Powers: ElectroMagnetism Manipulation- With His EM powers he can lift and control anything metal that can be magnetized , create a kind of shield to stop anything (less than or equal to a car - about 4000lbs) metal from hurting him, Disrupt the poles on anything metal to affect its magnetic push or pull. Set off EMPs (Up to 60ft radius)  
Sub Power:If he focuses he can listen to radio feeds or see signals ( He usually tries not to see signals because it puts a lot of stress on his eyes)  
Electricity Manipulation (sub power to ElectroMagnetism)-Has the ability to generate, manipulate and dispense electricity at will. He has natural electricity produced by his body that he can dispense. He can absorb and fire as much as a single Lightning Bolt, It takes about 8 minutes to recharge unless he drains the electricity from other devices . If attacked with Electricity he can only take that of equal to 2 tazers
Animal powers - Being an animal he has enhanced hearing (up to 5 blocks) and can track anyone scent. Sub Power- Can use claws to scale buildings
Cyber/Technopathy- Ability to manipulate technology and software. Manifested as a special form of electrical/telekinetic manipulation. He has the ability to Hack into computers and alter their software (dependent on his hacking skill). He needs physical contact with the device and has no form of defense while doing this. He only uses this when he feels like he has a good enough partner/team to protect him. When finished using this power he will be very woozy and unbalanced for a good 3-5 min. His Technopathy allows him to boost a machine's capacity or speed. Fix, break or alter and control electronics and machinery. Finally he uses this to create gadgets.  

Skills: Can create and fix Gadgets (he hasnt made any now but If his friends ever needed any)
Great Tracker

Weaknesses: Sensory overload- A bright intense light in his face could break concentration and not allow him to use his powers. Also a sharp noise like a dog whistle or a loud one like a air horn in his ear or close enough to him would not allow him to use his powers.

Feral Tendencies- The spell put on him inadvertently affects his mind causing him to want to give into his feral side at times and not thinking certain things through. For example, If Cyborg was taunting him, he might not think clearly and he would attack Thor, which would lead to his own defeat. While growing older Jake will slowly become more and more feral and harder to control.

After using Cyberpathic powers he will be woozy and unbalanced for 3-5 min
Rubber- if he is touching rubber he cant use his electrical attacks

Telepaths- being an animal hybrid he is very easily controlled by telepaths

Poor eyesight- without goggles he cant see more than 5ft in front of him

Perfume- If Perfume is sprayed directly on him he will go completly feral and attack anyone or thing until he is either knocked out or has his nose flushed with water

Temperature dependent- He needs to stay warm and if Frozen he will automatically be out for a few hours. He cant stay in temperature under 50 degrees too long and his animal powers will quit working.

A pair of goggles he uses to see. A metal staff to channel his electricity through



Personality:He relaxes and goes with the flow being extremely wishy washy, He isnt a slacker but prefers the playful prankster types. He loves books and building so if he is bored he will probably being doing that if he is bored. He is nervous around these people : Leaders, since he doesn't want to be scolded, Magic users , Since his parents were murdered by them, and people who are 100 % serious since there usually not that fun to be around.

He is usually fun to be around but if you call him short, talk down to him, talk to him like a pet, or make fun of his brains you will arise his full wrath and that means he might shock you or erase the memory from one of your electronics.
Jaker is known to think very high of himself and needs to be knocked down a few pegs a lot. Jaker almost always has an ulterior motive and will always collect to favors owed to him. So if he comes to you with a new gadget and gives it to you. expect him to ask for something later.

Jake strives to be a good guy and can be one but hates being held back. He also sees a problem with the "NO killing rule" He believes that if there is no other punishment then the culprit should be put down.

Jake prefers to seem gruff and strong to others but if you caught him by himself you'd find him jamming out to some headphones.

Jake also is very cautious and if he reveals something to you about himself that's personal then he usually already has an contingency plan in case you spill the beans

History: Jaker was born on Septemeber 6th. His mother and father were super powered villains who made a quick buck stealing things for other villians. They did this because it was necessary and they hid it from Jaker. He was born and over the years his powers slowly helped him understand technology around him making him a prodigy in Mechanical and Energy Engineering at a very young age (12). On his 13th birthday Jaker found out about his parents and ran away.When His parents (Augustine and Tazu) found out he ran away They gave chase because they loved him and they were scared he was going to rat them out to the JLA or someone. During the chase Tazu shot electricity athis sun just to stun him. The shot stunned him so that his parents could explain. After explaining why they were villians they said they did it cause they didny like how heroes would arrest someone if they were trying do something great even if a few people got hurt. They made sure that the "Status Quote " was never challenged. Jakers Parents went against this. Suddenly,two rookie heroes went to arrest the two parents ensuing in a fight. The male and female heroes were almost beaten until the female one unleashed her magic that resulted in an explosion that killed his parents and not the villians. The heroes, scared of Jaker attacked and cursed him turning into what he is now before running away. Since then Jaker has hated those with magic but studies for a way to bring his parent back. He wanders Jump city currently
Sample rp:
"Alright first I need a better name...hmm....I Love Dizzy Devil! but I'm not purple...nor am I known for spinning in a tornado " Jaker scratched his sitting on top of a generic apartment " Staticbeast!...nah...Gigabite! Wow that sounds weird...Feral lightning....nah sounds stupid...but then again there are stupider names..." Jaker thought of the names of other supers "like Doctor Bong, Boomslang, or Puff Ader " Jaker snickered to himself " Now for Patrol"

