Spoiler:

"The person I am now ...well, let’s just say that I wear more than one mask at a time."

===IDENTITY===

Full Name: Liev (pronounced Lee-EHV) Aleksandr Ehrlichmann
Codename: Honest
Nickname(s): Evey, Lee
Alias(es): ALL THE ALIASES!
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Birth date: September 14
Classification: Shapeshifter
Affiliation: Teen Titans Central Alumni

===PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION===

Hair Color: Really dark brown, almost black. It’s always neatly-groomed and styled fashionably.
Eye Color: The colour of melting gold; looking into Honest’s irises is like staring at a churning vat of pure, metallic, and hypnotic gold.
Height: 6 ft, 2 in.
Weight: Slim, but muscular.
Other: Liev is very handsome and artsy in appearance, most often sporting a black actor’s bodysuit with a full, white ruffled collar. The mask in his character drawing is symbolic of his greed and compulsion, just as the pig is known for. Liev has more blocky-shaped eyes versus the most common almond that slant downward at each end, exemplifying his typical glee while adding a bit of mystery to each of his emotions. He nearly always wears white powder stage makeup, only taking it off for occasions that require subtleness. If wearing colours other than black and white, Liev chooses gold items that match his eyes.

===POWERS===

MASK MANIPULATION:Liev has the ability to shape-shift according to the mask he puts on. This includes physical appearance, voice, and general mannerisms. For example, if Liev were to put on a mask of Dolly Parton he would morph into an exact replica. Animals and creature of the like are also included in what he can transform into. Once Liev removes a mask, he immediately returns to his normal form. Most of the masks he wears are handmade and pertain to a certain personal aspect, just as the pig mask in his drawing represents greed. If he needs to transport his masks, Liev carries them around in a smooth, compact backpack that easily camouflages with the darkness of his costume. • Specific Weakness(es) To This Power: Liev is restricted by a one-hour time limit for each mask. If the limit is crossed without removing the mask, it will physically graft itself into his skin. Also, in order to remove a mask, Honest must be able to reach the back of his neck and touch it somehow, thus enabling an enigmatic row of stitchings to appear and unravel the mask; consequently, morphing into creatures who have limited means of flexibility or have primarily stationary limbs prove to be troublesome unless a companion can touch the back of his neck for him.

HUMAN LIE DETECTOR: With this ability, Liev will nearly-always know whether someone is being genuinely honest with him or just giving a line of bull. Honest is also able to detect which parts of a story are stretches of the truth or near-truth. This ability comes not as a magical power bestowed upon him or born with, but, instead, from the uncanny fact that he lies so much himself; Liev knows lies inside and out. He has studied them, he has practised them, and this practice goes much further than just pulling a good poker face; it's an involuntary action that humans experience that tells what they're really thinking, better known as "microexpressions." If you get the chance, look them up. It'll give a little more truth to this master of lies' truthful disguise.• Specific Weakness(es) To This Power: Unless he’s paying full attention to someone’s face, “reading” lies is a tricky feat. Also, when someone is moving about a lot or has a dang good poker face, pulling off this nifty anti-trick is a no-go.

EIDETIC/PHOTOGRAPHIC MEMORY: For Liev, this "power" is actually a learned skill mainly brought about his extensive studies in human psychology, a childhood where education and superior intelligence were versed adamantly, and a career as an actor with lots of lines to learn. Literal and factual ideas such as sequence equations, memorization of words, and audio memories tend to impress his mind more so than visual queues that are commonly associated with Eidetic Memory. And although this ability is favourable for a great deal of instances, it often hinders Honest more than helps him due to the fact that he has been subjugated to so many traumatic events during his lifetime; this makes it increasingly difficult for him to concentrate on events that happen in the present, for too many hauntings of the past linger on his mind.

OTHER WEAKNESSES: Physical Attacks - although Liev isn’t a complete pansy or incapable of physically harming someone when he’s not using a mask, he also isn’t the grandest practised combatant. • Distress - easily put out by extremely distressful situations, i.e. an event when someone is gravely injured or even dead. • Paranoia: with a tragedy-riddled past and a brother who’s commonly on the prowl, paranoia is pretty much a sixth-sense. • Chocolate - temptation in the form of this cocoa-originated delicacy is second-nature, especially when it’s the “real deal” from his native country, Germany. • Fire - it’s not only his biggest fear; it’s also his greatest interest. It’s hypnotic to watch for god-knows-what reason even though his face was destroyed because of the destructive yet life-giving element. • Self-Doubt - although he’s twenty-two and doesn’t show it, hesitation in his own self-worth and potential greatness has often been a key factor to the many losses he has faced. • Telepaths - if you get into his mind, he can feel it, even if it’s something as innocent as a second means for communication between team members. It’s a labyrinth up there, and one that could rival any creation that Daedalus himself could design. Just the notion of someone prodding about in his cerebral cortex can send Honest on a mentally, maniacal, looney episode of rage, confusion, and the upmost loathing that rivals ten-thousand exploding stars to the transgressor who dared to enter his sacred, secret, and forbidden even to himself domain.

