Her outfit consists of a dark purple collared jacket over a white blouse and brown tie, along with a short skirt and heeled knee-high boots. She always wears her custom-made black gloves to nullify her power so as not to hurt anyone around her.
===POWERS===
Powers:Touch-Me-Not
This ability was the result of one of the many experiments done to Celosia. The experiment caused her hands to do extraordinary things. Her dominating hand had the power to inflict pain upon others whereas the other hand does the opposite of her dominating hand which is to heal. This ability cannot be switched on/off. It's always activated. A downside to her powers is that she can't use it on herself because it's always counterbalanced by the other power. Gloves can be used to nullify the effects of the ability. Though say in the situation that she grabs hold of somebody with her dominating hand without the gloves, she could seriously hurt them or even kill them if she held on for long enough – except if the person was also in contact with her right hand, which goes back to the whole balance thing. Currently, due to her fear and confusion as to how she acquired these abilities, this ability is currently limited to touch as she is not yet willing to experiment with this.
In regards of how this ability works, her dominant hand causes pain upon touch through various means, either by slowly absorbing the victim's own life force and health and possibly making it her own or by tricking an individual's mind into thinking they are in physical pain. Â Extended exposure to this touch may result in fainting, insanity or even death.
Fainting - 3 seconds
Insanity - 10 seconds
Death - 20 seconds
Her passive hand has the capability of healing any living thing with a touch. The touch won't have to be directly on the injury, or even skin contact, as contact through clothing will work. Her powers do not allow her to bring back the dead. This means that she cannot heal someone who is clinically dead, even if they have only been dead a short time. She also is unable to cure illnesses caused by viruses and/or bacteria. can heal the brain damage caused by telepathic attacks that alter a person's behavior or memory, effectively restoring the person's original memories and personality. Though, as mentioned in the above text, she cannot use these powers on herself.
Her abilities are not restricted to human beings or even animals; she seems to be able to repair and cause damage to any living thing which she found out upon when she had caused a rose to shrivel upon holding it.
Minor - 3 seconds
Medium - 10 seconds
Mortal - 20 seconds
Being pushed/pulled away can either provide temporary relief from the pain or stop the healing process. Touching someone with both hands causes the her powers to balance out thus resulting no pain and or healing to the subject.
Another Person's View
Another result of the experiments conducted upon her, this ability enables her to see through another's persons eyes undetected. She can’t hear their thoughts, or hear what is going on around the person she’s seeing. She has to have had some sort of physical contact with the person in order to establish her relationship of being able to see them. The power is very draining for her at first. She has to build up endurance to use it for greater lengths of times. With this ability though, she can not only see through the person's eyes but also feel what the other person is feeling as well.  Though if the person she’s seeing through blacks out, she’ll either go temporarily blind (until she returns to her own perspective), or she’ll also go unconscious temporarily. An indication that she has gone into this phase is that her eyes go completely white. Currently, she has no control over this power and might go into this phase at random times. Also, she vividly remembers each detail when she comes to from this vision-like state.

Due to the combination of reading books and newspapers that she had been provided during her healing period, her curiosity and thirst for knowledge and the tutoring of a nurse/teacher after she had woken up, she knows the gist of what is happening around her.

Celosia was very close to her family. That was until the day she left the island to pursue her education. She had promised to stay in communication but failed to uphold due to the steady increase of her multiple side job's reputation, education and the mysterious inability to communicate to her home. She figured that the island couldn't be reached by signals from the outside and that only locals could communicate with each other. Though she did send a letter each year since her absence but never got a reply. Each member of her family is presumably dead at the hands of the scientists and their organization.
Place of Origin: A quaint isle simply referred to as 'The Island'
History:Celosia Athanasius, believe it or not, actually grew up on the quaint isle that is now referred to as 'The Island'. She, along with her family, lived in a homely abode located near the sea, a fair way on foot from the city center. If ever she or one of her siblings was ordered to go to the city, they always trekked through the path they discovered together. Fortunately  enough, the path lead straight to the center with no turns or twists.
It was easy to say that Celosia's childhood was full of love, contentment and fun. There was never  a day that her family failed to find some sort of adventure for the whole family to do. But the time came where her talents were discovered. You see, her family sometimes went to the mainland and there Celosia was discovered for her talent in both singing and art. She was offered to study in an elite school known for producing the best artists and/or singers the world  had ever seen.
She had asked her family for permission. Each one of them had agreed. She was ecstatic. They all prepared. They had a party. Everyone was happy! But when the time came, tears had been shed, promises made and goodbyes said. Celosia had promised to keep communication with them and they did - for three whole months. They kept on blabbering excitedly about a hotel being built, how the island's potential to be a getaway resort was discovered. She was happy. They were happy. After those three months, she lost connection with them.
