The fact that she took a shortcut home, through one of those isolated but clean enough alleyways that the neighborhood had, was both a blessing and a rather unfortunate circumstance.
Everything was going well, to be honest. That is until the fire nation attacked until that godforsaken tingly feeling decided to make itself known. That horrible feeling like something was crawling underneath your skin, making your hairs rise up on their own. Whenever she felt that way, Celosia knew that something bad was going to happen.
And, it did. Because not a few seconds later, her vision started blurring out and her limbs just started losing strength. "N-no. Not again.", she slurred out as she swayed, her body tilting towards one of the wooden walls of the alleyway, hitting it as her legs finally buckled underneath her. She didn't register the dull throb of pain that the hit caused, no. She was too busy trying to stop whatever this was. She didn't want to see. Not after what happened to that girl. She didn't want to.
But, sometimes, people don't get what they want. And that was the final thought that registered into Celo's mind as her lavender eyes dulled into monochrome, seeing and not, at the same time.
