Pushing it to the Limit (Izzy)

Yang raised an eyebrow, about to talk her down again, but she did it herself. The blonde was caught off guard by Suzuki's sudden change in demeanor, but she didn't dislike it. She laughed. Her laugh was really cute actually, considering how commanding and serious she was as a person. "If you want to take a nap that's fine. Recommended actually. Do you want me to help you back to your room?" She asked, smiling.

Suzuki shook her head at Yang's offer, trying to stand up herself but immediately stumbling face first into Yang's chest. She caught herself before she fell to the floor, but with her head on Yang's chest her eyes started to feel heavier and heavier. "Asdrghrdsf asef?"

Her words were muffled by Yang's shirt, and honestly incoherent.

Yang eeped and grabbed the girl after she spoke, lifting her up relatively easily. Super strength was nice that way, people are feathers to you. "Ummm...what'd you say?" She asked, blushing and fixing her shirt quickly. That was...embarrassing.

Suzuki was lifted up easily, her short skirt flying around. She made a pathetic noise of distress at being lifted. "I was cozy..." She mumbled, feeling rather out of it now. "I don't wanna go to my room."

She was literally a pouting child. Hopefully no other Titans saw her like that. That would be embarrassing.

Yang blinked awkwardly and sighed. "You need sleep. Like, now." Yang picked up the ninja bridal style and stepped out the door, walking down the hall. Yang and Suzuki's rooms were right next to each other, being the only two girls on the team really.

Suzuki tried to resist, but her attempts were weak. Her eyelids were heavy. When they entered her room, Yang would notice that Suzuki was a bit of a closet nerd. There were many posters on display. Most were anime themed, with a preference to Tokyo Ghoul. She also had a few swords on display, and to top it off a nice big TV with an xbox one attached.

"Hnnnmpf..." She mumbled, grabbing onto Yang tightly as she fell asleep in her arms.

Yang sighed and put her down gently. She looked around before closing the door gently and sitting down in a far off corner of the room. Suzuki would probably wake up several hours later, and Yang was asleep in a chair. It was dark out now, probably around 2 AM, and Yang had one of Suzuki's manga volumes in her lap as she slept. Apparently she'd decided to keep an eye on her overnight and just passed out.

When Suzuki awoke, she noticed that pretty much everywhere hurt right now. Especially her ribs. She had to take her breaths short and shallow to avoid the white hot searing in her chest cavity. She was no stranger to waking up like this, her training had been seemingly non-stop the last week and she often pushed herself hard enough to get hurt. With a groan, she sat up, falling swiftly on her side in time to spot Yang. She let out a gasp and her hand immediately went to grab her sword that wasn't with her at the moment.

"Y-Yang..? Wake up." Suzuki would reach over and shake the girls shoulder lightly.

Yang jumped when her shoulder was shook. Her eyes shot open, and she slurred her words together. "Who, wha? Oh...sorry I guess I fell asleep on you..." She stretched, closing the manga book and putting it right back where she'd found it. "I wanted to stick around until you woke up...see how well you were dealing with the pain. How are your eyes?" She asked, rubbing her own.

Hearing Yang explain herself, Suzuki dropped her head back into her pillow, running her hands through her straight hair and sighing. The sigh made her wince a bit, but she fought through it and tried to swing herself off the bed. She partway succeeded, her legs falling over simply but she was lacking the will to stand.

"Everything seems bright..." She admitted, squinting a bit as she looked at the sun rising in her window. "Thanks for your help."

The last part was mumbled, Suzuki refusing to make eye contact and a hint of red in her cheeks.

Yang nodded with a smile. She saw her blush but decided not to pry. "Of course
We're a team. So if you need something...say so. With powers like ours there isn't much we can't do as a team." She truly meant those words, and she stood up with a stretch. "If you ever need anything, tell me. Okay?"
