Hive mind psychic power - These are not magic they are pure mental force.

• Warp Field - An invisible psychic shield constantly projected around Mal to protect itself from enemy attacks. The field is usually invisible except for a slight shimmer when it activates to absorb or deflect incoming fire. Is capable of diverting anything short of intercontinental missiles and up to 50 tons of direct force. Is able to fly at a rate of 200 mph due to the air behind and under being pushed away by the shield harder. While in flight the shield is reduced to 45 ton from the front and increases to 55 behind him. This can be projected to others to protect them but splits evenly meaning two people means 25 ton and three would be about 16.5 ton and so on. As impacts connect with the shield it will reduce in strength, this will repair itself as time goes by.
  
• Warp Lance - A psychic attack consisting of the Hive Mind's energy channeled through Mal into a focused stream of Warp energy with the power to shock the senses of those it comes into contact with. The lash of psychic energy is capable of knocking out some, or even killing someone with a particularly weak will. Repeated blasts will have a compounding effect.
  
• Memory transfer - By touching someone he can implant memories from his past into their minds. He cannot force memories into someone unwilling, this isn't something really applicable for high stress situations, it has 0 combat potential and would be used purely for plot reasons.
  

His alien biology allows him to live in any environment besides vacuum or extreme heat and cold. Meaning nothing above 670 degrees and nothing below -270 without proper equipment.

Soul vampire – When present he can feed on the souls of the dead and uses them for extending his own life and nutrition. This does not increase his strength or weaken him in any way, it is simply something he does.

Skills:
Manipulation, strategy, can examine DNA and alter it to control evolutions.

Insect repelling materials are highly poisonous and drive him away as quickly as he can move
Inside his shield he is only as strong/tough as a human
Energy weapons and magic [beams of magic and the like, not conjured fire and similar things nor weapons that are enchanted] are capable of ignoring his shield

Mal is a subtle man. He is cruel and disdainful but will not outright attack you. He prefers using his influence to bring you to his side. He also uses his resources to cover up any misdoings he commits.

Strengths:
He is hyper intelligent and will pick up on what someone holds dearest extremely fast, he uses this to twist himself into a figure of trust and authority. He has used this to get into a position of great power, he works in the shadows controlling the news media.

History:
The Doom of Malan'tai was born just before the conquests started. He traveled through space shunned by even those closest related to him. Due to his future rank they were by law forbidden to associate with him for the good of the hive later on in life. He was alone watching as other children played and they would run from him. The adults looked at him like he was filth. They passed by a planet at age 4 and he was shot out of an airlock. His pod crashed on an enemy military planet where he was hunted day and night for six months.

At the end of the six months he had found his way into the manufactured worlds ducts and ventilation. He made his way to a place that was calling out with psychic energy. He found it then, the infinity circuit, the conduit that housed the souls of all the planets dead. He grabbed onto it and began to feed, the souls fed him and made him more powerful than any of the hive before him. As a result though he became flesh and weak like those he had fed on and was cursed to keep the form for the rest of his life.

Mal was then able to scour the world of life wiping out everything and devouring the planet itself to a degree. He made a pod then and launched himself for a new world. He reaped planet after planet that became hostile but spared thousands more worlds. Then his race was exterminated and he felt the ripple of loss tear through his mind making him realize how weak even his own people had been. HOW DARE THEY LOSE AFTER REJECTING HIS STRENGTH. He became savage feasting on 600 more worlds bring the total to eight hundred and twenty six he has destroyed in his life.

Malan'tai has since calmed himself considerably, he arrived on earth just after the dark ages and started the renaissance with the help of many now famous artists and thinkers. He has stayed in the shadows through Earth's history and has just made his way to Jump City to guide his newest acquisition. He is a figure of substantial power, he runs an organization called the guild which turns children into assassins as well as maintaining the news to keep things hidden that he views as "unnecessary". He watches over his Bow like a hawk though and will defend her.

Malan'tai set himself up using his alternate persona he fooled some kids into helping him builid a super weapon that even now orbits the Earth, dormant and waiting for commands. He was planning to use it to take out the Kremlin during the war but a bullet found its way through a wall and hit him in the head. He spent the rest of the war and months out of commission. When he woke he was a John Doe in the hospital. He fled blowing out a window and has been in hiding, his memories were broken but with his contacts and control of the media he's reeducated himself on the modern world. He now prepares for his return, and he's hungry.

How weak is the shield when flying compared to how the shield normally is?

to push the air he moves an 1/10th of the power from the front to the back, so it'd be 9 ton in front and 11 from behind.

Classification - You still have "lord of order" in there. If this is an oversight, take it out. If it isn't, please include something in the history to explain to us what one may be and how he became one.

Weaknesses - Could you add to weaknesses one way of getting through his psychic shield beyond pure force? It could be that it is inactive while he sleeps. It could be that it is disrupted by certain energies. He was struck by a bullet in history, so perhaps there already is a way. If so, please summarise it in the weakness section.

Yeah the classification was an oversight, added two rather than one way. And the way the bullet penetrated was while he was switching into the armor that is no longer present. It deactivated the shield to form.
