Other: Alissa's eyes glow white when she uses her powers, excluding listening to thoughts and speaking in minds. She doesn't mind what she wears, as long as it looks good on her.

Powers:

Alissa can speak in others' minds at will. She can also hear peoples' thoughts at the time, but she can't read minds (she can't discover a person's history, name, etc. unless they are thinking about it at the time). She can choose to listen for thoughts or not.

Alissa can plant illusions in a person's mind, and make them believe almost anything. However, the stronger the person's mind, the weaker the illusion. She can also plant mass illusions, that is, make many people see a hallucination at once. These illusions are weaker than individual ones, however.

Alissa can bend minds to her will. She basically controls the person and can make them do whatever she wants. However, this power is very energy-consuming to use on strong minds and she can't do it very often.

In addition to her powers, Alissa is also a born genius who was tutored from a young age. She had completed two university degrees in psychology by the time she was 15. She has talent in all intellectual areas.

Her greatest talent is manipulating people, either with her powers or just her charisma and knowledge of the human mind. She is sadistic, even when she's being nice, and her charisma and social skills make her incredibly good at talking her way around almost anything. History:
Alissa’s family is incredibly rich, so she never went to school, but instead was tutored from the age of four. By the time she was ten, she was at a high school level. At twelve, she had begun a university degree. By fifteen, she had completed two degrees in psychology and studied body language, technology, French, German, Spanish and Japanese.
Alissa was born with her powers and she discovered them when she was about seven. She had taught herself to control them by the time she turned eleven, and it was at this time that her true personality had surfaced as well. Alissa kept her powers and sadistic personality secret, but when she turned fourteen, she grew sick of her pampered life and drove both of her parents insane with her powers. She then proceeded to take all their money out of their banks and ran away with it. When she was safely hidden in New York City, she created an alias for herself (Lilith Hale) complete with a fake birth certificate and driver’s licence (by then Alissa could drive perfectly, even though she was only fourteen). Alissa went into hiding from her family, creating a new bank account and putting her vast fortune in there. After travelling around for a while, she decided to settle in Jump City, and bought herself a new unit there for her fifteenth birthday. (As all this was happening, she was continuing her studies via distance education).