Jaker stood with his shoulders back and one foot on the roof and the other on the the ledge as he looked around trying to copy many superheros he had seen in the past" This is so stupid" he said with a sigh as he stood on the roof of the apartment. "why do they even do this?" he then relaxed and surveyed the area and adjusted his googles as he jumps off the 5 story building and down to a city light post , reaching out his arms at the last moment and swings full circle around the pole and landing on his feet on the floor a few feet before. "gettin better at that" He says while dusting himself off and walking off down the brightly lit street. It was around 12 at midnight and he was far from his hideout near the Peteys pizza. He was walking into a shadyer part of the city full of crime or as he called it his "training grounds". He climbed up the side of a building to look for his first criminal but while climbing up he hears sobbing and screaming. He looks to through the closed window and sees 5 masked men holding a family of 5 , a couple, two kids and their grandmother, hostage. He stays quiet as the Men start to ransack the house, He then adjust his googles and zooms in onto a sun roof in the master bedroom. he climbs up and runs to the sun roof.
Luckily he sees that its empty as he looks around and focuses on the metallic hinge on the inside, after a few seconds it pops and he drops in greeted by swing to the head by a bat, luckily he hears the swing and ducks and rolls backward as he sends a dose of electricity at his invisible attacker. A man appears in a mask and drops to the floor as jake curses under his breath "dame theyre mutants" he drags the unconcious man under the master bedrooms bed as he silently runs to the intersecting kids room and sees 2 of the attackers guarding the hostages. He stays inside the doorframe to avoid detection since they can see into all the rooms but inside the master room. He then run to unconcious atttacker from earlier and grab his walkie talkie. He then runs back to the kids room and holds the walkie talkie as he then concentrates on the walkie talkie and turns the walkie talkie into a loud sound bomb. he tosses it in and holds his head from the slight head ache he now had and then ran and ripped up the kids pillow and stuffed cotton into his ears. he knew the sound would disable his powers but the cotton should allow him not to be incapictated. He heard the sharp sound and cringed adding to his headache as he ran out with his staff as whacked one on the head with his staff as the other was doing something to his ear as he focused the other as he knocked him out with another hit to side of the face and a hit between the legs, a cheap shot but he didnt care at the moment. He was then hit in the back of the head by a frozen stick of ice as he turned around he saw the one from before had made a pair of ice ear muffs , the other had turned off his sound bomb so he guessed he was another technopath another clue was that he had managed to turn a flash light into a precison laser. the other one had a palm of fire . They all had a gun aimed at him , before he could say anything he heard a loud bang and he prayed his powers were active again. he saw 2 bullets in front him as he then grinned and directed the bullets back at the other two Burgulars as he was then left against the pyro mutant, the pyro mutant quickly shot a colum of fire at jake but he ducked to the side as he suddenly saw stars from the pain in his leg, choosing to end this quickly he shoots a bolt of lightning at the mutant as he flies out the window and into the street below. Jake looked down to see a bloody bullet wound in his leg as he focused on the bullet and took it out. He then walked over and freed the family from their chains as then he then takes his staff about to leave. The mother gives Jake a roll of gauze to wrap the wound as he walks out with a wrapped leg and dissapears as the police shows up

Now to begin with your ap. Most importantly under 'Affiliation' you have put Teen Titans. No character upon starting the RP can be a part of any team. We must join teams later in thread and roleplay it out. Instead under 'Affiliation' you have a choice of 'Lawful Good', 'Neutral Good', 'Chaotic Good', 'Lawful Neutral', 'True Neutral', 'Chaotic Neutral', 'Lawful Evil', 'Neutral Evil', and 'Chaotic Neutral'. Please change it to one of the above.

You have left 'Classification' blank. Classification refers to what species your character is. In Jaker's case it would be 'Metahuman'. Or 'Metahuman/Tasmanian Devil' if you want. Please add this.

Moving onto his powers. Your Technopathy and Animal Physiology powers are fine. For Electromagnetic Manipulation your character will only be able to move metals which can be magnetised. Could you make a note of that? We need a distance indicator for his EMP - the radius this can effect. Also, I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to list his ability to hear/see radio signals as a sub-power.

For the sub-power of Electricity Manipulation we need an example of his finite limit. He shouldn't be as powerful as most electrokinetics. If the strength of a taser sounds fair to you then could you put down that? If not, I'm open to suggestion. This may also effect his resistance to electric attacks. Can you mention whether he's immune to electricity and if not what size of electric attack would succeed in hurting him? (Since in his history his mother is able to wound him with an electric blast)

Your weaknesses are all excellent.

In the Personality section you mention magic users killed Jaker's parents. Yet there is no mention of this in his history. Could you please also add a short mention of how that came about in the History section?

In your Sample RP you mention 'Avengers Tower'. o-o I feel you might mean 'Titans Tower'.

Also from your Sample RP I get the feeling you wanted some attributes from his animal side? This must be noted in your powers. Jaker won't be able to scale buildings or survive rooftop falls without some sort of Durability or Peak Physical Condition or Animal Physic reference in the power section. If he does not have these, then your Sample RP will need changing so that it does not mention him doing this.

Finally his gadgetry. All gadgets must be listed in under 'Equipment'. But be careful; if the gadget can do something uncommon (that we cannot do with todays level of technology) that will effect your power section. If you wish to later add new gadgets to your character's arsenal merely ask a member of Staff to unlock your ap for the addition and we shall re-approve.

Another finally (that last finally was a penultimate finally but got too big for its boots) under 'Other Traits' you have the sentence "He has a White going across his chest and one on his tail". I think you overlooked a word.
