It is the year 21xx. Though a terrible war was fought in the past, that's been over for 40 years, thanks to the efforts of famed Reploid  X.The villains have slunk back into the darkness, and life resumed as normal, reploids,cyborgs, and humans working together to bring peace. There rumours, though. Rumours of a material that fuses perfectly with a human host to make the perfect meldling between the three...And of those looking greedily upon it...What is your path? What is your soul?

Okay,guys, this is based on the megaman universe,but its not linked in anyway(cept canon carries) to the games/manga/show/etc. At least,not intentionally.So, now that you know,let's get to the meat.

Races:
Humans: those who created the other races.Though they are the weakest phyiscally.,they are not to be underestimated.They are clever, and have access to a wide range of weapons and tactics, and are the most numerous.
Cyborgs: humans who have modified themselves with robotic parts. A nice balancing ground.
Reploids: Androids that can think and feel like humans.Faster,stronger, and basically better to humans in physical. They are known for their bad guy busting organization, the Hunters.
Geared: A new, unique race. These are humans that are fused with a Soulgear,which uses unique energy from within the being to form armor and/or repair and replace lost limbs,organs, and functions, transforming them into a being like a melding between reploid and man.They can adapt at a accerelated rate,  gaining new functions and weapons as necessary, and have a separate form that comes out in certain situations, as well gaining a lengthened lifespan at 20(Automatically works if charrie is that/past it when received) But, they need a tremendous amount of food to keep up their energy, or they lasp into a coma like sleep until they've fully recharged, which can take days.Regular sleep halts the process,but does not recover energy.Anything that depletes too much energy in one go automaticallyforces them to lasp into this sleep. (Note, these are very,very rare. I'm allowing 6 max,not including mine, and you must prove you will maintain interest in order to get one.Might increase amount,depending on interest)

Organizations:
Council: basically, the world united under one flag,so not to allow the war to happen again.The various countries still had their own governments, but the Council keeps a close eye on them, making sure they don't fall into darkness.
Hunters: Reploidversion of police force. Works with regular police to catch criminals, and hunts rogue reploids.
Daemons: basically, a offshoot of the hunters that work hidden and in secret to maintain peace, and the good of the people. Often very powerful and skilled.They are known about, but much like the illuminati, theresno full proof,and are a Rumour. It is said X and his comrades are part of this group.
The Rippers: our bad guys. Formerly the Ripping Army, they retreated into the dark,becoming a hidden organization dedicated to unstabilzing things and taking over.

By way,guys.If you have a human,you can make them a Geared so long as you meet the requirements. Unless its a soldier,they'll probably have to be gravely injured(as in won't survive another way) and even then its more likely if they're connected to the government some way.

Country's

Feryia: The main area of our  world.Most advanced country in the world,in terms of technology, and known for being the first to create Reploids. Main Cities:
Fusion City:The capital, and base of the Hunters. Not exactly known for crime.
Strobe Land: more along the lines of a permanent amusement park, there are never less people living in this wondrous pleasure city. A prime vacation spot,but watch out for theives. 
Fluxville: A busy,thriving city, this area is known for tall business buildings and hidden, amazing shops.


Burla: A country known for liking things large, they are great lovers of freedom, and prime enemies of Rippers. They,compared to other country's, have a certain fixation on guns, and its said every person owns at least one firearm.Main Cities:
 Johnson, T.M: Capital of Burla, this area is more business orientated, though there are historic landmarks travelers can gawk at,as well as museums and art galleries.
Yeka: Another pleasure city, this is one known for its sheer audacity and gaudyness.Well loved by gamblers, hustlers, and less savory types, as well as standard tourists.
Revival City: One of the largest,and busiest, cities in the world. A prime spot for tourist, and known for the huge,symbolic statue in the harbor.

Engant: A  land known for still having a royal family, and despite this,they rised heroicly against the Rippers message of mass dictatorship.
Kendon: City most well known by tourist. Home of the Royals and Parliament, it has plenty of historic 
 Sites,muesuems, galleries, and tourist traps.

