The heartbreak squad (Archer)

A man walked through the galleria, wearing thick clothing, as well as a hood that was purposely large enough to obscure his face. He was very obviously suspicious, so people gave him a wide berth. He walked right into a popular store, that was very busy, and took out a gun, firing it into the air Alright folks, this here is a robbery!

Meanwhile, Meta was on patrol near the area. He got an alert about a robbery in the galleria and went to go stop it. However, it would take a few minutes for him to get there.

Also in the galleria happened to be Tom'Ur, who was shopping for some new clothes. He came out of the thrift store with a considerably good deal, when he heard people screaming as a man walked in and proclaimed a robbery. He frowned, putting his clothes somewhere, and starting to blur around to get changed. He ended up in his Kryptonian suit, which had a hood. He peeked around the corner, getting a good look. He didn't want anyone to get hurt, so he was going to wait for the right moment.

Meta arrived moments later, seeing someone who appeared to be a hero as well, peeking around the corner to survey the situation, Meta did that on the other side, checking out what was going on. Inside the store, the man was stuffing money from the register into a bag, chuckling to himself. He was currently open to an attack from behind. Meta looked to the other hero, silently raising three fingers, then two fingers, then one finger, then he closed his fist and gestured to move. Meta would then move in, moving over as fast as he could while still being quiet and would throw a punch from behind.

Tom looked over at the guy that came to join him, and Tom recognized him from somewhere, but couldn't quite place it. Meta gave the indication that they should move when Meta counted completely down. When he did, Meta, ran forward and punched for the back of the guy's head. Tom followed, but as soon as Meta threw the punch, he dashed forward as a blur and grabbed him, attempting to slam him into the wall.

The man holding up the shop was punched from behind, then he was grabbed and slammed into a wall. Meta took a moment to admire his ally's power, he knew he was probably dealing with a hero, what with the outfit and everything, but he wasn't expecting him to be that good. The figure under the cloak laughed, getting up. Meta raised his fists, preparing to carry on fighting, but then the man came at him like a blur and kicked him.

Meta definitely wasn't expecting to run into a speedster, yet alone two speedsters in the same day (three if you count seeing Toji at breakfast time). He was launched several metres back, hitting the wall. The villainous speedster grinned and threw his cloak off, revealing that he was in fact a very fat man, despite his great speed. He turned to Tom and ran towards him at speeds that would match Tom's own.

Tom blinked as he watched the hooded guy move. Why did he even need a gun? He managed to catch the hero assisting him off guard, and it was thanks only to that that Tom was ready for him. After all, he wasn't a trained fighter. He danced back a bit as the guy charged him, bfore barely getting out of the way as he threw a hard leg out for his shins, hoping to crash him into another wall.

In addition, Tom put some frost into his foot so that he might numb the speeedster's leg at the very least, if not freezing it a little.

The man was very surprised that the man had the speed to avoid his charge, so it looked like he'd be facing a challenge today. He laughed jovially, but it was cut short when he was tripped, making him hit the wall. He grunted in pain, then realised that his leg was numb. It was really weird for him to stand on, which made him hesitate for a moment.

Meta came in from the side and nailed him with a steel punch to the side. He grunted in pain, but he had managed to side-step so that it wasn't a direct hit. He threw a swift combo to Meta, but all he hit was a body of metal. Meta waited until he had to take a second to recover from the pain in his fists and threw a punch while he was normal, adding to the strength of the blow by turning to steel at the last moment.

However, in the time Meta was swinging the punch, the man had jumped out of the speedsters way, then when the punch had been completely thrown he went in and struck him with a side kick, sending him off of his feet despite the fact that he was currently steel. Meta hit the ground, grunting in pain then grinning, he'd managed to make the speedster forget about the other hero for a moment, creating a perfect opening.

Tom watched the impressive display of speed, but was glad he was able to trip the guy into a wall. He watched something fascinating happen before his very eyes; the other hero turned into metal! It looked like a very useful ability to have.

He and the other speedster engaged in combat for a bit, and Tom got ready; he was all open. He jumped up just as the guy managed to knock Metamorphi down, and swung a strong haymaker covered in electricity into the back of his head. He growled a little while doing it, hoping that it would stop him and knock him out so that nobody else risked getting hurt.

The guy got whacked with a massive punch in the back of the head, the added electricity managing to knock him out. He hit the ground, laying there silently. Meta returned his body to normal and then stood up Thanks for your help. What name do you go by? Meta decided to wait for the police to get here, so he may as well pass the time.

Tom huffed a little. He had been worried that he was going to get back up, but surely enough, he stayed down without a problem. He looked at the person that had helped him as he walked over to him, asking Tom what name he went by. "Oh, u-um..." He paused, trying to sound a little cooler. "I go by the name of Burnout. So...who are you?"

The man paused for a second, obviously trying to pause for effect or something, before refering to himself as Burnout. He then asked him who he was I'm Metamorphi, one of the Titans. I'm going to wait until the police collect him. Will you do the same? He wasn't one for small talk, as Tom could clearly tell.

"Metamorphi, huh? That's a really cool name," he said, looking at him, and then looking back to the scene. Metamorphi asked him if he was planning on waiting for the police. "Hm...? Oh, no. Unless you just want me to watch your back until then."

Metamorphi walked over to the unconscious body of the man, not keeping his eye off of the man, but he still addressed Tom as he spoke No, it's fine. Keep up the good work, Burnout.