===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===

Personality: Liev's personality, much like the masks he uses, changes often. For the majority of the time, he reflects a small, rambunctious child that always does the opposite of what he’s told and takes joy from causing mischief, while at others reveals a completely different face; this is when the “Honest” persona really starts to drive deep. Everything happy about his normal self is replaced with dark, traumatic, and haunted emotions. Honest will confine himself in his own mind and attack anyone who tries to penetrate it, especially those few he loves dearly. Side note: contrary to popular belief, Liev isn't gay.

Skills: Multi-Lingual; Speaks (in order of fluency) German, English, Russian, and French, and some crude Mandarin Chinese. Understands basic Latin. Liev is very persuasive; he can get most of what he wants by manipulating others. He can also figure out difficult puzzles and riddles. Ambidextrous.

Equipment: He always carries a sleek, compact backpack that easily blends in with the darkness of his costume that is always equipped an assortment of his favorite masks. Liev never goes anywhere without that bag, but when in "serious combat situations," he switched the purse to a light, compact black pouch that sits flat on his back, making it nearly undetectable.

Habits/Quirks: Random giggling or laughter, usually at all the wrong times and places. Inadvertently rhymes constantly.

===HISTORY===

Family: Liev has a large number of family members, he being the second oldest of ten children, plus step-siblings. His blood parents are both very well-known and respected in the financial community, especially by most aristocrats. Place of Origin: Munich, Germany

History: Liev had a troubling childhood; having fourteen other children to battle for adequate attention. Although he is the second oldest, he is often treated as the lowest of the family. Liev always had the compulsive behavior of lying about himself to gain attention from others. The lying got so bad that his parents wouldn’t let him meet new people, for fear that he would lie about who he really was. At age eight, Liev was sent to a religious boarding school, where he was exiled more than at his own home. During that time, he took interest in theater and the arts, and eventually began to make his own masks out of whatever materials he could fine. Once discovered that he was doing so, Liev ran away from the school and began to travel from place to place. At age eleven, Liev joined a touring theater group; this was where he unearthed his power of transformation. The group eventually traveled to the United States of America. Immediately after arriving in the USA, Liev was tricked into enrolling in a military program that promised to gain him fame and respect; this was particularly appealing to Liev, for he was neglected for most of his life. But only after he was officially signed over, he discovered that the group was using the ‘recruits’ for experiments. Liev’s face was purposefully burned, then left smolder and rot. And through the power of his rage, the hatred that came with self-pity, and the determination prove that no one could break him, Liev finally escaped.

But all was not well. Liev still had the ugly, frightening remains of his face. He literally started building his dream appearance by constructing a mask that he would wear all the time, and after many grueling and memory-filled nights, Liev finally finished. His ‘normal’ appearance is really just another mask that he’s hiding behind... one that he’ll never take off.

