Powers:

Supernatural Agility: With only a foot or hand on a solid surface Alina is able to rapidly contort herself into difficult positions with little effort as long as her physiology allows her to bend that way.
          -Super Leaps: She is able to Rapidly propel herself through the world around her with her supernatural jumping capability, optimally jumping up to three stories high or to distance of one hundred feet. Alina can travel like this for more than ten minutes maintaining speeds of her maximum speed of 90 miles per hour before she begins to tire. 30 minutes is currently the longest she can endure the fatigue.

Shadow Burglary: Alina is capable of painlessly stealing peoples shadows with only a light touch. The stolen shadows are stored within her own until she brings them back out. Freed shadows slowly make their way back to their owners like the end of a rubber band to a finger propelling their two dimensional form through even the thinnest of openings. If a direct path is unavailable they will cast themselves onto the side of the obstruction. The shadows can easily travel through transparent materials. People who lose their shadows get new ones after eight hours.
              Shadow Art: She can mold shadows into many different shapes and sizes and then onto solid objects. Alina creates translucent chiaroscuro artwork on walls or other stationary objects to tag areas she has been or even places she has stolen from. Shadows that get molded into artwork cannot return to their original owner. She has to use the material she is painting on as the background color.
              Hidden in Shadows: It is rare that an object stolen by her is found on her person when she is arrested, yet after she is set free (or escapes which ever happens first) she almost always has it in tow. For Alina Shadows are doors to pocket dimensions, and Alina can move herself and things into these dimensions. Things have to leave the dimension through the same shadow that they used to enter it.

Skills:
Master thief: Alina is a tactician at heart. She can plan heists through advanced, well defended facilities with ease. Even if she doesn't always have the resources to commit the heist she knows where she can steal those things from.
              Escape Artist: Her quick thinking can be used to get her out of places and situations as well as it helps her get in them. This is especially useful when she is caught be an unplanned for factor in the middle of a heist.

Weaknesses: Alina is unable to resist "impossible" heists, and to be honest she finds the phrase quite insulting to her talents as a burglar. A false one of these would be optimal to lure her into a trap.

Alina can't use her shadow abilities if the shadow is on a reflective surface.

If the her suit is over charged by a very powerful blast of light and she does not disperse all of the energy immediately, the suit will become unresponsive of at least an hour.

Alina is a cruddy robber; Alina isn't especially skilled in hand-to-hand fighting, and she isn't very physically intimidating.

Personality: Alina is the inquisitive, observant type. Years of getting caught has taught her to be wary of going into situations blind. Whenever she goes into a heist or attempts a burglary she makes sure that she looks for everything about the facility from the average temperature that is to be expected in a particular room to the number of mirrors in a particular bathroom. The problems occur when Alina underestimates people, but such is the way of her life. Most of her foiled attempts occurred when an unexpected outside force messed with one of her delicate plans, it's not fun if they aren't delicate (and she often is too brash to make rigid plans because it takes too long), whether some "hero" came in to stop her, some "villain" tried to steal the same object, or a guard spontaneously realized he had food poisoning (I mean really,what was his deal?!).

Strengths: As a burglar, Alina is great at thinking on her feet even when her feet are speeding down an interstate from police officers. She is also skilled in sleight of hand, 'basic street magic', gymnastics.

History: Raised by the petty thief Ghost Dougal, Alina was born into the life of crime. Alina grew up lacking the stable life style of most people, but thanks to her father she was never lacking. Ghost always kept a roof over their head, food in their bellies, and money under their mattresses. It didn't last forever though, on Alina's 14th birthday her father went to do a big job, but never came back. for the next four years Alina was bounced back and forth between foster homes. Just before her 18th birthday she vanished from her foster parents' home. She found work with her metahuman abilities and made connections with people that would offer her tools to accomplish feats that she would previously think impossible.

I intended for "shadow art" to just be a way for her to use the shadows that she had stolen from people and tie them down to a place. This also allows her to reliably have a place to hide in. It being art was secondary.

What was I supposed to do once the edits were completed?

It says people who lose their shadows gain new ones after eight hours. It also says if she molds the shadows into artwork that they can't be returned. Do the victims get new shadows no matter what? Or do they never have a shadow ever again after their shadow is used?

It says her suit can be overloaded with light and lose capabilities. You didn't mention any suit other than there, let alone any powers it might have.
