Jutsu: Rei was originally a sensor-type but trained to master earth release jutsu. She has excellent chakra control, enabling her to be an effective user of genjutsu, as well being good at getting out of it if she is ever caught in one.

Her illusions mostly involve altering the landscape or depriving her targets of one or more of their senses.

*Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Yogiri - Rei's summoning companion is a giant moth with black wings. She mainly calls upon her when she needs to transport others or to create powerful gusts of wind. She possesses the special ability of scattering hallucinogenic dust from her wings that induces grogginess, sleepiness or outright hallucinations depending on the dosage released.

Skills: Rei is an accomplished combatant and is especially proficient in wielding the spear. As a ninja miko, she does not have an official rank, but would likely qualify as a Special Jounin due to possessing Jounin-level sensory skills. This includes chakra-sensory as well as overall heightened senses honed through training by restricting her sight. An application of this is her ability to fight unhindered even while wearing a blinder that cuts off her vision. She would be on the level of a skilled Chuunin in all other categories.

*Spear - Her custom-made spear can make various tones when striking hard surfaces. She uses this for her sound-based genjutsu. Of course it is also a potent weapon in actual armed combat.
*Blinder - Though it possesses the peculiar shape of an open eye, she is unable to see anything at all while wearing it. It has a number of other unintended uses such as making her look intimidating and providing decent enough physical protection for her face. It also protects her from sight-based genjutsu.

Personality: Aloof and serious, Rei seeks strength and new challenges to improve herself. Being raised in a temple all her life, she possesses a childish curiosity towards the many sights of the outside world. While she is not above trickery in combat, she is still a fair and honest person in general, mostly due to her inexperience. Woe betide anyone who tries to deceive her though as her sensory skills effectively make her a walking lie detector.

Strengths: Rei is very pragmatic and will promptly discard what isn't necessary or sacrifice what needs to be sacrificed without making a fuss. She is quite good at making quick but well-thought out decisions and always sees them through to the end. When proved wrong or when she makes a mistake, she acknowledges her error and immediately adjusts her strategy accordingly.

Interests/Habits: She has a habit of stalking someone for a while and observing them before approaching them. She is competitive and won't turn down a challenge, especially if it's interesting.


Family Members: Unknown

History: As a baby, Rei was left at the doorstep of a certain ninja temple in the Land of Earth. This temple was run by ninja miko and it wasn't uncommon for them to take in orphan girls to raise as one of their own. She was named after the night sky she was discovered under by one of the elders. At a very young age, she proved to have quite the aptitude for becoming a ninja, possessing an impressive chakra pool and an inherent ability for sensory skills. The ninja miko who supervised her thought that she might have gotten it from her family. Her distinct red hair gave them a few reasonable guesses. Rei however considered the ninja miko to be her family now and never showed more than a passing curiosity at who her real relatives were.

One unique special training that this particular temple did was to raise ninja who did not rely on sight. It was the pinnacle of their practice of asceticism and because of its difficulty, only the best could complete it. As Rei possessed an in-born talent for sensing, it was only natural that she took part in this trial. She was in fact the youngest who had ever attempted it. And as she came of age, she was also the youngest to ever complete it, being able to go about daily life and harsh training completely deprived of sight with no trouble at all. As part of her coming-of-age and further advancement of her training, it was customary for ninja miko to venture out of the temple to travel and learn all about the world. She has since set out on her journey.

Straight up no on Rei, Rin. Sensory doesn't map landscape or objects, even with Kagura Shingan. It only shows it as a visual aid to the viewer. What sensory does is show chakra and to an extent location. So I don't care what you say, there's no way she's as adept at fighting without her eyes as with them. Even people accustomed to fighting without their eyes prefer them open. And no one's Toph'ing.

EDIT: Also, I hope you don't think you can Earthbend like Toph, either. You can morph the landscape with jutsu, yeah, and even to fine detail, but you have to use the jutsu every time.

Jutsu: Itoh is a genjutsu specialist. Most of his genjutsu is initiated by a barely audible ringing sound that stems from a wood-whistle. Excessive clamour can drown out this sound and make the genjutsu fail upon initiation.

L̡̟͖̗a̼̖̯̜̫̼c͈̥̣ͅklu̖̕s͕͘t͕͍ͅre̟̱̻͡ ͏̞̖̦̤̬̳Ju̡͙̠̩t̡̰̻̲̲̗̺̬s̟̤̬̥̻͉u̙̜̗͘ - Lacklustre Jutsu: Itoh is a master of this jutsu in particular. It allows him to go unnoticed. While people may observe him, their minds will simply not register him worthy of attention. He will be seen only subconsciously as priority is given to other happenings in the vicinity. This jutsu fails if Itoh draws attention to himself either through voice or aggressive action. It will also fail if Itoh gets within two arms lengths of a person, plenty enough time for a ninja to react. Once discovered, Itoh can regain anonymity if his target gets significantly distracted. Knowing he is nearby does not automatically dispel this jutsu's effect.

Itoh can temporarily draw people's attention to anything in the immediate vicinity. People affected by this genjutsu will be overcome by an innate sense that there is something present in the desired location.

S͙͘l̞͘yͅ ̗M̜͇̘̣̯i̲̖̲̭͎n͖̻̯̤͖ḓ̳͔͚̗ A̸͈f̠̕f͙͖̣͝ect̞͇̲̮͍ ̨͚̣͍J̫͍͇̫͇̥̻͝u̺̟͘t̫̞͜s̨͎̪̤̰u - Sly Mind Effect Jutsu: Itoh will be able to subtly distort the sense of direction of people nearby via genjutsu. This causes an illusion of progress and could make the target walk around in circles.

