Aeon, The Warrioress (Solo)

The explosion demolished the entire building but not everything inside of it. Even in her current mental state Aeon remembered the emergency room they had constructed in case a situation occurred like this. She dragged Kole's body to the elevator and descended to the lower levels of NuVision Lab's underground establishment where she entered the construct and shut the door.

Ironically Kole, her brother who she had loved and killed, was now going to save her life. The danger room he had built was reinforced tritanium - able to take mortar shell fire. The explosion of the building crumbled everything but Kristina and her brother's body were safe all throughout the demolition.

In the middle of the night she opened the door after struggling to get the debris off for an hour and pulled her brother's body out. She couldn't bury him so she left him among the ruble but took one thing form his body before she left...His eye.

Connecting his eye to her neuronetwork and removing her damaged one was exhausting and excruciatingly painful. After completing the operation with just leftover tools she found int he rubble the bloody and battered female wandered the streets of Jump City until she staggered to a boat at the docks and collapsed in it.

Days later she found herself at sea with a female fisherman, the female had nursed her back to health but Kristina was unsure as to why. She said nothing to the woman - the female fisherman was tall and burly even for a big woman and she was manning the vessel on her own. Kristina tried to scan her but with her laboratory down and her weakened state (as well as having no signal in the Bermuda triangle) she was no loner able to connect to her satellites. Although she suspected this woman was not excactly human.

The boat traveled for three days, during that time the large woman fed her but the two said nothing to each other. Aeon once attempted to ask questions but no answers were given. Finally Aeon tried to flee but was caught and tied up then told one thing, "All will be made clear once you have proven yourself sister."

Sister?

Aeon arrived at the island and figured out this woman's identity. As it turned out her original assumption was halfway correct. She was an amazonian! Aeon had been rescued and brought to Themyscira but an amazonian in Jump City, why?

It was later explained once she was brought onto shore that they had been searching for Wondergirl and their other sister Wonder Woman. Wondergirl had last been sighted leaving Themyscira years ago to aid Robin and the Teen Titans. They were so far out of touch with the rest of the world they did not know of the Vanishing. Aeon explained the strange disappearance phenomenon to them and the Amazonians became restless. Now that they understood that these two sisters had not just forsaken them their minds were put at ease.

Thankful for Aeon's aid they offered her safe haven and care for her injuries. Usually Aeon would've just preferred a voyage home but she no longer wanted to be in this world of man. One where corrupt human beings ruled and destroyed all that they couldn't comprehend. These women were the next step in evolution, not men. Not humans who were weak and did not understand their limitations could not be broken only enhanced.

Aeon accepted the offer and soon came to know the life of the amazonians. Weeks passed during this time and she was healed as well as versed in the history of the people of Themyscira, and trained by them to survive on her own. Kristina learned she too, while altered, was still very human and her weakness was her reliance on technology and her beauty. She could not save Kole, she couldn't stop JaK, and depending on Kicker is what cost her an eye and a brother. Never again would she be too weak to defend herself.

Kristina worked hard and within a month she had learned enough to earn the right to be called sister by the Amazonians. She was bestowed with two magical daggers at the end of her training for defeating the wisest woman on Themyscira in a test of witts. The test had been on battle strategy where they used real life chess pieces to battle each other. Aeon won without sacrificing a single unit.

The daggers given to her had one special property; one would directly traverse time and space to reach the other if they were too far apart. They had been magically bonded to always remain a set.

Aeon was thankful for the gift and the right to be called sister. She also was able to fix her eyes during this time and mentally checked the multiple personality influences that had been in her mind. She was focused now - like a laser and had just one goal. She was going to make sure that meta-humans would rule this world. The era of man was coming to an end. She no longer cared for a world of co-existence, only meta-humans could survive. They could be saved and could fix the world...Regular humans were a thing of the past - Relics, who only destroyed and took what they needed to survive.

However Aeon's viewpoint was not received well by her other sisters. When trying to explain this new path to her kin the Amazonians disagreed. They had stayed out of the struggles of man and while they did agree that mankind was worthless, womenkind should be allowed to strive. Aeon was viewed as a radical and soon was cast out. Anyone who did not have love for all women on Themyscira was not allowed to remain among their people. However the exile was not inharmonious. She was honored and given the warrioress robes of the eldest and wisest woman on Themyscira that she defeated. Her armor no longer fit her due to her old body-frame, but for a young warrior like Kristina it fit just fine.

Aeon was fine with this ruling, she was ready to return home. After learning so much from them and gaining a new set of tools and understanding on life she would return to Jump City and change the world starting with the city where meta-humans roamed most freely. She would purge the shackles of those who binded them and push super-beings to the forefront of rulership and society where truly powerful beings belonged.
