It was a boring day at the Grinning Polecat Repo services.The woman manning the desk looks up at the door ringing, blinking at the sight of a delivery man holding a box. Sighing, she speaks up." Yes? Can we help you?"The guy grins, walking up to her." Ey, I'm Bob the delivery man. Got a package for you boss..Ey, they let you have breaks, right?A charming creature like yourself shouldn't work too hard." She blinks, then reddens."oh..uhm..." Bob smiles." Anyways, I'll get this up to him. Don't worry, a beauty such as yourself shouldn't trouble herself over minor details. Please, just relax." Leaving behind the flustered, embarrassed female with a wink and charming grin, the delivery boy walks up the nearby steps, entering a room. He spots what he's after....Unfortunately, its guarded by a troll, or close enough. The big burly guy glares at him." Just who the heck are you?!" Ali grins tauntingly." Heck? Oooooh, I'm shivering. Don't rip your unieyebrow off, bud,I'm just here to recover something you took unfairly. Taking avantasge of recovering families? Bad form, old bean, bad form. Especially when you sell the stuff on the black market.Naughty,naught." The their for hire waggles a finger with his free hand, then approaches, only to stop as the guy pulls a knife." Oh...so you don't wanna play nice...." Ali's grin widens." Yay...." He rushes foward, throwing the empty box, and holding out a empty hand.the air wavers as if it was a heat haze,then the thief is suddenly swinging a steel baton. There's a dull thunk, and the knifeweilder falls back into his chair, stunned. Desummoninghis weapon,Ali sxcoops up a music box."looks like this is it!!" He heads toward the window, then stops, turning around with a evil grin as he summons spray paint....One SUKA on a forehead and a funny mustache later, a form busts out of the 2nd window floor, screaming "DYNAMIC EXIT!!!"He lands on a suddenly there small trampoline, jumping off lightly. Seeing the security chasing him, the boy grins sheepishly, running."Stop thief!!!You vandal!!!" Passing a girl, he winks, and jumps over a food cart, snagging a skewer and gnawing at it as he heads into a alley." Think I'll just go around...." The thief hops into a nearby door, sniggering as the thugs run past him. He hops out of a window back into a street, twitching as he hears the shout behind him." Dang it.." Resuming the running, Ali leads them up some stairs." You guys know..if it weren't for your bosses pride, I'm sure wed get along!!" "WRONG!" Shaking his head, the thief sees their path ends at a balcony." You two are fast, but I'm much faster! I'll just jump!" He leaps, seeming to fall. The thugs curse." He's getting away!!! Go after him!!" They run away....After a few moments, Ali flips back over the railing, having clung to the ri , laughing."sometimes its just way too easy!"

Bump.

Silver made her way down an alley, her mind wandering and her stance relaxed. She wasn't usually unprepared. However, she did jump a bit as she heard loud voices entering her range of hearing, one taunting, the others angry. She looked up, her masked face searching for the cause of the noise. She looked up, seeing a balcony. A man seemed to jump off, grabbing onto the bottom of the balcony as the others seemed to have thought he had jumped. What was this guy doing...?

She knew that those thugs would be coming into the area that the balcony overlooked, so she jumped up to a ledge, slowly climbing up a bit. Her white mask glimmered a bit in the light, and she looked up, watching the boy flip himself back over the balcony. He seemed to have street smarts akin to her own, and she was veyr curious to how this would turn out.

Ali dusts himself up, cackling slightly, and takes out the music box, checking it over."Right....Looks like its all good....Great!!Can't wait to see their faces, hahaha!" He stores it safely in his coat again, and the thief looks over the balcony, snickering at the confused thugs."Idiots...." He walks to a near alley."Let's get there."

Silver stood up on the ledge, carefully walking along it, her hands on the wall for support. She was trying to get a better view of the male, as well as what he was carrying. Not like she cared, since he didn't steal anything of hers she didn't mind. She just wondered what thing guy was doing. He just seemed interesting. And its not like she had much else to do.

Her foot slipped as she snuck along and she gasped, almost falling to the ground. She grabbed the ledge, quickly scrambling up. Her masked face flicked over to look at the boy as she stood on the ledge, her back stiff. Had he heard?

Ali examines the alley, thinking."Lets see....from here to main street....cross two blocks over...hang a right....hmmm.."Then, the thief blinks, hearing a gasp." Hmm?"He looks towards the balcony, and walks over, his coat wagging.Ali leans over."OK...those idiots are gone....so...who...." The boy looks up, then spots Silver."..........."After a pause, he grins charmingly."Ey! Need help? A lady such as yourself should have assistance!"

Silver stiffened even more as he looked over. She was surprised he could tell she was a female, but then remembered she had forgotten to put up her hair after an encounter she had. What to do, what to do? Should she run? Walk off? Speak to the boy? Either way, his 'charm' didn't effect the girl.

