Powers:Magic Card Cast!:
Once a day, she can pick a hand of seven random cards from her most prized deck, her Magic The Gathering extort deck. Of these seven cards, she can pick only ONE to cast per day. That spell will last either ten minutes per mana cost to cast it in actual game, or until it is dispelled/destroyed. She has to wait the same amount of time before she is able to cast it again. It takes eight hours of rest in order for it to become a "new day".
Quick Example:
Arctic Aven is a 3 cost, so will last 30 minutes if undisturbed. It has a power of 2 so will hit with about the strength of a normal person. It has a toughness of 1, so it only takes one hit to cause it to dispell. It can fly. And it's ability states that "Arctic Aven gets +1/+1 as long as you control a Plains", so it'll get a +1 to both power and toughness for however many plains she has in her hand.

One Thousand Lashes: 40 minutes. It creates a shield around Nima that lasts for a magnitude of One Thousand Lashes. Lashes are equivalent to a slap, so it would take about ten full hits to get through the shield.
INSTANTS: These do not have a time limit because the fizzle after the initial use. It still requires the mana cost amount of time before being able to cast it again.

Cancel: It can cancel one attack. It just does not go through by some means necessary. 30 minutes to recast.

Deck List
Skills:She is a very charming young girl, able to get most to play Magic with her by persuasion. This carries over into most of her life, whether that's to let an officer let her off with a warning, or to talk her way out of a homework assignment.
Weaknesses:She's just a human.
She's not very athletic, so most will be able to outrun her or have more endurance than she does.
If she loses even a single card from her deck, she can no longer cast any of the spells until a replacement is found.
Equipment:At least five decks of Magic cards at all times.
Her glasses... She kinda needs those.
===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===
Personality:She's an Otaku. This manifests itself in that she is completely and utterly obsessed with Magic. If their not talking about or playing Magic, she couldn't care less. Or, sometimes, she'll take it as far as to hate the person if they diss her hobby. She has gotten in major fights over this in the past.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

Place of Origin: Japan
History:As a small child in Japan, Nima was always pressured into making straight 100s. Nothing less than perfect was accepted or else she was severely punished by her mother. The girl began to get so engulfed in her studies, she would crack every now and then and do something detrimental to her health. Either she would eat until she puked, or she would play video games until her eyes hurt, or she would sleep until she couldn't sleep anymore.
This continued until she was in middle school and discovered the joy of Magic: The Gathering. The girl lost touch with reality for months, spending all of her time researching and playing this new game. As the girl became obsessed, something incredible happened. A dormant magic of her own was absorbed into her favorite deck and the next time she played a game, she realized her power.
Once she figured out how everything worked, the girl's eyes began to sparkle. It wasn't long after that she was using her powers at school to cause havoc. And not much more time passed before she was expelled. Her mother tried to kick her butt in gear by practically torturing her, but Nima was no longer scared of her. She boarded the next ship to California to join a new academy where she thought she'd fit in better. HIVE!
