Nickname(s): Tex
Codename: Texas
Alias(es):Age: 23
Classification: Meta-Human
Affiliation: Chaotic Neutral/Neutral Evil
===PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION===
Hair Color: Red
Eye Color: Green
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 186 lbs
Other Traits:===POWERS===
Powers:The Spartan-II Augmentation Physiology (Strength)
The spartan augmentation has left Tex with a few physical and mental improvements. Her strength has been increased to a point where she can easily lift 10 tons. Additionally she is able to run 35 mph with her armor on, and faster without it, a full 10 over the usual maximum for a human and her cells can regenerate from mild wounds such as cuts, bruises, or even being grazed by a bullet. Additionally her bones heal about 3x as fast as anything of a similar nature. Finally, Texas does not experience fatigue.
Neural Interface
Texas was implanted with a neural interface which she can bring up at any time. This is only visible to her and shows her the layout of the battle field, possibly combat routes, and so on and so forth. It can also be used to analyze and highlight structural weaknesses around her that she can break down or simply use to break down the environment around her, as well as locate power grids, lines, and generators. This is kept running by her AI.
Hand-To-Hand Combat Specialist
Tex is proficient in 18 different fighting styles including but not limited to Kung Fu (all forms), Karate, Tai Chi, Boxing and Street Fighting, as well as many, many more. All of which have been slightly modified to fit her specific style. She has also been trained to fight underwater, in zero gravity, and with heavy air and weight resistances.
Skills:Photographic Memory
Tex is capable of memorizing many lines of code or passwords at a mere glance, showing she has a photographic memory.
Impressive Firearms Skill
Tex is very good with a rifle, although not nearly as proficient as in hand-to-hand.
Weaknesses:Over-Attachment
Tex is shown to exhibit symptoms of several forms of schizophrenia. One of these symptoms is her over attachment to her armor and her AI units. This manifests itself in a constant need to protect these AI units and armor, causing her to act differently when they are at risk.
EMP
The classic, this shuts down her suit altogether, making it so she can't move until a successful reboot. The AI are capable of rebooting the suit and themselves, but will be deactivated for a while as well.
Battery
The suit isn't solar powered. It is powered by electricity and must be charged. Tex can go for 48 hours of use before a charge is required, and as it loses its charge the suit grows weaker.
Equipment:MJOLNIR MK2 Armor
Running parallel with the Spartan program that Tex was involved in, this armor was sent into testing along with Tex herself. This armor is capable of taking up to 20 tons of pressure before it breaks. Additionally it, for the most part, stops fall damage with the addition of several different shocks. Additionally, the Mjolnir armor can be used as a conduit to power things as well as a generator for rainbow codes. The MJOLNIR armor also resists all forms of adhesion with the exclusion of adhesives designed specifically for it. It also has retractable blades on its wrists, shins, toes, fingers, knuckles, and shoulders. Finally the armor is fully capable of movement on its own, but only through the use of an AI. This allows Omega to guide Tex through motions.
Stun Stick
Holstered in a small opening on the hip of her armor, Tex carries a stun stick with functions similar to a low voltage tazer. This stun stick expands to a full length of 1 foot and is predominantly used as a melee weapon with a small electrical charge to it.
Grapple Gun
Containing a cable long enough to scale a 2-story building. Tex uses this gun for both transportation and combat.
AI List:
Omega - Rage
Omega holds the memories of the final days with the project and thus is the embodiment of Rage. While angry, Omega will kick in and put Tex into the theta state. This state makes a being more perspective to information and instinct.
===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===
Personality:With a very consistent bad attitude and worse temper, Tex is known to exhibit signs of schizophrenia and psychotic rage, causing her to unleash her rage on many of the things around her. She is also diagnosed more recently with bipolar disorder, causing her to rapidly swap from manic highs to dangerous lows. While her AI are inactive however, she returns to her usual self, making a series of sarcastic remarks and showing off her superiority impulses.
Strengths:Interests/Habits:Extreme Sadist
===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===
Family Members: None
Place of Origin: None
Current City: Somewhere around the area of Jump City, but has been seen in areas such as Metropolis, implying she travels around very quickly, as if searching for something.
History:Tex spent the beginning of her life as a regular kid, and then a teenager. She was a swimmer, athlete, and was pretty decent at playing guitar in a band with her friends. Once she was 19 and wanted to work with the military, fate singled her out to be involved in Project Freelancer. At first, it was expected to be a project to test the effectiveness of an Artificial Intelligence program in battle. This was the spawn of Tex’s AI.
Unfortunately, the voices conflicting in Tex’s head began to eat away at her as the project proved to be just exactly what a long term exposure to such machines would do to the human mind. Would it drive them insane? Would they accept and meld with it? Would the AI achieve metastability? The result was bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, as Tex slowly and quietly began to snap.
Strangely, in Tex this released dangerous levels of dopamine to her brain, which is shown in forms of adrenaline or when a human experiences self-achievement. This caused her to form an addiction to the use of her AI and showing up her fellow Freelancers. Eventually this caused her to kill most other Agents, stealing their AI for herself.
This left her to be dishonorably discharged for her treason. However, she escaped her sentence with her armor, but not the AI units. All she has left is Omega, which left some unfortunate consequences. Due to how close the AI became to her mental stability, they carried a series of her memories within them, and if Tex wishes to be whole again, she must collect all of them.