In fact, it annoyed her. Assistance? Silver didn't need any assistance! She could handle herself perfectly, thank you very much! She narrowed her eyes at him, her emotions unable to be seen through her mask. She turned away, quickly climbing up the side of the wall. In her hurry, her hood fell off and even more of her long mass of silver hair could be seen. She didn't want a fight when she didn't need it. And with the boys obvious cocky attitude she knew it would happen if she stopped to speak to him.

Ali raise an eyebrow as the girls eyes narrow at him. At least, he figured, he hoped, this person was a girl. It'd be embarrassing if they were a dude instead.The thief for hire blinks, seeing the girl begin climbing, and raises an eyebrow as the hair spills out.He grins, slipping his goggles over his eyes, and backs up, summoning a trampoline. He charges, and hops, using the tramp to increase his distance. Flying through the air as the wind ruffles his Mohawk, Ali grabs onto a firescape above Silver, looking down with a reckless grin." So....how are you?"He didn't seem the slightest put out that his charming hadn't worked.

Silver quickly stood up on the top of the building. It seemed like she couldn't get a break. She was always being followed. Hopefully this time she would actually just get to leave. But as she heard clanging and looked up, she noticed the male looking down at her from an above fire escape. She crossed her arms as he spoke yet again.

She climbed onto the fire escape, beginning to walk up it. "Stop following me." The girl stated stiffly, her alto voice ringing through the thin grates in her mask. What was it with guys and following her? Well, the last time it was someone who was chasing her for stealing... But still. This was why she shouldn't be so curious. But, she did have nothing better to do. But didn't this thief have anything better to do?

Ali chuckles at the crossed arms. She didn't seem pleased...Ah well....Then, she requests for him to leave her alone, her tone stiff.He cackles, lodging his feet into the bars making up the failing and hanging upside down." Ah!!!!She speaks!!! A miracle indeed. But, as much as it pains me, I cannot resist the request of a damsel such as yourself." He bends his torso, 'bowing' ,  and as she walks up he drops down, flipping and landing lightly as a business cardflutters towards the girl." I'm Ali'Kintar Alleyrunner, of the Item Retrevial Agency. Need help, Moonmane, feel free to call!" The boy begins to climb down, but tilts his head, hearing a whistle. He dodges the bat just in time."Thought you'd tricked us, eh?!" Ali rolls his eyes, jumping onto the roof as he summons Knockem and Sockem, the metal clubs humming as he spins them." Alright...let's get this over with." As one charges with a yell, Ali jumps, knocking him over with a twisting kick,  following up with a baton between the legs,only to pause as the other pulls a gun."......Well, sh(Ip)....."

Silver rolled her eyes behind her mask. Damsel? At least he was leaving her alone. She grabbed the business card out of the air, it crumpling in her grip as he turned away. She looked around as she heard the same whistle and voice. She looked up, realizing that the men the male had been escaping had returned, and one pulled a gun on Ali.

Silver sighed. she wasn't really in the mood to see a murder. She pulled out a large handful of batteties, quickly absorbing their emergy. She climbed up quickly with the help of her hair as the boy swore, her hair crackling with electricity. She grabbed the gun holders arm with multiple tendrils of hair, pulling him up and electrifying him. "First things first." She stated coldly to Ali. "Don't call me a damsel."

Ali tensed, ready to dodge, but silvery tendrils grab the gunslinger, electrifying him. The literal shock of the moment caused the jerk to faint, and the gun drops, landing on the ground. The thief flinches, expecting it to go off, but luckily it doesnt. He sighs in relief, then grins at Silver."Of course not! I see now you're no damsel, but as mighty lady knight!" He bows low and flamboyantly, then straightens with a laugh." So, Moonmane, what do you wish to be referred to as?"

Silver dropped the man with a thump, her hair calming down as she pulled out the same batteries and pushed the power back into them. She pulled her hair into a ponytail, rolling her eyes behind her mask Ali sighed in relief, turning to her. She sighed herself, a small smile under her mask as he bowed famboyantly, laughing. Moonmane? That was a unique way to describe her hair. "Just. Just call me Silver." She stated, putting a hand to her hip and relaxing a bit. She pulled her hood back up over her head with her other hand. Why did this guy speak like a prince from a stupid fantasy novel? It was sort of annoying her.

He narrows his eyes."Silver, eh?" A mischievous grin grows as his eyes glean." Arrgh, Silver it is, matey!!!" Ali nods, ceasing the teasing for the moment." Jokes aside, I'm really grateful.I gotta do something,but after that, you wanna stop by the IRA base? Least I can do is give you something from our Bank, and perhaps a bite to eat."

Silver put her hands in her pockets, smirking at Ali's pirate accent attempt. How silly. She tilted her head at his offer. "Hmm... Sounds tempting, Ali'Kintar." She replied in a tone that seemed like a mix between cheeky, and sincere pondering. The 'r' rolled off Silvers tongue in a soft and pleasing way. Just how she intended it too. However, a bank, a meal. Definitely was tempting.
