Nano bots: Dravocn is capable of creating serums that momentarily give someone a single effect, usually consisting of a superpower. Only one serum effect can be in place in the same person at a time. If the same person is injected with two serums, the later effect will take over with the first one becoming instantly void. Multiple injections of the same serum do not stack in effects. Dravocn carries 3 syringes of each serum at a time. Each serum effect lasts for 5 minutes.

Sub-Powers:

Enhanced Strength- The target gains 5 tons worth of physical strength.
Enhanced Speed- The target can run at speeds of up to 100 miles per hour. Their reaction time is slightly enhanced to allow them to maneuver at this speed.
Truth Serum- The target is compelled to answer every question asked to them and must speak the truth, with no regard to protecting information.
Enhanced Healing Factor- The target gains a healing factor fast enough to heal from a heavy injury like a gunshot or within 1 minute. The target can re-attach recently severed limbs and survive otherwise fatal attacks while this serum is active.
Flight- The target gains the ability to fly at 50 miles per hour.
Enhanced Intelligence- The target is able to think twice as fast, slightly boosting their ability to dodge attacks and making them a genius while the serum is active.
ESP- The target gains the ability to sense the location of anybody within 100 yards. They also gain the ability to communicate with these people telepathically.
Mind Controlled- The target (struck by an attack that can't auto-hit) is under the control of the person who injected them with the serum. They will follow any orders that do not involve intentionally harming themselves.
Electrified- The target's skin becomes electrically charged. Physical touch from the target will painfully electrocute anyone else.

He has a low physical defense and physical strength, has a low tolerance to electricity

Personality: He is as sadistic as he is cunning. His continued research and experiments have taken himself away from social activity causing him to be socially inapt. Also, due to his research he has read up on almost all of the info life had to give him ... almost ... causing him to become excruciatingly intelligent.

History: Enko-Tenshi was a lonely child who was born so intelligent that his brain collapsed from the weight and bones developed as such to keep him from dying and he found that the best place for him to be was in a laboratory. He learned quantum physics when he was only six years old and developed small and evolving nano bots to help him in his research and had found that he was somewhat of a savant in the magical arts when he was eight. As he grew older he researched and experimented upon anything even himself and even invented everything he could think up of and enjoyed every moment of it. When he was sixteen he had developed a piece of clothing that could withstand a direct nuclear explosion afterwards he formed an entire business uniform and gloves made of such a material and for training purposes he puts on weighted clothing under the suit that is as heavy as it is hard. Nowadays he spends his time researching and experimenting scientific, finding subjects to do so upon, and always finds time to meditate. He lives in a traditional Japanese home including the rice paper walls and a rock garden in the back but under his home lies a laboratory.

Sample RP: Due to the experimentation Genetor had done to himself, he decided to look around for a test subject. He noticed some bank robbers and asked for the money "nicely". The robbers laughed because a kid was telling them what to do. Genetor asked again and the robbers looked at him with malicious intent and Genetor looked at them with interest. The robbers grabbed him by the wrist and he reacted by stabbing them in the ribs with a new serum he had developed. The robbers dropped him and the money as they began to mutate. One of the robbers arms grew massive in muscle and turned a sickly green color whilst his eyes turned red and snakelike. The other robber's legs gained massive amounts of muscle and they then the legs condensed to look like normal arms as the robbers skin turned an odd blue color. Genetor analyzed and noted the results of the serum as the police had come to catch the robbers Genetor smiled and immediately left to the top of a tall building to see the serum in action as both of the robbers had lost their own will and are now acting upon instinct. The green robber picked up one of the cop cars with only his ring and pinky fingers and threw it at the nearest group of police forces as the blue robber speed-fully took out almost the entire group of forces within the buildings vicinity. Genetor took notes and smiled as the serums wore off because the concentration of the serums was to only last long enough to get a full analysis of it's abilities. He then left as the police brutally beat up the now willfully conscious robbers.

Your character needs defined limits and powers.
He can only have three and your app pretty clearly and knowingly breaks that.

His history makes little sense, gives little reason for his power, especially since he doesn't have genius level intellect...and his magic is ignored.

His personality must be in paragraph form.

first of all, 1000 tons, nope. Not 100, maybe 30, if he can't use anything else at the same time and gains no increased defense from it.

His serums will be limited to what he has in his powers. Since these are sorta like spells, if you make them last considerably less time and, in the case of the strength one, less powerful, you can have 9.

His reflexes one needs a more battle effective measurement. Bullet dodging, automatic fire dodging, stuff like that.

Just to be clear, his equipment is nine of the serums you have listed, any mix, but once what you have runs out, you're out.

His suit won't protect him too much from impacts since one of his weaknesses is his body being frail. So if he falls he should definitely be feeling it, along with not having too much endurance.

You'll probably have to make it clear that you're in control of your minions, but if you make a bunch in one post the mods won't be there to back you on that. You shouldn't have 9 people (at the same time.) with super strength helping you after 3 posts.

Those are just warning since the character has a bit different than most, but they are on the app to make sure it's understood and you seeming a bit newish to the kind of rp on this site.
