===PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION===
Hair Color: a brilliant red-orange, similar to a sunset

Other Traits: Along various points on Versailles’ spine and around her scalp, she has a large number of surgical scars. The most noticeable ones are hidden behind her human ears.
To go with these scars, Versailles has a cute pair of red fox ears atop her head and a matching tail extending from the base of her spine. Despite having two sets of ears, Versailles is legally deaf.
===POWERS===
Powers:Versailles has the little known power of Retrocognition, which alows her to see what has happened in a particular place at any given time, however it is impossible to control what time she goes to in busier places. Her sight can only go so far back as to when the room existed, or up to 100 years ago in an open area. Her sight is limited by basic vision restrictions - no seeing through walls or other solid objects - and she must be in the room or area to see what has happened there.
Clairaudience is a much weaker power than her Retrocognition, allowing her to hear sounds that corporeal beings cannot. This also applies to any and all supernatural beings, however meta-humans and aliens are not included. On occasion, this will act up and kick in of its own accord, same with the Retrocognition, which greatly interferes with her daily life. While the retrocognition is sporadic and rare, clairaudience tends to activate itself any time she is near areas where many people have died, particularly near the ocean where it will drain her energy to fatally low levels.
Skills: Versailles has little in terms of combative skill, having had little need for it, although she can throw a decent punch.
Instead, she has a more mundane skill set, aside from an astounding knowledge of first aid and other emergency medical practices. Versailles has a valid driver's license, a natural talent for cooking, and the kind of EQ that makes people naturally open up to her - even if she doesn’t want them to.
Versailles can read lips and body language really well, however despite her disability, she never learned sign language.
Weaknesses: Versailles, when faced with combat against drunks, can hold her own until she can escape, but when faced with supervillains or metahumans abusing their power, she becomes a natural damsel in distress.
Her powers, albeit not dangerous, are often hard to control and often be obstructed by interference from other powers.
Equipment: none
===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===
Personality:Versailles isn't quite reclusive, but is very shy and not fond of being around groups of people larger than one. She's terrified of most everyone and has a lot of trouble finding things to be positive about regarding herself but will always have a compliment ready for others - should they deserve it. Versailles has no confidence in her own abilities, but knows she can trust them to get her out of sticky situations most of the time. A sticky situation she couldn't escape is one she didn't willingly place herself under circumstances to encounter.
Versailles enjoys long walks, warm days, and being outside in the rain. She likes to play music she's memorized even if she can't hear it but never in front of an audience. She loves felines of all sorts and wishes she could have a pet but, being allergic to cats, has never had the chance to. Rodents, dry summer days and severe cold weather, as well as bad hygiene are on the top of Versailles' list of dislikes. She absolutely hates large crowds or any crowds in general, although she's more afraid of them than she dislikes them.
Strengths: Versailles’ greatest strengths are in her mind. She is a very logical person, very rarely allowing herself to get carried away with anything (except party decorations). Her maturity often sets her in a leadership role, however it also tends to get in the way of lowering her stress levels. Being a kind soul, Versailles takes care of anyone she meets, regardless of their alignment. There are better things to do than hate people or discriminate.
Interests/Habits: Versailles hasn’t picked up many hobbies through the years, and despite the atrocities her uncle created still has a love for animals. She loves reading, everything from scientific journals to adventure novels, even a little romance.
As for habits, she was trained out of the worst of them. When nervous she still has a tendency to scratch, and whenever she becomes absorbed in a book the only thing that exists is her and the book. As she walks, Versailles’ tail flicks about behind her, automatically keeping her on balance, while her ears rotate to pick up sounds that Versailles can’t hear - or can if supernatural - and change positions according to her emotions.
===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===
Family Members: Uncle (imprisoned), Aunt (imprisoned), unknown parents (deceased), Ark
Place of Origin: Northern Russia
History:Versailles' birth parents are mostly unknown, her aunt and uncle who adopted her had a few photographs but not many. As a child she would sometimes try to see them in the past when the photos were taken, but they never visited her uncle's lab. She grew up surrounded by her uncle's strange experiments and attempts at mixing the talents of predators together. She grew up happily, helping her Uncle with his work by caring for the animals. As it progressed, his work began to evolve from creating creatures to help people to creating hunters to help murderers. Versailles didn't know it wasn't generally acceptable, she didn't even know her uncle was dealing with illegal experiments. When she was fifteen, Versailles became the first human test subject. She was given a synthetic fox tail to begin with, which occurred with no problems. She learnt to use the tail for balance as if she'd always had it. The next step wasn't quite so easily done.
A synthetic pair of matching fox ears were grafted to her head, although when they didn't seem to work properly, her uncle sliced through the nerves of her ear, disconnecting them so that he could attempt to reroute them to the synthetic ones. The experiment failed, and left Versailles permanently deaf. It wasn't til after this that Versailles found an ability to hear things she couldn't see. The country's government came soon after and shut down her uncle's lab, sending him to prison and leaving Versailles on her own.
She began to wander around the city homeless until she came across a particularly violent pyrokinetic, who she began to travel together with. She and Ark became close friends, and they stayed together for two years before Versailles left so as not to hold back Ark and his new lover.
Sample rp:Versailles giggled as the dog licked the candy from her palm, happily stroking the fur on his back. The dog crunched up the peppermint and spat out the wrapper, then whined at her for more. Such an adorable creature, and he's well behaved too. I wonder why he's running around without a collar? Maybe he's a runaway? He could be a spirit too I suppose, or even a demon. He's too nice to be a demon though.
Versailles freed a few more candies from their plastic wrappers and held them out to her canine friend. Tapping his nose he let him eat the candies on her palm before she tugged him over and motioned for him to lie down on her lap. "You probably shouldn't eat too many of those. You'll need to get your teeth brushed, but they work wonders on bad breath. What's your name? You don't have a collar but surely you have a name, right? Not that I'd be able to understand it really. I can't always understand my own species, let alone any others."
