Boosts the wearers strength to 1 ton, provides effective protection against 5.56 Nato rounds but nothing bigger, has a built in stealth field projector that generates a modulating field that transmits the reflected light from one side of an object to the other making the bearer almost invisible to the untrained eye (sort of like a "Predator's" field). Also there is a heart monitor in the suit, as soon as the wearer dies it blows apart through numerous explosives (no wireless capability) causing the armor to be unrecoverable.
Armor contains a grappling gun that doesn't have to be held to be used, can fire up to 300 feet away and retract in seconds.
All are issued a combat knife and a .45-70 revolver. Some are issued special weapons these would be stated in the beginning and no "heavy" weapons.

Bio: Guild assassins are kidnapped at age 4 and taken to the hidden bunker. Where they spend the next year being stripped of their identity and turned into an open mind. Then they begin training. They spend their first year learning anatomy and "medicine" [reads as poison], the next year they start into hand to hand combat while also learning more about before. Now when their around 10 they begin shooting training everything from sniper rifles to pistols are taught and they continue with these lessons in addition to the others until they are 13 when they learn to track and use stealth, Marksmanship and fighting are still practiced daily but at this point they are experts in their own right. At 15 years old they are given their first assignment and a knife. If they pass they become a guild assassin if they fail they never come back and use their cyanide tooth. What they learn on success is that they never had a real family, that they had been created not born, that they were designed specifically by the guild. This might be a shock but their 'birth family' are the ones to tell them. Every agent once they retire is given a family to create the next generation of assassins.
