Armed and Mildly Dangerous (Moon, Invite) [MG] [IS]

"Nima. Your name is May? What, could your parents not come up with an actual name so they just named you after a month?" She smirked, half teasing, half being honest. When the girl reflexively picked up the deck she had chosen for her though, she genuinely smiled a bit. "That's a simple white weenie deck. Easy to use for beginners." The girl slid her glasses up and started to explain the mechanics of the game, going nice and slow for her, pausing if she had any questions. While in teacher mode, the girl seemed to be the epitome of kind and gentle, making sure May felt secure in each step of the process.

Once they were finished going over the rules and mechanics of the game, she looked up at May and smiled sweetly. "Ready to try it for yourself? If you have any questions during the game, feel free to ask, okay? I'll only laugh a little." She winked and chuckled lightly.

May groaned and blushed when Nima made fun of her name. "It's traditional." She said simply, shuffling through the cards and reading them as Nima explained the mechanics. She understood the concept of the game rather well, she was quick to understand things like this. After Nima asked if she was willing to play, she held up a finger as she read over the different creatures and what they did. She was by no means a pro, but she definitely understood how the cards interacted with each other. "So I'm supposed to play this...and then this will buff that..." She was talking to herself as she read them, then finally looked up with a nod.

The two started their game and May was...pretty obviously outmatched. She only had a beginner deck of course, but she played it well enough that she could hold her own. If Nima were to pay attention to her, May constantly kept the cards on her right side so she could reread them more easily. She didn't seem nearly as nervous as she had at first now that she had something to focus on entirely. It just helped her feel more comfortable.

Nima blinked and chuckled as the girl told her to hold on by raising a finger at her. She smirked and could already tell that this girl would make a good partner before even starting the game. As they played, Nima noticed a few flaws in the girl's methods, but nothing like she was expecting. Not to mention, it seemed this girl was kind of like her. May seemed to not be having a panic attack anymore. Nima grinned and played the game out, not holding anything back. Obviously it was unfair to May that she had a beginner's deck while Nima was playing with her best.

When they were done, Nima looked up at May and smirked. "What do ya say. Wanna be my roommate? The only condition is you have to play this with me at least five times a day." The girl had tried to get a few other people to be her roommate, but apparently losing at this game five times a day wasn't in their list of things to do. Nima hoped this girl would be different. It was getting kind of lonely playing by herself.

May was doing her best, but she was pretty obviously outmatched. Through all of her BS heals, buffed tokens and token spam, she just couldn't keep up. Especially with all these random abilities on Nima's cards. Like, Lifelink? That thing heals her? How is that fair?! May had to spend mana to heal herself, Nima could just mash her face on the nearest wall and probably heal for it!

She sighed and shuffled the cards back into a deck. She wasn't annoyed, just disappointed in how much weaker her cards actually were. Then she got the offer and perked up almost immediately. Five games a day of sitting and thinking? Alone? She would absolutely take that deal. the only issue was actually accepting, because when May opened her mouth nothing came out. She cleared her throat and tried again, instead resorting to two thumbs up.

Nima noted how weak that deck was and thought about ways to make it better, but still understandable for new players that she taught. As she was lost in thought, it seemed that May had already decided on her answer to the proposal. The girl in glasses saw something in her peripheral sight and looked up, blinking when she saw that the girl was holding up both her thumbs. She pushed her glasses back onto her face and chuckled. "What? Cat got your tongue??" She smiled earnestly though and nodded. "Then we should go inform the dorm people and get you set up in my room before they have you bunking with some idiot." The girl quickly got up and put her decks in her huge bag, throwing it over her shoulder. "You coming?"

May watched her put the cards away and hurriedly stood up at the mention of moving in. She nodded as she started following her, adjusting her hoodie and hat to keep her eye and gun hidden. While there was an audible metal clicking as she adjusted the weapon, it wasn't anything threatening. She hurriedly followed Nima through the halls, clinging to her bag. "...Wait a minute, I don't have any stuff. I didn't bring anything with me." She said, blinking awkwardly.

Nima was actually excited about something for once. She had herself a little pawn to test her deck ideas out on and it would make sure that she had someone to play with every single day! When she heard the clicking sound coming from May, she deduced pretty easily that it was a weapon of some sort. Not that it really mattered where they were. Almost everyone had a weapon of dangerous power of some kind.

However, what got her was her next comment. The girl with glasses stopped and turned on a dime, facing her with wide eyes. "What? That's all you have with you??" She thought for just a second before grinning, her glasses casting a glare to hide her eyes. "First things first then. We're gonna go put your bag in my room. Then we're gonna go to the mall and get you some things with a beautiful five finger discount! Whadaya say? I might even be able to get a few of my other... acquaintances to help us out!"

May blushed and shrugged. "Is it a good idea for me to be out right now? Your headmistress kinda picked me up out of a chase and I've only been here about an hour." As the two reached the room they would now share, she slowly opened her backpack, removing the paper bag she'd been breathing into previously to reveal the stacks of unmarked bills she'd stolen. They were very clearly from a bank, which meant May had just finished a high profile robbery.

