Powers:
-Sound Amplifying- This allows her to either simply amplify a quiet noise to make it louder or use it to make shock-waves or harmful sound pulses. As long as a sound exists Cynthia can increase the strength, duration and potential of the sound. If there is no sound she cannot use this power (see Weaknesses). The loudest she can get this power is 115dB (for a comparison its the equivalent to sandblasting or a loud rock concert). The maximum amount of time she can sustain this power is 2 minutes before she has to use the power again. The maximum amount per day she can use this power is 1 hour. Seeing as this would be like being right up against a speaker to a loud rock concert. She can only amplify her voice if its in the form of a shout already and long periods of this amplified shouting would hurt her voice and maybe even make her lose it for a few days, obviously her voice is also susceptible to anything other humans are, throat colds, sore throats, obviously someone keeping her mouth closed would also prevent her from using her voice too. Her sound waves no-matter what form they be in are seen as a bluish hue.

-Vibration Generation- Cynthia is able to vibrate things to an extent that she can cause shock-waves to push objects or people over or push them back, she can also shatter fragile objects. Ways in which this power can be applied are things such as burrowing through the soil by displacing material, shaking matter to pieces, repelling objects away, shock-wave claps and shock-wave stomps. In terms of making the ground vibrate she can do so within a 200 yard radius, this is the similar force to a magnitude of 5.7 (slight damage to buildings and other structures).

But because Cynthia is a normal human with just these powers, using her vibration generation too much will make her feel sick and in certain cases can break her body (like when you land on the ground from a height and your legs hurt).

Skills:
-Learned to play the guitar since age 10.

Weaknesses:
-She has no defences apart from her powers so she has the same weaknesses as any human.
-Acousticly sound rooms, due to her powers, if she was to be attacked in such rooms that get rid of extra sounds and vibrations, her powers would be taken away from her.
-As stated in powers Cynthia's body will break if she uses her vibration generation too much, although she has a slight resilience to it, she does have a limit similar to an average human's and so will feel sick or break her body after too much use.

Personality:
Cynthia is generally kind and cheery and tries to help people if they ask for her help but she only does what she sees herself capable of, she won't go out of her way for people unless she considers them as close as family. She can be quite casual in nature and doesn't get angry very much unless someone really upsets her, insulting her family or something similar. Ever since she was little she has been quite tomboyish and will happily rough-house with her guy friends, she tends to get on better with guys than girls.

Strengths:
-Willing to defend herself when needed, she's brave and strong along with determined, she won't back down from a fight easily.

Interests/Habits:
-Music- Playing in bars and such in return for usually 50-50 of the money but she'll also play for fun too.

Place of Origin: Lurgan, near Lough Neagh, Northern Ireland

History:
Cynthia had an average childhood, always playing with her big brothers who were protective of her. She'd often go fishing and walking around at Lough Neagh with her father and brothers, she loved camping and generally being one of the boys. Her mother didn't mind her tom-boyishness and both her parents loved her and her brothers very much so she had quite a happy childhood with her family, deciding to take up guitar lessons at age ten.

At the age of twelve her mother committed suicide, it turned out that she was having an affair with another man so everyone assumed she must have felt guilty and killed herself because of it. This caused Cynthia to fall into depression, her father would work constantly and her brothers also took up jobs too which meant Cynthia would be left alone at times, she was eventually prescribed on anti-depressants and tried to just return to her normal self. This is around the same time that she discovered her powers, her father had similar powers so it was just a matter of time till she blossomed, this caused even more upheaval for her, with all this she decided to drop out of school, she just couldn't deal with that ontop of everything else, she became scared of herself, scared of what her powers would do, she became a recluse but despite this her father still tried his best to help her through it all, help her control her powers.

Once she decided to sort herself out at age fifteen she decided to travel England touring with her small four person band that she'd gotten involved in called the Shamrock Shackles, travelling around in a classic VW camper-van where which she had many of her first teenage experiences.

After wanting to explore America she found herself living in a cheap apartment in Jump City where she does either busking during the day or playing at bars during the night.

Well since were re-approving stuff. For a weakness her own voice shouldn't be something that she can amplify. Other's voices sure, but her own is rather unfair. It's like never ending ammo.

Well amping her actual body would hurt her physically so even if she could shout, it wouldn't be for very long, and she'd rather use her guitar than lose her voice or damage her throat.

so she wouldn't even do it as a last resort?