Council Island: not exactly a country, it is never less a very important location.major cities:
Council City: More along the lines of a base or small village, this is the home of council members and their families.

The Ruined Land: A grim reminder of the war, this area has no towns or cities, though there are small villages dedicated to reforming and reviving it. This is also a prime spot of retreat for villains and those on the outs with the law.

Oh, and I've thought about it, and for you battle network lovers out there, I'm adding a new race!! NetNavi: Similar to reploid,but 100% digital.They often assist as assistants, virus busters, and guides for Netdivers.Since they're born on the Net, they tend to be master hackers, and some find a RL person to stick with.

Name: Naomi Navvaro

Age: 18

Race: Human

Looks: Naomi is small and lithe. Her hair is a light pink mass of fluffy curls usually stuffed back into a ponytail for comfort. Her face is overall very attractive (minus a small scar that nicked her eyebrow) small rounded cheeks, thin nose, up tilted eyes, and a wide smile. The only natural peculiarity for Naomi seems to be her golden coloured eyes that hold small flecks of emerald in the center close to her pupil. Though a dangerous choice, Naomi has chosen to forego the usual heavy plated armour that protects most fighters. Instead she wears a very versatile outfit: a simple white tank top and black cargo sweats. Even her feet have nothing on them as the callouses have built up over the years. Though her sweats seem a little ragged, Naomi is always unexpectedly clean. The only accessory she carries is a long bag, about the dimensions of a golf bag, with dozens of small pins and patches attached to it.

Affiliation: Surprisingly Naomi has joined the Daemons despite her odd choice of no armour.

Abilities: Naomi may be a human, but she is neither physically weak or mentally inept. Though she has no immediate powers or special skilled attacks, Naomi has an uncanny speed that outmatches even the Reploids. With a slightly shady past, Naomi also has extensive abilities in parkour and acrobatics, able to leap over walls and find creative escapes. Her most powerful ability though, is her affinity with technology. Unexpectedly, Naomi was part of illegal robot fighting rings, constantly scavenging parts and then programming her toys until she was taken in by someone who knew what he was doing and now has improved to be a master at robotics, engineering, and programming. Lastly, Naomi has great skill in marksmanship considering her ethnicity.

Items: Inside the mystical bag that is always found on Naomi’s person, is a little array of tools that fight for her. The most notable of which, is a small bunny. Leela. Leela is Naomi’s greatest creation. The robot has the ability to transform into a massive sniper rifle that has three settings. The first shoots high caliber bullets. The second releases a massive beam of laser light that can slice a building in half. The third released an EMP that destroys the Bunny as well as any technology or ‘AI’ within fifty miles. Due to personal ties, this third setting will most likely never be used. Leela can also activate a golden defense bubble once she detects damage on Naomi. It is only large enough to hold a few small people but is nearly impenetrable. The bunny has a minor ability to record video and audio through her eyes. The ears on Leela can either send out a blinding flare, flash bang or smoke grenades, or small sweeps of lasers. Lastly but not least, Leela has a self destruct setting that releases a nasty virus that has the tendency to eat up codes like kids eat cake. It destroys all the programming in the bunny, but also has a 70% chance to jump to any powerful mechanical source nearby and do the same. This is more likely for Naomi to activate because she can reprogram the bunny.