"I mean...you've been at this longer than I have. So...is it cool for me to go out right now?" May had always heard about criminals laying low after a nice score. It was all about playing it smart, and this time she probably didn't have that woman to help her out again.

Nima listened to her concerns and nodded. When they got to the bedroom, May would find that the entire area was covered in Magic merchandise and posters and stuff. The girl plopped down on her bed and sighed. "Yeah, you're right. You should hang low until at least tomorrow..." She then saw the loot she had gotten and went a little wide eyed, chuckling. "Especially after a heist like that. God *&#*$. What bank did you rob??" Usually that would be seen as a joke, just teasing a person for having so much money, but in this school, it was a legitimate question to ask.

May shrugged. "First National." She said, looking around the room. Clearly Nima was obsessed with Magic, but...unlike most people, May didn't seem to mind at all. It was a hobby they could enjoy together. OK, hobby for May, obsession for Nima. But that's totally okay!

She made her way toward the bunk beds and quickly claimed her spot on the bottom bunk. She wasn't climbing up there on that little ladder. She had no idea how stable it was, no idea how often it'd been used - it just wasn't happening.

Nima had already managed to get up on the top bunk. It looked like she had gotten her groove down to get up that quick. When May said what bank she had robbed, Nima looked extremely impressed. "How much did you get?" It only took a few minutes of sitting down though before Nima took out her little bed desk to start tweaking the deck that May had played with. She was still listening, just now her focus was split.

After May had answered her question, the girl bit her lip and thought for a moment while separating a few things out. "Well, you've already got it. Wanna go spend it? That should be fine as long as we avoid major shopping centers... And I'll let you borrow some of my clothes so that you don't look like such a boy! Plus, the store I wanna take you to is run by one of the teachers here, so they won't care that the money is stolen..." It seemed like the girl had thought this through pretty well.

May shrugged at the question of how much she'd gotten. Truth be told, she just shot her way into the vault and started grabbing wads of money until she heard sirens. "Ummm....looks like somewhere between 6 and 7 thousand." She said, starting to turn the bills into neat little stacks. She was right, it was about 6 and a half thousand.

"The teachers run shops?" She asked, thoroughly confused at the idea of it. You'd think criminals would be more easily spotted than this. However, if one of the teachers did really own a shop, it might be nice to go over and show how good of a student she would end up being. She poked her head up onto the top bunk, the one visible eye was clearly a bit annoyed. "...I don't look like a boy." She grumbled, a bit self conscious as she looked down her front. She didn't have the most feminine figure, sure, but she wasn't exactly boyish...was she?

Nima watched and counted as she laid down the money in her cute little stacks. The girl pushed up her glasses and smirked. There was no way she'd be that courteous with money that she stole. Then again, she had never actually tried to pull of a heist that big. The biggest thing she's done was the train robbery with her group of idiots. And they all knew how that ended... Oh well, she thought. When May asked about teachers running shops, Nima shook her head. "Just one. She's the paranormal teacher. Her name is Miss Nina. She's a kitsune. I'm pretty sure she's the least criminal teacher we have, actually. I'd consider her more neutral myself." The girl laid back on the bed and looked through the new deck she had created from the one that May had played. When the girl popped her head above the bed and pouted, Nima blinked and chuckled. "Right now you do. Your clothes give you absolutely no shape whatsoever. If someone didn't look at your adorably girly face, they'd totally think you were a guy." The girl smirked and looked over May again. "Let me dress you up." Her eyes were hidden mischievously by the glare of her glasses.

May grumbled and turned bright red, pulling up her hoodie and taking out the pieces of her gun, laying them down on her bed and removing her hoodie. She had a bit of a chest, she was cute, but that huge hoodie and gun made it hard to tell. Not to mention she didn't have much going for her in the legs department either...

"I don't look like a guy..." She said as her voice cracked, pointing to the little bra she had on. Clearly this whole thing was a touchy subject for her but...she's just cute when she's flustered. "...Besides I need a place to hide my gun." She said, crossing her arms and pouting, apparently feeling the need to cover back up.

Nima watched as she unpacked her huge gun, blinking slightly. That was larger than she had expected, but nonetheless. The girl was absolutely freaking adorable. Once she got out of all the baggy crap, she really did have a cute figure. Something Nima could definitely work with if she let her. Then she started to get pouty and it was even more charming.

The girl chuckled and smirked, seeing how it was pulling on nerves for May. She grinned and let her legs hang over the side of the bed, actually giving May full attention now. "Cute bra. Looks like maybe an A cup? I've seen guys with bigger tits." She smirked and hopped down, landing right in front of her and looking her over. "Like I said though, that face screams girl, so you've got that going for you. And if you're worried about your gun... I'll figure something out. For now though, you don't need it. Sooooooo..." She skipped over to her closet and started throwing stuff on the bottom bunk, seeming to look for something in particular.

When she found it, she exclaimed in victory and turned back to May with a mischievous grin. "How about this?" It was a simple comic book based dress that would give her a slight waist and make her legs look better. "And I think I even have a push up bra..." She tossed the dress at May and went to look through one of the drawers, having a hard time finding it.
