Powers:
Psionic Geomancy: In all technicality, Rosanna's power over controlling stone and earth stems from limited psionic telekinesis, and it's possible for her to expand her abilities in the future to similar materials. That said, she can at the moment only manipulate rocks and dirt, as well as concrete and asphalt. She can at maximum lift a boulder the size of a car, without touching it. Her range is about ten feet. She can also protect herself by creating walls of stone, and can shape the stone as long as it is in range of her.
  -Rose can also use this to soften landings, if stone, dirt, or concrete/asphalt is below her. This application can also be used to soften blows in which earth is used, or if she is thrown into walls, she can make it through alright by manipulating the concrete she goes through.

-Rusty Kickboxing: When she was younger, Rose had trained in kickboxing- but since it has been a few years since she has practiced or even used the fighting form she has forgotten much of it, but incorporates some of the movements of the form into her geomancy technique. Should her power fail she can also do her best to defend herself with kickboxing.
Weaknesses:
Electrical Surges: Due to the nature of her powers, getting them from an implant, a strong enough surge of electricity can temporarily remove her geomancy ability, from ten minutes to an hour, depending on the strength of the surge. Static electricity from another person won't do anything, but coming into contact with stray wires can short her out for short times, and lightning, if it doesn't kill her outright, can remove her power for an hour or more.
Ballistics: If she doesn't block a bullet with stone, the bullet can easily kill her.
Energy Drinks: Unfortunately, because of her lifestyle, Rose has become addicted to energy drinks over time. She seems to function badly if she hasn't had one that hour, and can become agitated, very tired, and all around less capable of...much of anything. However, getting her energy drink will perk her right back up and put her back into action.

Personality:
Rose is, all around, a fairly nice person. She teases and pokes fun, and seems to lack a filter, but she isn't ever seriously mean or cruel to anyone, and appears to just want to have a good time. However, she has a serious need to prove herself to others. Shadowed by the achievements of her siblings, she strives to show her potential. When she fails, however, she becomes bitter and reclusive, as well as self-hateful.

History:
Rosanna was born in Coast City, thirteen years before the Vanishing. The family, at that point including herself, her parents, and her siblings Victor, Elena, and Jasmine, shortly moved from Coast City, coincidentally shortly before it was destroyed. This led to them living in Gateway City, just north of Jump City. While living here, Wendell, Isaac, and Belle were born, making Rose the middle child.

For the first few years of her life, things were uneventful. However, things began changing when she learned that her siblings were...special. Wendell could freeze things just by looking at them. Her brother Victor could fly, and Elena could run at the speed of sound. Jasmine was stronger than twenty men at age four and a half. Isaac and Belle worked like a team, with Isaac's electric abilities, and Belle's skill in manipulating water. But Rosanna couldn't do anything special like them.

Oddly enough, their parents were very welcome to the idea of having superpowered children, and taught them how to use their abilities for good. This left Rose all alone, disregarded and treated as lesser. She tried to accel in academics, but meanwhile her older siblings were stopping robberies and criminals, while her younger brothers and sister were training their amazing abilities. She felt left out, and became reclusive and bitter much of the time.

Later on in life, the family moved to Jump City, and by now, Victor and Elena had traveled overseas to combat threats there. Rosanna had begun to slack in school, feeling very useless. She spent a lot of time on her computer, her grades plumetting faster and faster. She wanted to be special like her brothers and sisters, and by the time she was sixteen, they were all travelling, helping people all across the world. Her mother had died two years before, because of a heart attack. Rosanna didn't know what to do with her life. She was a dropout with no job, no real goal in life, completely drowning in the shadow of her siblings, known by many as the Red Six.

Rosanna tried to get jobs in many different places, and eventually, she was offered a job by one tech company to test one of their projects. Needing money, she eventually agreed. The project was designed to help paralyzed people to live better lives, without spending large amounts of money on mechanical suits that could break down at any moment. The project was known as Intellective, and involved using an implant which would grant the user very limited tactile telekinesis on their own body, willing it to move like it normally would.

Rosanna was given such an implant, but shortly after recieving it, the company was shut down over legal issues, and Rosanna recieved no pay for her job as a lab rat. However, she still had the implant. Furthermore, it granted her... special abilities. At first, it was small. She accidentally caused a pebble to levitate. She began to realize what was happening, and tried to train it, and eventually she could lift large boulders, much to her vast excitement. She rushed to tell her father, even demonstrating her abilities in their own home, by ripping a slab of concrete up from beneath the floor.

Her father, however, seemed horrified when he saw the crazy look in his daughter's eyes. He understood, on a distant level her pain, but he believed she was going too far, and bade her be cautious with her powers. She took this the wrong way, thinking he was looking down on her again, especially when he said, "Be more like Victor and Elena." This drove her over the edge, and she ran away. Now, she lives all by herself, with several part time jobs in fast food joints, as she tries to make sense of her new life and new abilities.

I demand a complete revision of her powers! You must sectionalise the use of her abilities on sedimentary, metamorphic, and igneous varieties. What understanding does she have of synclines and anticlines? Naturally her attacks must follow each mineral's cleavage plain. A full list of each rock's rating on Moh's scale and their average erosion due to weathering must be applied. Also - I need a full comprehensive report on the geographical layers found in and around California (a new edit to her ap will be required if she ever has a thread outside of California) including stratigraphical figures and assumed rate of deposition under each epoch. A nice touch would be if you could tell us what depositional environment these layers were formed under. Finally! I require you explicitly state she cannot psionically control Blackpool rock.