History: Originally from Burla, Naomi used to be a free and wild spirit. She engaged in illegal robot fighting rings, and back alley brawls. However she never got into anything too serious because although her jerk father may have left right after her little sister Mia was born, Naomi’s mother had made up for all the difference and then some. Her brilliance eventually earned Naomi a reputation: the Black Bot Fighter. A university Professor, intrigued, went on a search for the Black Bot Fighter and easily found Naomi. He took her under his wing and greatly advanced her technical skills under the conditions that she stop fighting. So she did. Between the time she stopped fighting and the Professors’s assistant quit, Naomi carries a very dark secret. Later, her life stabilized and things were starting to look up. Then a group of bot fighters out for vengeance attacked Naomi’s little sister Mia. Naomi was at the time working on a small robotic rabbit for Mia as a present. While their mother worked, Naomi tended to Mia. There was no one more precious in this world for her. So when Mia died, filled with grief and unable to face her mother, Naomi locked herself away into the college workroom. The professor taught his student well and couldn’t bypass the security codes. After a month spent in isolation Naomi emerged with dead eyes and a fully geared rabbit death trap. With a wordless hug goodbye, she handed the keys to the workroom and university labs back to the Professor and neither he or her mother ever saw her again. Naomi tracked down the people who murdered her sister and slaughtered them with Leela. Then she ran. As a fugitive Naomi landed in Feryia. She continued fighting with Leela, easily dominating her competition. Like a robot god of death, she received a new name: The Reaper. Once the name stuck to her, so did the Rippers. Naomi looked at them and saw the same people who killed her sister. So she joined them. In cases where victims and ‘AI’s would have been tortured, Naomi practiced the only mercy she knew to do and shot them. That was the reason she had joined. What others saw as cold efficient quick kills, Naomi desperately tried to console the blood on her hands as mercy kills so that victims wouldn’t have to go through what she and her sister did on the streets. Eventually, Naomi turned on the Rippers, slaughtering a large group of them in a hysterical mental break. Then the Daemons found her in the mess. Rather than the persecution she swiftly expected, Naomi was treated with gentle care. Whoever led the Daemon’s saw promise in her. They also saw a small wounded animal, afraid and ready to lash out. Naomi pledged her utter loyalty and in return her crimes have been ‘forgotten.’ She has been an elite member of the Daemons ever since.

Personality: Time with the Daemon’s has healed Naomi for the most part. Treated like a sibling by most and the scourge of the world by others, Naomi is a sucker for humour and mischief. A good sparring, and intellectual challenge are daily needs for this fiery soul. Once Naomi trusts you, she gives you everything. Loyalty and friendship is something Naomi greatly treasures. Out on jobs however, Naomi slowly changes. She becomes withdrawn, no nonsense, and even cruelly cold at times. She had never overstepped the boundaries, but Naomi lives up to the soulless name of Reaper when it’s time to get a job done. Mental games are a forte for Naomi but her blunt personality tends to neglect this talent and face something head on instead. Stubborn and determined don’t even begin to touch the level of tenacity Naomi can dedicate to a person or goal. Outside work and her social bubble, Naomi seems more subdued. Rather than a passionate personality and fun loving heart, she acts more like the mature big sister she used to be. Her personality depends the most on her environment and intent. Except when on a job, Naomi is easily likeable. Still no matter what circumstances she has been in, Naomi has never revealed the full extent of her past to anyone.

Name: Dax Devarouxe

Age: 20

Race: Cyborg

Looks: Dax stands well over six feet and fills out at two hundred and thirty pounds of pure man killing muscle. Built like a tank, Dax wears armour as intimidating as his size. Smooth black plates of bullet proof armour covers his chest, back, shoulders, forearms, calves, and thighs. A skin tight red suit of flex fabric lies underneath his armour, and to compliment this Dax has drawn bright red graffiti over his black armour on the chest piece and forearms. Despite his intimidating appearance, Dax has a very young face. Emerald green eyes and wavy black hair take some of the edge from Dax's harsh looks aside from a long thin scar that reaches from the chin to the right ear on Dax's jaw.

Affiliation: What better a place for a human tank than the Daemons?

Abilities: Two twin cannons are built into Dax's palms. Each one shoots out a pulse of energy that acts as a knockback. It'll toss up to one ton of weight ten feet back. The lesser the weight the father they fly hehe. Speaking of which, Dax also has jets plugged into his feet. Dax can fly for about ten hours the speed of a car. His eyes are modified to see farther and have two additional settings: night vision and heat radar. All his organs have been replaced with superior robotic parts. His armour has small pistols and lasers hidden in the forearms. There are knives hidden in the elbows and, knees, and shoes of his armour. Last but not least, Dax has extensive knowledge in martial arts.

