Toji walks around the alley, frowning in confusion. He'd been called in to find and capture a strange animal, but he hadn't seen any traces." Alright, peoplle said it looked like a wolf....Maybe its an Lycan like what I read in the book, back at the Tree......"

Nikki walked on all fours, pacing along the alley as she looked for some kind of 'den' or something she could sleep in for the night. There had to be somekind of empty store or open dead end alley she could curl up in. She was just about to turn and head down a different path when she cought the smell of some one coming down the alley she had been planning on heading up. The were ferret was about to scramble up a wall when another idea came to her. Nikki transformed and leaned up against a wall like she was a normal girl.... alone..... in a dark alley. Maybe climbing the wall would have been a better plan.
But she shook her head and tried to appear like she'd been hanging out there a while, leaning against the wall, arms crossed, looking down but still able to see who ever was coming.

Toji walking down the alley, spots the girl, and blinks. A girl, alone in this alley and at this time of night? Odd, and very risky...The halfling gives out a mental shrug, and walks over to her." Hello.....um, are you alright? Its dangerous to be out on the streets at thus time of night, ya know? Oh, speaking if dangerous, Have you seen a faint animal, looks kinda like a skinny wolf? I got a call to make sure it isn't dangerous, and if it is, capture it."

Nikki gave a small shrug, "im sure I can handle any thing that decides to mess with me." She looked at the guy in front of and tilted her head, "though you sure you can take on the dangerous animal? You look more like you might be a snack to it." She walked away from the wall and eyed the strange kid,"and what do you plan to do when you catch it? Give it a collar and name it Spot?"

Toji, when told that he looks more like a snack, winces, grinning sheepishly."Ahahahahhaah.....um, since I'm half demon,
I think I'll be fine.It's nice being part Okamian, ahahahahhaahah. Anyways, I'll probably take it out of the city, and place it where it, and the citizens, are safe. I know its not nice being caged...." Toji absemindely rubs his neck, blinks, then lowers t hand."Um, by way. Names Toji Okami, teen Titans, codename Lightning Wolf."

Nikki smiled when Toji said he was part demon, "ok so maybe not a snack but possably a fun toy. My names Nikki. And just a hint 'Lightning Wolf', its not a wolf your looking for." Nikki smirked and waited to see if he asked any more questions. She figured since he was a Titan, and didnt plan to catch the "dangerous creature" to put it in a zoo or keep it as a pet or something, she could give hime a few hints. But she didnt plan on making it overly easy though.

Tgrins."a fun toy? How interesting, I don't think I've had quite that reaction yet. People usually say, aaaah monster, or are otherwise cautious.... Well, except my team, theyre the only ones so far that have completely accepted me.....anyway, its not a wolf?hmmmm.....oh, I know!!!! Its a kitsune!!!!!!" He grins, explaining." A fox spirit."

Nikki raised an eyebrow as he explained and began circling around the alley, then found a can and nudged it, "not a fox either. But you still have one guess left." She kicked the can down the alley and watched it bounce into the shadows. After a couple seconds she wished she hadnt kicked it so hard, now she didnt have a toy......then she looked at Toji. Well maybe she did. A half demon might be a fun sparring partner. If he could figure it out that she was what he was looking for anyway. She smirked to herself, she could be here a while for that.

Toji blinks, tgen begans thinking out loud."Hmmm, how could it not be? Skinny creature shaped like a canine......a mutated ferret? No, that's ridiculous....maybe....But why call United. We usually deal with supernatural things.....hmmm...."

Nikki continued to circle around the alley, and Toji, smirking a bit as he decided a mutant ferret was a rediculous idea. "Imsure you'll get it eventually. Or it will find you, right?" Nikki laughed a little at that. She kicked a small rock as she walked around now, still watching the blue haired kid as he tried to think. Might as well destract him a bit, "so is that hair dye or is your hair naturally blue like that?"

Toji sighs."well, maybe it is a ferret….....Hmmmmm?" He turns to look at Nikki." Oh my hair? Its natural. Its the mark of Okami. You see, the lightning contained in our souls changes the color, making I blue. Or at least that's how dad explained it....I think the Great Forger did it so we could have a common badge of honor......"

Nikki nodded and tilted her head, "so if I touched it, would I get zapped? Like sticking your finger in an electric socket or something?" She was kinda glad she had destracted him, this guessing game was to fun and he was almost figuring it out.

Toji blinks, then shakes his head." No......only when lightning is channeling through it. That happened when I'm excited or embarrassed.....Of course, I can will it, as well."  As hesays this, sparks shoot through his blue mane." That's not all I can do..." He blinks." Hey, what are doing around here, anyway?"

Nikki paused and looked around for some random idea as to why she would be in an alley so late. "Uh, just wonderin." She shrugged, "nothing really messed with me so im not to worried bout where I go." She looked down the alley. "So how long do you think it will take before you catchwhatevers roamin around here?" She asked, wondering just how good this guy thought he was.

Toji nods." I see. Well, you should be careful, never less..." When asked how quickly he figured he could catch this thing, Toji grins sheepishly." Well, it depends. If I go all out, I could probably catch it pretty quickly. But, I don't want to don't want to do that. That would mean breaking a lot of stuff...."
