Powers:

Thrall Physiology
-Night Vision
With being a thrall, all of them can see perfectly at night.
-Durability
With being a thrall, they can all take up to 1 ton of damage without a problem.

Vampire Powers
-Turning Other Thralls
Vampire Thralls can turn other people into vampire thralls. They have to bite someone, inject venom, then kill them for this to work.
-Claws
They naturally have long claws that can cut through steel.
-Teeth
Their teeth can naturally bite through steel.

Weaknesses:
Sunlight
When exposed to sunlight they'll receive third degree burns immediately, if exposed for more than 15 seconds they will burst into flames.

Fire
As soon as they touch fire or catch fire, they will turn to ashes.

Reckless
They are in a hive mind set, when once they are given an order they must do so. This can deem them reckless and not caring for their own safety for the sake of the mission.

Personality:
All of the thralls have a thirst for blood and will do anything to quench it. Lust can only control them if they have been fed properly, they are easily able to become desperate. On top of that they are vicious, malicious, and unforgiving. They don't regret anything, they have no emotions, just a drive to kill and eat.

History
Lust originally had a cult that followed and worshiped her, so her disappearance was a major deal to them. They made themselves into vampires so they could await her return, doing everything in their power to make this happen. Between the sacrifices, the building of the underground sanctuary, and keeping themselves a secret all of the thralls were ready for their leader.
When Lilith returned their numbers grew immensely and now they are underneath the city, waiting for her word to go out and get what they want.

Took out magic resistance.

Lust can heal fast, correct, but she isn't much of a fighter (compared to the other sins at least). This is the same as Mal having his Guild Assassins (Which are in the rogue gallery). These guys are here for a long awaited arc, you can read Lilith's history to see that.
I also took down the durability to 1 ton.

I'm going to use them to be man power in a certain thread coming up. But just because he hasn't use them yet doesn't mean he won't use them, so I don't understand how that's stopping anything.