Items: Dax has a baby. Her name is Arysn. And she's a portable flame thrower. What more could a man ask for?

History: Feryia has been Dax's home all his life. Born and raised, Dax was a legacy for the Daemons. His father, also a cyborg was once apart of the organization. Surprisingly his father lived through his occupation to retirement. His mother however, just a human, fell ill shortly after having Dax. Too ill to survive an operation for cyborg parts that could save her life, she passed away when Dax was about twelve. Thus, he was raised an only child. Life wasn't all bad though. With a mentor and his father still behind him, Dax adopted the Daemon's as his second family. Life was typical for a Daemon. Lot's of action and none of the publicity that the hunters had to endure. Then his division hunted down Naomi. Though standoffish at first, Dax eventually broke into Naomi's defenses and in his mind adopted Naomi as a little sister. Since then the two have been inseperable like siblings.

Personality: Dax for the most part is an easy going and energetic personality. Confidence out the wazoo makes for possible ego problems, but when your built like a tank you have room to be full of yourself. Despite his fun loving personality and seemingly never ending energy, Dax has a protective side. He acts as a leader and has enough charisma to do a good job. If he sees you as an equal, Dax has no problem stepping aside. He's open, flexible, and very approachable. Almost everybody loves Dax. And he loves 'em right back. Almost like a big, man killing golden retriever.

(I hoped you wouldn't mind another character so soon. Dax and Naomi are really essential to each other.)

Looks: Bowman is a 5’11” NetNavi who wears a flexible black suit with green shoulder and knee plates, providing him with minimum protection but unrestricted motion. He has flat brown hair and brown eye, like his owner. His Navi Symbol is a green target on a black background. His right hand can turn into a green bow buster that fires energy arrows.

Abilities:

Web Link - Bowman is constantly connected to the internet and can access information on command. This includes information about his surroundings and even information on people he meets.

Hacking – As a computer entity, Bowman can inject himself into any electronic system and work on hacking it. While he is very skilled at hacking, he can still be detected by the computers and
raise an alarm.

Personality: In contrast to his owner, Bowman is a fairly calm individual. He has a rather calm fighting style, choosing to wait patiently and initiate with a painful bow shot, moving to close range combat only when necessary.


Name: Jack Knight

Age: 17

Race: Human

Looks: Jack is 5’11” and thin, weighing in at just under 130 pounds. He has dark brown hair which he combs straight down and dark brown eyes. He tends to wear light clothing, opting for a black t-shirt and black camo pants.

Affiliation: Anti-Ripper

Abilities:

Cross Fusion – By inserting five Battle Chips followed by a special Synchro Chip into his PET, Jack can Cross-Fuse with Bowman, gaining his Navi’s armor, outfit, and ability to form a bow. While in this form, Jack can use each of the Battle Chips he inserted one time to give himself an edge in a battle. The transformation also gives Jack slightly enhanced durability, allowing him to take heavier hits. Finally, the Fusion gives Jack and Bowman a mental link so that they can easily communicate with each other. As Cross Fusion is an experimental technology, however, it has a few limitations. Firstly, the transformation only lasts for 10 minutes, at which point Jack’s armor fades and he cannot Cross Fuse for another hour. Secondly, any damage done to the duo during Cross Fusion stays with Jack, from which he must naturally recover. Finally, if Jack and Bowman can be provoked into fighting each other, the Cross Fusion will fail, knocking them out of it or even preventing fusion in the first place.

Hand-to-Hand Combat – Jack has had close-quarters combat training, allowing him to hold his own up close with fairly skilled opponents.