She was distraught. She asked the call company why her calls weren't being sent through - all they told her was that the area she was trying to call was unavailable and shall always be from now on. 'Maybe it has got to do with that getaway resort my family was talking about' she had thought. What use would a getaway resort be if there were still outside communication, right? So, she deduced that only the islanders could call to each other now.
So she decided to write mail. Each and every month for each year of her absence, she wrote one letter to her home. She never got a reply back but she was contented. She was keeping her promise - to never lose communication with her family and she did. But sometimes, she was sad. Not one letter. Note one letter saying congratulations or even that's my sister/girl! She had gained fame for them for Christ's sake. But at least, she knew deep down in her heart, that they were proud of her.
Though despite these positive thoughts that she kept drowning herself in, Celosia slowly started withdrawing to herself. Soon giving up on her studies and her multiple part-time jobs that she had in order to support herself, though she was supplied a rather big allowance each month by her benefactor, the one that discovered her talents. This type of behavior continued until she even stopped eating, opting to stay in her bed, crying and/or staring at ceiling or walls.
So, the school decided to do what they thought what was best and send her back home, in hopes that she might recover. She was a talented girl, t'was a shame to let her talents go to waste.
But upon contacting the island, her benefactor was forced to sign some sort of contract by some people from an organization, stating that it was the only way they would allow Celosia to return home. She was also offered a rather large sum of money to do it. So, she quickly signed the contract and prayed that she had not done the wrong thing, thinking it was for Celosia's best. Oh, how wrong she was.
It took a few weeks until Celosia was able to be boarded into the next flight back home, due to her fragile state, but the thought of going back home and seeing her family was what driven Celosia to revert back to her normal state. Upon arrival on the Island, rather than meet her family, she was forced to become a human lab experiment, undergoing numerous forms of treatments on varying degrees of pain.
It was during one of these experiments that she nearly died, there being a disruption half-way into her operation which was also the cause of her escape. One of the scientists, the people that experimented on her and presumably the rest of islanders and then some, had taken pity on her, having grown disgusted with the ways of his fellowmen. So, during that one moment of distraction, he had injected her with one last syringe full of serum, healing her but at the same time yielding terrible side-effects; her amnesia.
They both had escaped the facility and fled the island, travelling to a distant part after the scientist reported the wrongdoings of his fellowmen to the police, telling in full detail what they did. He was pardoned for saving her and informing the police about the organisation he was in. While all this happened, Celosia was in a deep comatose like state, one of the effects of the syringe being injected into her system.
In a month, she woke up, alone, in a hospital bed at Jump City, with no recollection of her past and no one with her. The scientist had gone for an unknown reason that she knew not but he did leave her a few things that'd guide her, things that he dug deep to find. Even bought her a small apartment which she had moved in after being deemed okay enough to leave the hospital, which was almost 3 months later, clothes and the like as well as other personal records. She didn't even know who he was, the nurse just told her that he was the one that brought her to the hospital, so at least she knew that he cared.
So, this marked the start of her new beginning in Jump City, where she will slowly discover her powers one by one.
Sample rp:"I'm going home."
She packed her clothes in a pace  that could rival a snail's. She couldn't seem to proccess that thought. That she was going to go home, see her family and be happy again.
"What if... what if they don't accept me?"
That thought chilled her to the bone, going as far to make her stop what she was doing. She was trying to calm her breathing when a memory came and jumped out at her.
"There, there. We're here  Celosia. Never fret. We'll  always be here."
"Yeah! We won't let  you get hurt!"
A tear escaped her eye. That's right. They're always there for me. My family. Her hand went to the cross necklace that she wore, closing her eyes. She tried to imagine their faces, forcing down a sob when she realized she couldn't. Had she been gone that long?
She opened her eyes, blinking back tears. She should have brought a picture. She should have but she didn't. She mentally cursed herself for doing so. She finished her packing and fell backwards on her bed, staring at her ceiling.
"What would they look like now?"
She wondered  to herself. Amaris would be a young woman now. She smiled sadly at that. She had missed her little sister's life. Surely, her brothers must have settled down too.
Sighing, she turned on her side, blinking when she came face to face with an ornate music box. Amaris' gift. She stifled a sob before reaching out for it. She turned the knob and opened it, Â closing her eyes in relish at the sweet tune that came out.
She cried herself to sleep that night, Â hugging the music box close to herself.
She departed the next day without knowing her fate. Not knowing that her island- the one that brought joy to her being and warmth to her heart would make her life drastically change.
