a row without rest. These shots are a deep blue color
Energy Arrow: This arrow gifts strength and energy to what ever it hits rather than hurting others. This move will make weapons 2-4 times as strong as they normally are, it will give people half to all their energy back and their attacks 15% - 25% stronger, all objects that don't run on energy 2-4 times stronger in durability, and all objects that do run on energy halfway to fully charged. The amount of the boost all relies on how much energy she gives up out of her energy. Though This move needs at least 20% of her energy at minimum. If she gives up all her energy to where she passes out the boost she gives to the said thing will be maxed out. This arrow is dark blue and gives a dark blue aura to the target that is being boosted by it. She can only do this once a day.

Physical Weaknesses:

Lighting/Electricity: All electric and or lighting based attacks are 2 times as effective on her if it strikes just her normal body but instantly become 3 times stronger if they hit any of the spikes coming out of her due to them working like conductors.

Human Physical Limitations: Despite her gifted powers she still has the normal body of a human and all of it's limitations.

Over Use: Her powers run off her energy thus meaning that the more she runs around the less of her attacks and powers that she can use and vice versa. If she over experts herself too far she will pass out for an amount of time based on how drastically she exerts herself. The minimum time of her being passed out being 3 minutes.

Mental Weaknesses:

25% Sold: Due to selling 25% of her soul for power she tends to have moments where her mind falls into rather dark thoughts. These can cause a distraction to herself at times and can cause her movements to slow due to fight any thoughts that may turn into urges that she does not agree with.

Police/Government: Due to the police and government ruining her world and acting at times worse than villains in her world she finds it hard to trust them and has a lot of paranoia with them that can cause issues with her since she won't work with them and will go out of her way to do things and try to work around them making things much harder on her than they have to be. They also can cause her to get majorly distracted in battle and other such things due to her constantly looking over her shoulder due to her paranoia.

Equipment:

Illusion Gem Necklace: This looks like any other small chained necklace with a crudely cut blue gem at the end of it. This necklace when worn hides her spikes and works only on her. It causes others to see nor feel any spikes coming out of her and allows her to be able to wear normal clothes that don't have to work around the spikes. Though if an electric based attack hits where the spikes would be the attack will still go through as normal.

Consolable String-less Bow: This looks like a standard bow and can work like one but has been altered to collapse down and fold into 4ths to allow t to take up less space. It also has been altered to focus energy put into it into a bow string and into fire able arrows. Besides these alterations the bow is made of a metal that is unable to be found on this earth that is her home world's version of nth metal. Though this metal is just like this worlds nth metal it amplifies magic done to it or used through it rather than making it weaker or canceling it out. (Note her attacks are not magic based so the amplifier doe not affect her powers.)

Hero Suit: Her suit is made of a bendable material that is commonly found in her version of earth. this material cant stop a bullet but can cause it to lose half its damage. When punched or his with a blunt attack it adsorbs 75% of average human level attacks and tends to make them bounce backwards.

Anything stronger than human attacks have usually some sort of resistance but the resistance goes down with the stronger the attack is. The strongest the attack must be in order to not be truly affected is a punch done by someone who can normally lift 2 tons. When slashed at the material will not cut unless the thing slashing it is at least at steel levels of durability.

At that point it would take 3 slashes in the same place to cut though the thickness of the suit. The stronger and sharper the weapon the easier it is to slash though. for the defense to be ignored the slashing object would need to be able to easily cut though. The suit is breathable and regulates temperatures outside of it unless it is something extreme such as fire and freezing attacks.

The forearm plate, shoulder plate, and helmet are all made of the same material as her bow. Her mask filters out the air to make it breathable for her, provides night vision, and music that only the wearer of the helmet can hear unless the helmet is not being worn.

Ice Bombs (Vials): These bombs are enchanted to only work on non living/organic material to avoid causing direct fatal damage to the target but to allow the bombs to still dis armor, dis arm, and cause other related effects that one would hope for without directly endangering the target but freezing them solid. These vials freeze any material that is at steel level in durability solid though it only covers 2 feet in diameter and 3 inches deep into things. With a strong blow the object that is frozen will be able to be shattered or at least cracked. She has only 8 vials on her at once.

With a strong blow the object that is frozen will be able to be shattered or at least cracked. The center disk that is larger than the rest and where the disks fully link together is not a bomb but is used to detach all the bombs at once with them still linked together. She only has 10 disks on her at once.

Personality: Due to where she lived all hr live and how he was brought up Ao has became cold and blunt most of the time though unlike most of her family she still is in control of her own mind and body. She can be kind caring and can make jokes though in battle she doesn't tend to make any when she doesn't know for a fact that she can win.

Place of Origin: An Alternate Universe
History: Ao comes from a world much like ours, yet from one that is so drastically different. In Ao's world no matter your crime, no matter who you are, any broken law even one that would give you a warning in this world would result in you being hunted down by the police to be killed and your only hope is if your face was hidden and they cant find you or if you get to a jail before they find you and turn yourself in.

In Ao's world there are no true heroes, there are hunted vigilantes or dead ones, there are frightened people who try to behave while being punished for their families doings or get mentally scared from seeing 100s of people around you die, or you are a true villain or a revolutionist villain. There are no petty crimes in her world anymore but the monsters that loom in the night now are nearly unkillable or immortal... and many of these monsters claim to be government trained and registered heroes.

In her world California was made into a ghost town due to the massive influx of vigilantist and villains that were fools to try to make it in the world as they were due to only being newbie heroes. They were all taken down rather quickly and now all that is left is jewel city whose police is far worse than any other city due to the police looking for reasons to kill others. Ao in her world is a rare to find vigilantist hero who is willing to kill but only if absolutely necessary.

Ao sold part of her soul to the false god her family has always worshiped i order to get powers to become strong enough to try and fix the world while saving the truly innocent people and give them the second chance at life that normally they wouldn't receive. Ao though one day found her self surrounded by police and was marked for death.

Though one of her city's biggest revolutionary villains who had been approving of her deeds despite finding them inefficient decided to use their ability to move between worlds on her and sent her to this world to save her life giving her the second chance at life that she had been giving all others. Now Ao finds herself in a world she sees as backwards but still decides to fight to save the truly innocent people.
