Homecoming (Titans, Open)

Yang was in her helicopter flying across the bay. It had been ages since she had been to Jump City. Between working with Xiao Long Enterprises, dealing with Junior and the Twins, and the Yakuza, she had almost entirely forgotten about the Titans. Almost. She was doing some work with stocks on her tablet as they closed in on the tower. Looking out she was almost surprised by how quickly reconstruction had gone. It had only been a couple months after all. She put away her things and picked up her bag with her Ranger armor in it, as well as another with some clothes and games in it. Most of her stuff was still at the tower after all.

As the helicopter landed on the rooftop, passing through all of the standard security measures, Yang hopped out and waved the pilot off, heading to the rooftop access stairway. It was pretty nice to be back, in all honesty.

Yang felt slightly perplexed, almost wary as she descended the stairs of the heli pad, her feet clanging loudly against the steel, and echoing across the city buildings. She felt almost as if someone was watching her, from a very long distance away.

Yang strolled down into the commons with her bags, slapping them on the ground and looking around. Just some random guy reading a book, and she assumed he was just a new guy. She looked around for someone she could at least speak to about recent events. She sighed, stretched, and adjusted her synthetic arm, poking her head around the corner.

"Helloooooo? Anybody hooooome?" She blinked and looked back over at the masked figure reading his book. "Helloooooo? Anybody SOCIAL hooooome?"

Yang raised an eyebrow and bowed back respectfully. She was happy to have someone else who understood her home culture on the team. Finally. She raised an eyebrow at him though and put her pointer finger on his mask, pushing it up onto his forehead so that she could look him in the eye. "It's rude to hide your face, Kuro." She teased, standing back up and looking around for her friends.

"I'll be honest, it's nice to have another yellow person on the team other than me. Really refreshing, actually." She said with a genuine smile. "So are you homegrown or imported like me?"

A ding sounded from a certain blue haired halfling's room, and a blur rushes past the two, letting out a ferocious battle cry."FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISH!!!!!!!!!" As wind gusted around them, the blur heads down to the kitchen, letting out happy whoops.The wind settles, leaving everything as it was.

Yang smiled. If she had noticed anything about Kuro, it was how old fashioned he would speak to her. "Just Yang is totally fine." She nodded and shrugged at the next question. "Not entirely. My family's company is located there, so every so often I have to head back home for a bit. But for the forseeable future I'm here."

As a blur shot by her, she instantly thought of Manic as her hair flew in her face. Seemed like something he would do on purpose. Then she noticed the lack of being tackled or poked at supersonic speeds. That wasn't Manic. "How many new guys do we have?"

He was from Kale's team, but after the war alot of the titans went dark, so he joined me and Harmon, same as Kuro here. His name's Toji Meta walked in, having just been training in the danger room. He smiled at Yang doing as good an impression as the bow that Kuro had done as he could Welcome back Yang, it's good to see you

A few minutes later, the blur wonder reappears, chomping happily on a plate of fish hotpockets. He grins at Yang, waving and bouncing slightly as sparks shoot through his hair.The halfling tilts his head, examining Yang curiously."......You're a pack sister, aren't you?! Welcome and hello!! I'm Toji Okami!!!" He gives her a quick, friendly hug, then backs up, offering the plate."Want one?"

Yang rustled Meta's hair when he did his little bow and laughed at him. "Stick to the fist bumps, kid." She said with a small chuckle. She nodded to Kuro slightly. "He was on the original team with me. Well...not the original team but pretty dang close."

She then turned to Toji who had finally stopped running. She'd definitely read his file already, but very little of it had anything about violating personal space. She shook her head when she smelled the fish. "I'm Asian, dude. I prefer the fish raw and in rice and stuff." She joked happily.

Kuro commented that Meta and Yang knew each other, to which Meta nodded, speaking up so that both Kuro and Toji could hear him She's a veteran Titan, she's been around longer than me and Harmon. Yang then rustled his hair while he was bowing, he raised to his full height and chuckled You're a bit young to call me kid.
