Powers: Romulus has no powers.


Skills: Romulus is a recognized technological genius and is rather gifted at hacking, tracking, and designing firewalls and viruses. He is very capable in hacking into many systems, security bases, and accounts although it will usually take him a while to crack anything. He is capable of tracking multiple locations at a time and is very able of finding the location of anyone that is connected to a database of some sort. Romulus has also engineered various bugs in order to plant them in computer systems, a sort of miniature spy. His supercomputer has never been hacked into, due to the amount of firewalls and virus or bug detectors he has in it. He trained in Wing Chun for a bit over a year when he and Nana lived in San Francisco. He continues his training by himself but has advanced little since he requires a teacher.


Weaknesses: His criminal record is a weakness in the sense that if he looks for a job, he will not really have much luck. He has weak lungs due to having been born straight into a house fire and he is not much of a hand-to-hand combat person. He goes through withdrawal symptoms whenever he isn't allowed near Remus or Lupa, which proved to be a great obstacle in prison. He is also quick to agree to help anyone if it will provide a bit of money since he isn't able to afford much; he doesn't care which side he helps so long as he gets paid.


Equipment: "Remus," Romulus' supercomputer that he built back when he was 12. Every year, Romulus adds something to Remus in order to update it. Remus is a large piece of machinery/art that uses 8.2 MW, and has 723 TB of memory space. It has a speed of 17.79 petaFLOPS and is always being improved on. When Romulus has no access to Remus, he uses Lupa, a quaint and rather outdated laptop that he always carries with him in a backpack, along with other cords and cables that he might need.

===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===

Personality: Romulus is a walking oxymoron. He is a sociable loner, an athletic couch potato, and an intelligent idiot. He never really liked speaking with people directly and felt that meeting people via his screen and speaking with pixels was much easier and better than staring at someone in the eyes and trying to hold a conversation. However, when he does get to know someone rather well, he is friendly in his own naive attempts. Romulus trains in Wing Chun at least an hour a day, but for the other twenty three hours, he is either asleep, at his computer, or eating. He is also very knowledgeable in the world of technology and gizmos but is rather clueless to everything else, including people, fashion, and the magical wonders of money. All he knows about money is that he needs it to buy food and pay the measly rent for his tiny apartment.


Strengths: He is a technological genius, able to hack into many systems and has not yet failed in his attempts to retrieve information. Need it be so, Romulus is also somewhat skilled in Wing Chun and has retained what he learned for over ten years, although it still was not much.


Interests/Habits: Romulus spends most of his time on chat rooms or developing a website he has been working on since he was let out of prison. The website is mainly to have something that he would be able to print on a business card whenever he met a potential employer. Romulus has never once been out drinking, since he feels that being inebriated would interfere with his ability to use the keyboard properly, nor does he smoke, due to his already bad lungs.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

Family Members: Aeuoi Wolfskill (nee Crow; deceased) and Alphonse Wolfskill are his birth parents. Salandra "Nana" Lunez, the maid of the Wolfskills, took in the newborn child and never told Alphonse anything pertaining to Romulus.

History: During a house fire, the only son of Aeuoi and Alphonse was born. The maid was hurried out of the burning house with the newborn child in her arms, leaving Aeuoi to die from the smoke and the intense pains that she had gone through. Alphonse returned to find a smoldering pile of ashes. He and Romulus never met. Romulus was born with an advanced brain, proclaimed a prodigy at the young age of 3. Since his youth, he favored technological advances and was able to build his own supercomputer at the age of 12. Using his computer, affectionately named "Remus," he was able to track and discover multitudes of information that he treasured and loved to read. At the age of thirteen, he started getting involved in criminal activities and siphoning money into his "mom's" until the police caught his scent. He remained in prison for several years and only recently was able to stretch his legs outside of a cell, nine years later.


Sample RP: It was interesting, really. The amount of money that the young man was being offered to take on such a job was borderline excessive. And the task that this strange looking man was asking for was not even that difficult. Well, it didn't sound too difficult. Sure, getting past billionaire Bruce Wayne's firewalls would be "difficult" but it didn't sound like much. Rich people liked keeping their money and invading the back accounts would be difficult enough. But here this person was, asking for the very codes that helped keep Wayne Industries standing.

"Kid, if you're successful, you'd be bringing down one of the biggest corporations around. That's got to count for something, especially if you're looking for a challenge," the man spoke.

Romulus took a deep breath, eyeing the case of money in front of him. The amount of money being offered was enough to buy a decent house with a decent car and keep paying off bills for over seven years... And yet, a small voice in the back of his head told Romulus to say no. Romulus bit his lip and looked up, seeing the bodyguards' guns and he gave in. If he said no, they would kill him. He could already guess that much. And yet, how did he know that this strange man would keep his word and pay him after it all?

He didn't. "Alright. Mr... What was it again?"

"Cobblepot," the man responded. "Well, Mr. Cobblepot, you have yourself a deal."