History: For most of his young life, Jack had a fairly normal upbringing. His parents were researchers for a science lab dedicated to advancing net technologies and NetNavis. Due to the increasing number of Reploids and the role they played during the war, many of the scientists feared the potential threat that they posed to humanity. As such, they began development on a new technology, that of Cross Fusion. It was during this development that Jack’s parents created Bowman for their son. After many years of research, they were finally ready to test their technology. Unfortunately, none of the test subjects were able to properly Cross Fuse until Jack’s parents brought the boy in. Due to the bond the two had developed over the past few years, the two were able to easily Cross Fuse, producing the test’s first success. Over the next few months, the scientists continued their experiments, lengthening the fusion to 10 minutes and allowing for the use of Battle Chips. However, the Rippers eventually learned about these experiments and, in an attempt to stop the experiments, destroyed the lab and the research within, killing all of the scientists in the process, including Jack’s parents. This event is what drives Jack’s current actions, and he uses the Synchro Chip that had been left in his possession to hunt down the Rippers, aiming to find the ones who killed his parents.

Personality: Jack is a fairly outgoing and happy individual in his normal everyday life, cracking jokes and having fun like a majority of kids his age. Even when battling, he tends to crack jokes and take it less seriously than he should. When it comes to Rippers, however, Jack drops any appearance of enjoyment and goes full out, with his only goal being to get information from his opponent before destroying them. Jack’s battle style contrasts with Bowman’s in that he heavily prefers CQC and hand-to-hand combat over ranged attacks. Jack has complete trust in his Navi however, and Bowman recognizes Jack’s style and does his best to work with his owner.

Age:  Looks and acts like a (Semi irresponsible) 17
Race: Reploid
Looks: Armor design similar to older brother X's,though orange and yellow, with boxy shoulder guards like Zero. Has sonic speakers installed near the shoulders.His right hand  transforms into a buster he calls his boombox. Unlike standard busters, this one projects sonic sound,instead of energy.His helmet crystal is purple and arrowshaped, and the helmet has a fauxhawk design on top of it,stopping at the gem.When he takes his helmet off, its revealed he has a short,dark brown Mohawk. There's a tribal design on his left cheek, and he has brilliant green eyes that often gleam in cheery  mischievousness.Sonic boosters on the bottom of Hus feet increase his speed.

Abilities:Here comes the boom: shoots a brief,concentrated wave of sonic sound that hits like a 50 pound sledgehammer( not that impressive,considering the advanced armor of modern times.) Sonic screech: let's out a high pitched screech that disorients and pacifys unprepared humans and bots..Sand Trip: Fires his boombox at the ground to create a sand trap that trips up and slows people chasing him. Wall of sound: Using all speakers, puts out a huge, undamaging wave of sonic sound that pushes others back and robs standard projectiles of lethality. Stick it to em!!: Has decent skill with his fighting sticks. I drive reel gud!: His main talent, outside of carrying out his namesake, is masterful use of Hus heavily customized hoverbike, the Tricky Weasel. Those racing or chasing him are often surprised when he quickly spins the vehicle around and begins driving backwards.
Items:  Fighting sticks: in holsters on his back, he can use these to fight back against foes his boomboxdoesnt work against. Can combine into a staff. The Tricky Weasel: Raps pride and joy, a heavily customized hover bike with  the same color scheme as him, and  has a tribal weasel design across both sides.
History:Youngest member of the Light Family, he was created to entertain, though he has methods of defense. Deciding to go into the hunters a few years ago, he had his father, Dr. Light,refit him with armor.He's still up to his tricks, though. Going to races and parties, though he takes his Hunter Responsibilities seriously. He is still one of the lower ranked Hunters, and refuses to let his family name do the job for him.
Personality:If one absolutely had to describe him in one sentance, it'd be along these lines: Typical RPG Loveable Rogue. He's cheerfully impudent, though his teasing always has a affectionate edge to it, unless he doesn't like someone. Then its just to annoy them. He doesn't regard rules as be all end all, and instead relies on what he see's as right.Though this makes him a bit less " refined", he's still very much a good guy, and refuses to let bad guys get away.He's gentle to little ones and those who aren't comfortable interacting with the rest of the world, and has no problem whatsoever standing up for this who won't or can't stand up for themselves. Enjoys listening to and doing rap music. He often attempts to charm his way out of trouble, more so if its someone he finds attractive, and he has no problem 'practicing' this quality during normal times.
