Density Manipulation

• Intangibility- As a member of the B-Team the file classifies his power as density manipulation. Currently it has only manifested as intangibility. Using this power Leo becomes untouchable... and unable to touch any form of solid matter. He is able to also alter anyone's tangibility he touches while performing the act of making himself intangible. Effects wear off the moment he stops touching them.
  
  
• Physical Disruption- This is what happens when an object loses its intangibility while intersecting another object. When Leo lets his hand pass through a human being and makes it tangible for a moment it causes a great burning sensation to the subject. The sensation is the akin to putting one's naked hand into the fire. This attack can pass through all physical armor. When it comes to regular solids it can tear through titanium.
  

Tactile Telekinesis

• Flight- By utilizing his relatively low level telekinesis, Leo is able to propel himself through the air. Though this requires concentration the fastest Leo can safely fly without harming his body is 300 mph. Though if he is pushing himself and is willing to deal with backlash he can push himself to 500mph
  
  
• Force field Generation- When Leo has to protect a group of people he is able to summon a telekinetic force field. In exchange for his inability to become intangible he is able to create a barrier that is able to withstand a missile strike. The farthest the force field can reach is around 10 meters, if need be it can extend to 15 but the barrier is weak enough to be shattered by any normal powerhouse with 10 tons worth of strength.
  

Psychic Energy Manipulation

• Psionic Explosion- Leo is able to create a psychic bomb able to cause great amounts of damage when left unchecked. Leo is able to create this explosion by focusing his psychic energy into an dark black orb. He then fires it at his enemy by shooting it at an enemy. The explosion is powerful enough to destroy a building with minimal prep of 5 minutes. With more time the bomb will get more and more powerful.
  
  
• Psychic Energy Emission- Leo is able to fire beams made of psychic energy from his hands and eyes. The concussive force is strong enough to dent metals such as copper and steal. The beams are multicolored and can leave light burn marks around most surfaces.

Personality:

Leo Callahan is your average american highschooler. He is spends most of his time chasing women and keeping up appearances. Due to this he tries to appear snobby, over confident, and headstrong. Now if these aren't remarkable traits that you want in your hero just wait, there is more. Coupled with that Leo is the rebellious stage of his life, meaning he tend to but heads with traditional authority. Causing him to be a rather well known kid around the precinct.

Though that isn't all to him, Leo is quite perceptive. As a child Leo was always well versed in picking up small habits about the people around him. This grew into Leo's impressive people skills capable of talking to just about anyone so long as he speaks the language. It also allowed him to be a decent mediator when it comes to situations where talking is important.

In life there are two types of people, those who explode when under pressure and those who beg for more. Leo is the latter. This stems from the multiple times Leo had to think on his feet to hide his powers as a child. In times of great stress or when facing an opponent, Leo is capable of thinking clearly and making the decisions he deems appropriate.

Though Leo has quite a few more problems. He is hedonistic, he is constantly on the search for self indulgent pleasures. Whether it be women, liquor, video games, or adrenaline Leo will constantly be on the look out for it. He may even go as far as to put other necessary things behind to pursue the pleasures he so craves.

Place of Origin: Jump City
History: Leo was born and raised in Jump City. His parents were successful as Lawyers and he was the golden child. In a way people considered him to be the embodiment of perfection. He never got into trouble, never complained, heck he went through puberty without a hitch. One could say it was strange how he was so perfect. This was due to something that Leo couldn't explain to his parents. He could become intangible. He didn't know the cause of it, as far as he knew he might be a mutant. Either way he did his best so that people wouldn't find out. He found that he would stay tangible as long as he remained the center of attention. So he lived his life as the popular kid. It wasn't until highschool he was found out though. A B-Team operative found him change density while trying to get out of a locker room. Causing him to be put in the B-Team.

He remained in the B-Team for a few months. Keeping a low profile as he attended the team meetings and rarely going on missions. Though during his time in the B-Team he happened to make a few friends. Though as time went on he felt that there was no place on the B-Team for him. He just wasn't in to it and he wasn't exactly sure what he wanted to do with his powers. So with that he dropped out the B-Team and then out of school.

On the streets of Jump was when Leo began to really branch out on his own. He started by working at his cousin's motel. A drab place for the most part. There was little to no air conditioning and there was some weird chick constantly stalking him. It wasn't long before Leo's powers evolved. Not only could he become intangible but now he could fire lasers from his hands and eyes. With these abilities, Leo decided! To live his life the same as he had been, hiding his abilities and chasing after chicks. Though who knows, maybe Leo may become a hero... or a lazy bum that hits on women too much.
