Talisman of the Ascended
While exploring ancient ruins with his family, Ezreal happened upon this talisman, which just so happened to fit quite well into his gauntlet. The Talisman harnesses the natural magical power that its wearer possesses and converts it into energy. The powers of the gauntlet have yet to be fully unlocked, but so far it can be made into a bow construct, creating energy beams that can range from concussive damage to blowing through concrete. Smaller shots are more precise and take less time to charge, but will do considerably less damage. Larger shots need to be charged over time and do considerably more damage. Additionally, he can use the gauntlet to create swords and other melee weapons. While this is possible, he much prefers long range combat.

-Armor
Another power enabled by the talisman, a heavy armor covers Ezreal to protect him, slowing him by a bit but enabling him to take much more punishment, the armor giving in somewhere around 5 tons of force. It seems to be made of a magical metal with similar properties to Titanium. Given that it is magical, it is much easier for Ezreal to move than if it were normal titanium, however the armor doesn't even remotely hold up against Nth Metal. Ezreal can however create screens to protect himself and others. After a hefty hit however, Ezreal must create another. These also will not hold up to Nth Metal

-Portal Creation
Ezreal can use his gauntlet to rip open gateways, allowing him to essentially teleport via portals. Others can follow him through these portals, but they typically only get about 8 feet at a time and are typically used for exploration and travel rather than combat.

-Neural Link
The Talisman of the Ascendant allows Ezreal to react to thought in real time, making him capable of reacting much faster than any human being and allowing him to process images roughly 5x faster than a human.

A rare metal that negates magic entirely, this will typically shut Ezreal down almost entirely.

Melee Skill
Ez is a GREAT shot with his gauntlet, a bow, and a gun, but in close combat he lacks. While he can make swords and clubs, he is definitely no swordsman.

Line of Fire
As a marksman, Ezreal needs to stay at a range. However this makes it easier for someone to give him the slip or get out of his line of sight, making them effectively impossible for him to beat until he finds them again...and that isn't always a good thing

An Actual Freaking Gun
Yes, Ezreal snipes people with magic. While he can react to bullets way faster than a human and get his armor or screens in place to reduce the impact of the bullet to very little, he can still be shot with a suppressor.

Personality:
Ez is a complete freaking nerd. An archaeology nerd anyway. Much like his family, Ez feels more at home crawling through ancient ruins and dig sites rather than in a city. However Ezreal has always felt the desire to help people, so when he found the gauntlet, he hid it. He refused to put it in some museum where it could be stolen or abused, and now he plans to use it himself.

History:
Ezreal was born into a family of archaeologists and treasure hunters and, quite frankly, it didn't bother him one bit. He always thought it was the most interesting profession someone could have and INSTANTLY joined the family business after finishing high school a couple of years early. (He skipped a few grades!)

Ezreal always looked up to his father as a role model. He was kind, helpful, and not to mention he had the coolest job like, ever. As such when Ez asked to join the family business, he was overcome with pride for his son and taught him everything he would need to know when the time came to join up. He was taught how to climb, how to fall safely, how to know when and where to dig, how to disable traps in tombs and ruins, and how to defend himself should the need ever arise. With some basic combat training and firearm training, Ez descended with his family into a tomb presumably of Aztec origin. Inside, Ez found himself caught in the most dangerous trap of his life.

With his father talking him through it on his radio, Ez managed to climb and dive his way through it to reach the end. At that end was a stone that seemed almost alien in origin, and it contained immense magical power. With it in his possession, Ezreal plans to return to Jump City and see exactly what it can do.

I know it says you are still deciding, but I just wanted to take a look. Very neat character. The only notes I have are that he needs one additional weakness, and the durability of his armor should be reduced to 5 tons, since it seems to be a sub-power of weapon/armor creation.

If you do choose to go ahead with this character, I'm excited to see him in action.

Alright, I think I'm going to keep Ezreal instead of Eve. Eve seemed cool but her powers also seem much more difficult to balance out than Ezreal's given that she is an immortal cloud of smoke. The appropriate edits have been made. Two extra weaknesses and a nerf to his armor.