P̥͉͙͕̲a͈͎ṭ̤͙͖̖h̟o̻̳̼̖̺̳͟s̻̻ ̩̗̲̺ͅJ̩͕̗̞̝u҉͇͚̭t͎̬̠͚̠̜̘́s̷̥̜͕u̬͉ - Pathos Jutsu: A genjutsu that allows Itoh to change a person's brain chemistry by using his own as a model. Basically he makes the flow of chakra in his target's brain mimic his and vice versa. This can be used to trade emotions, pain, pleasure, and even the effects of other genjutsu. For emotions, this transfer can be one way, making the target feel what he is feeling.

Besides this Itoh predominantly relies on a number of basic jutsu. Most noticeably the initial Clone Jutsu and the Substitution Jutsu.

Personality: Itoh is singularly impressed by money. It isn't a rich lifestyle he wants but to merely handle wealth. He is a coin collector both literally and figuratively. Minted currency delights him and he is loathe to part with any cash and so will live frugally, below his means. Of his clients he makes high payment demands being miserly in return. He is scared of direct combat and knows no courage. Work has taught him to calculate and speculate but naturally he is very emotive.

Strengths: An eye for talent. Meticulous. Staying out of people's way. Business negotiation.

Interests/Habits: Constantly writing in his notebook as he has gotten into the habit of recording darn near anything of interest. He is particularly fascinated with kekkai-genkai, but any unique jutsu will catch his eye.


Family Members: A mother, and probably a father.

History: Born, raised, and trained in the Village Hidden in the Rain. Itoh had a singular talent for running away. It was impossible that he could complete the portion of the chunin exam that required one on one combat. His village saw no value in him. And so he looked elsewhere.

He approached the Daiymo of he Land of Water as a whistleblower. He sold secrets from his home village and informed on them whenever they made aggressive movements. Itoh developed his jutsu around staying undetected. After many years the other Daimyo recognised his commitment to being unscrupulous and freely bought his services. Iwao Itoh would sell anything to anyone. Even if it put the youth of the ninja world in crosshairs for their unique talents.

He is an outlaw in his homeland but the warrant does not extend beyond their borders.

Jutsu:

Lightning Slash: Channels Lightning Chakra into his sword, and lets loose with a slash, stunning the enemy even if he didn't manage to cut them.

Palm of Judgement: Coats his hand in lightning chakra, and slams his palm against the enemies chest, releasing all the energy he can. this leads to stunning, burning, and if he keeps it on long enough, heart stopping. Also, he can start a persons heart using this technique.


Weapon of the thunder God: Concentrates his chakra, and forms a naginata of pure lightning. Not only can it cut much like a true weapon,it also can stun and burn much like normal lightning. It also can get bigger or smaller, though the bigger it gets the weaker it gets.

Stone Armor: forms armor made of stone around himself. This insulates him from heat and normal attacks, though it wears away in time, or if he's surprised enough to lose his concertration.

Hammer Smash: Forms a huge Boulder, and drops it on his foe.It's very slow, so an enemy usually can dodge it. He usually uses it as either a surpise attack, or a distraction.

Earth Spike: Forms spikes from the ground itself. he often uses this to make a barricade, giving himself and his comrades breathing room.

Kekkei Genkai: Wanderer's Revenge:
A form developed by the Wanderer Clan, designed to take an foe down,no matter what the cost to the user. As such, there's often a cost to using these techiniques.

Demon's Roar: Concentrates his chakra in his lungs, and then shouts, sending out a wave of lightning and sending the ground before him flying. This techinique tears up his lungs and throaght.

Blitz Sprint: Uses lgihtning chakra to amp up the power of his legs, allowing him to move EXTREMLY fast(think every step being a flashstep) This technique does damage to his legs and knees.

Ultimate Judgement(Meteor from Hell); This is the one technique he's never used.He summons a huge sphere of earth and lightning, and sends it slamming into the earth, creating a huge explosion.
This breaks all his major tendons, parylyzing him till he can heal. It also breaks alot of bones, and does a great deal of damage to his heart(From the sheer strain)

Skills:He's naturally agile and quick, using this to launch surprising attacks, both on the ground and in the air. He's also quite skilled at his sword, using a unique, dance like fighting style with both it and his bare hands. he's also quite good(usually) at being annoying, which allows him to make an enemy drop his gaurd and charge in sheer rage and desire of throttling...

Personality:He's very goofy and impudent towards those who he dislikes,and to be honest, even to those he does like. neverless, he's loyal, never flinching from danger if his freinds are threatened. He also has a firm hatred of those who pick on the weak and helpless, and also those who abuse their power.He loves a unique drink his mother used to make, made from roots, sugar, and assorted other ingredients. He also loves seafood, going fishing by himself if he cant buy it.

Strengths:

Loyal:Attack those he cares for, and you better be ready for a fight. Unless his commander catches him quick enought to say no, he'll go after the threat with all he's got, and won't give up till he or the foe are lying on the ground.

Grinner: he always has a grin on his face, no matter the circumstances. He never loses his cheerful nature, often joking while fighting off a determined killer.

Determination: He's very,very stubborn. Once you get him started, don't expect him to stop till he hits a mountain. No matter what, he keeps going, pushing through whatever's blocking him.

Interests/Habits:you can find him reading a manga, or annoying local jerks. He also is fond of fishing(only if he's broke)And 'touring' the seafood resteraunts. He also likes rap and unique forms of music.


Family Members: Kuma Wanderer:His only living relative, who dissappeared when he was little. Since then, he's lived among various foster parents, and now on his own.

History:He's the last living heir to a destroyed clan, the Wanderers, a group known for wandereing the country and punishing evil where they find it, no matter who it was. his father brought him to hidden leaf, and set off to find his familys murderers. Since then, Rai has lived in the village, training himself from the books his father left him.