Liev Aleksandr Ehrlichmann officially resigned from the Teen Titans on Monday, January 15th, 2012, peacefully and with good intentions packed his bags, destroyed his enchanted wardrobe of various costumes and elaborate masks, and left behind the life he had known as "normal" for the past two years. He returned to his hometown of Munich, Germany where he stayed with his Grandmother Dreiher and sought refuge from his troubles and ghosts within the walls of the castle-like mansion that once hosted the ceremony in honour of his best friend and only trusted companion, Model Eleven. After a psychological breakdown and manic episode, Liev’s grandmother searched for a rehabilitative facility where her grandson could get serious, professional help and try to fight his demons with someone who helped in the fight as a job. After a lengthy and trying search, both Liev and his positively influential grandmother discovered  a promising facility located just outside Washington, D.C. by the name of “Greyhound Hospital of Psychiatry for Meta-Humans.” Although admittedly rebelliously, progressed with the programme until mid-February when he was deemed mentally well enough to live on his own again. After returning to Jump City, Liev purchased a modest townhouse and spent his time busying himself with social activities, finding friends very easily as well as keeping them at the same level of ease, too. After having a couple of drinks with an old friend he had made during his adventures in a traveling circus, his friend suggested that he tried something he hadn’t yet tried before: dating. Albeit a semi-rushed endeavour, Liev agreed to meet a young woman by the name of ‘Kady Issacs,’ who he later found out to be one of the many reporters who interviewed him during the celebration of heroes. In March of 2012, Liev is wed to Kady Jane Isaacs in a small, private church on the outskirts of Maine, where Kady was born and raised. Along being blessed with a wife, Liev was also blessed to gain a child, Calvin, whom Kady had had from a previous, disastrous engagement. They moved into Liev’s townhouse where Kady continued pursuing her career as a journalist while Liev looked after Calvin while looking for work that did not fall under the category of crime-fighting. On the day of Easter––what was supposed to be a time of celebration and remembrance of Christ’s resurrection according to their faith, Catholicism––Liev, Kady, and Calvin spent the blessed Sunday at Kady’s parents home, but ironic disaster plagued and tainted the miracle-centered holiday when Kaiser, Liev’s infamous twin, was found murdered behind Kady’s parents’ home. Then, the strings of Fate procured another monumental event in the life of Liev Aleksandr Ehrlichmann; only weeks after Kaiser had been found, murdered, misfortune struck again when Liev’s family went on their ritual evening walk during which Liev offered to treat his wife and child to a hot, fresh sticky bun from a nearby vender. As Liev waiting for his order, Kady and Calvin chose to make their way over to a public fountain where they were attacked by a desperate, random petty thief who demanded they forked over all possessions the had of worth. Kady submitted, not wanting any further trouble with the thief while thinking of her child’s safety. However, as Kady hesitated to give her wedding ring away, the thief panicked and shot both her and her innocent, wide-eyed boy just as Liev had turned round the corner and became aware that the misfortune had even begun. With the grief of lost family and a bright future turned stormy and ugly, Liev took to the bottle to drown his sorrows. One night after downing many, many shots of strong liquor, Liev found himself in front of an old, run-down theatre where he had always wanted to attend or perform in a play at before it went out of business due to lack of sufficient funds. He drunkenly tore down the flimsy planks that barred the double doors, entered the theatre, searched mindlessly for a place where he could cry in pitiful peace, but passed out during his efforts just as he had descended a flight of stairs to the dressing rooms where he was later found by the authorities who recognised the ex-Teen Titans, contacted the higher-ups, and was eventually transported back to Greyhound, although this time less than willingly. At last, Honest gained amnesty for the second time and left Greyhound to begin a new chapter in the tumultuous movie reels that was his stormy life. He returned to Jump City and his apartment, cleaned the house of all possessions that were not his own, repainted the place, then sold it and bought a permanent residence in a luxury hotel using funds amassed from his family fortune. Liev took to spending most of his time in his hotel room, hardly leaving due to extreme depression and frequent pity party as he handed over the task of sustaining the necessities of food, entertainment, and luxurious bathing to the hotel staff.

However, another life-changing happenstance took place when the once-great Teen Titan ran into the young man that had prompted his very joining of the superhero team: Zack Wylder, also known by his superhero alias of ‘Silent Night.’ The two estranged brothers in bond yet not in blood exchanged small talk then decided to engage in a friendly spar during which Honest tasted the thrill of combat for the first time in nearly half a year. Suddenly, living in lavish comfort and relying on money to keep content with life itself became extraordinarily mundane and even sickening to the point of detestability. Silent Night had showed his old friend the truth of how obsessively and unhealthily Honest was trying to bury pain. He reminded Liev that there was a world out there just waiting to be purged of the same kind of low-life scum that killed Kady, Calvin, and their late-colleague Model Eleven.

Armed with a determination to continue the noble cause he had left so abruptly, Honest plans not only to re-join the Teen Titans, but to justly avenge Model Eleven, Calvin, and Kady’s deaths by delivering justice to those who strive to threaten others, especially the often-overlooked, trivial, and otherwise “simply pesky” criminals who could potentially become the next big threat to the Teen Titans and humankind as a whole.

Update (03.19.2014) Honest never died. He does not plan on dying, he never will truly die, and his memory will stand the test of time and be remembered in all realities known and unknown, every world and universe no matter what Fate dictates.

APPROVED.

Very satisfying. One small question though. Do you/Liev speak German yourself? I do, but that's beside the point. Will Liev say something German every now and again? Or will he be purely english?

Thank you; I take your capitalized "APPROVED." As a great compliment.

As for Liev and me speaking German, he speaks it now and then; I know the language sparingly. I forgot to say that Liev knows many languages, as do I. His dialect will consist of English, German, Russian, French, simplified Chinese, and some occasional minor languages. Of course, I will provide a translation with every foreign language. You see, as Liev transforms into the copy of his mask, he also temporarily 'learns' the language of that person/creature. I will be sure to add what I just explained to his character description.

Again, thank you!

Edited stuff that's big enough to call for a re-submittal and *hopefully* a re-approval. P: More detail things are noted in a nice little paragraph at the top of Honest's profile. A look-through would be highly appreciated!
