She has a vertical jump of six foot, and can run at a steady pace of 20mph if her route is fairly straight and clear of objectives. She can bench press 250lbs, and has a high level of pain endurance. Her agility, balance, and reflexes are also enhanced, able to react and such far better than most.
Precision Aiming The activity within the brain center of Roxy is drastically improved, reaching to the very limits of what a human is capable of. It means that in only a mere few milliseconds, Roxy is capable of hitting a target precisely; so long as a clear shot is available. Slight visual obstructions like a light fog, or rain will do nothing to impair this ability, but a thick smog or steam etc. will do so. She's able to judge the distance of an attack or someone from a glance, but unable to gauge the velocity of a move (Blast of wind etc.).
Lie Detection Roxy is capable of sensing the changes in their pulse, voice, body language and heartbeat to determine whether what a person says is a lie. She can’t work out what the truth is, but she can systematically rule out what isn't.
Memory Theft Through touch, Roxy is capable of stealing other people’s memories to gain the knowledge that their memories may hold. She can only remember the memories she has taken for up to twenty four hours before they disappear. Also, it varies whether or not the memories she absorbs are then erased from the target; something she herself has no control over.
===SKILLS=== Computer Hacking Roxy has spent a large portion of her free time playing around with computers. What really interested her was being able to break through systems to exploit them. Though she is only experienced when it comes to computers, and standard security mechanisms found in everyday life. Anything more and it might take her longer to bypass, or down right fail at doing so.
Escapologist Through being caught various times, and speaking to various criminals alike as well as seeing it put into action. Roxy has a good understanding of a few tricks to help with escaping from places such as prisons etc. She will fail at this from time to time, but when she does try you can expect at the very least, a kick ass chase.
Tactician Roxy is very tactile in her thinking. She likes to plan ahead, strategize her next move before making it, detailing the risks and successes of various options and deciding the best course of action. Though situations change, and so must strategies which Roxy will do on the spot when needed, not bothering to give a second thought. A plan will always work out, eventually.
Stealth Roxy is very good when it comes to stealth, her powers enforce that even more. She’s always aware of her surroundings, and how to get places without being noticed. Though she isn’t great at coaching others to follow suit, so in many respects. When it comes to recon, she’s only looking out for herself.
Hand to Hand Combat Roxy is by no means a master in any physical field of combat, but she is a keen learner. She’s been in her fair share of fights and brawls over the years. She can hold her own pretty well, but much prefers having a gun in her hands rather than relying on her skills in this area.

Roxy’s Rockin’ Revolver Roxy’s Rockin’ Revolver is her favourite weapon, and is essentially a standard pistol. It’s lightweight in design, with a medium sized ammo capacity that deals a sufficient amount of damage. This is Savannah’s typical weapon of choice. But don’t assume it is the only weapon she will use; snipers, machine guns, assault rifles and such, she is just as good with. However, being a single pistol. The M-45 Scorpion makes the most sense for her, it’s much more mobile than anything else. It also features a grappling hook attachment if required, as well as a suppressor to silence it (PICTURE).
Roxy’s Rifle The S67 Ghost is another gun which Savannah uses. It isn’t one she carries all the time, but one of her favourites. Fitted with a scope that may allow for up to x50 zoom; it has two modes, single fire and automatic; transforming it between a Sniper and Assault rifle. The ammo clip is fairly large, but ammo is something Savannah doesn’t like to waste. (PICTURE).
===WEAKNESSES=== Human Roxy is still very much human; physical, elemental, magical attacks have the same effect on her as anyone else, only maybe a bit less due to her conditioning. An attack will ALWAYS affect her in some way, which is why she tends to try avoiding a lot.
Gun Reliance Being that Guns are her prime source of attack, having no ammunition to use kind of, you know, sucks. Virtually making guns useless, and she doesn’t really like to rely on her hand to hand combat skills too much.

She relies truly, only on herself and finds it hard to trust anyone else completely in her line of work. She can seem quite cold at times, her intentions tending to be self-motivated. Her tone tends to be quite sweet and innocent mostly, quite jester at times whilst when in a mood, can sound quite dangerous and threatening, yet alluring at the same time.
===PERSONAL BACKGROUND=== Family Members ??? West (Father) ??? West (Mother) Place of Origin Steel City Current Location Steel City History Roxy hails from the crime infested industrial city of Steel. Born the daughter of a drunkard, and of a well-known red light district worker, clearly Roxy had a great family. Wrong, her mother passed away through child birth, and her father was an idiot, or a scumbag, the word she would use. Roxy had the smarts and wits about her to get out of that place, running away from home at only age six. A scary age to have been on the streets, but Roxy was cunning and smart enough to get by just fine. She found herself soon getting involved in criminal activity. At first, stealing, she was small and nimble, the perfect candidate for getting in and out of places unknown. But of course, there are many gangs on the streets and so Roxy found herself running into trouble with a few. A group from one gang decided to ambush her after a heist when she was about eleven. It didn't end so well, Roxy with a gun in hand, and five dead bodies in front of her with two more thugs running for their life, whom, she shot down. That was the first time she felt as though she was in control, that she was to be feared. Roxy began using guns from then on, showing an incredible understanding of the marksman artistry. It was at age fourteen that she left her home city, managing to catch a plane out of there, to Madrid, Spain. With her developing skill set with the use of guns, her high intellect and recently displayed proficiency in stealth; she became an assassin, a thief. Working around places such as Spain, Portugal, Italy; honing her craft, completing assassination contracts for whomever paid the most. She stayed in Europe till she was around 20, before heading off to Japan in search of work there, and well, there sure is plenty of it. Roxy has only allegiance to herself, and immersed herself within many different cultures to develop a growing amount of experience. Few friends have been made along the way, mostly enemies and most recently, she has returned back to the States, Gotham City to be exact.
She’s only been in Gotham City for just over a month now, and already finds herself in Blackgate Penitentiary after being apprehended by none other than the caped crusader himself; Batman. Savannah had been contracted to kill the mayor of Gotham, and unnamed client had set the job and obviously it was never completed. Luckily for the Mayor, Batman arrived just on the scene before Savannah could fire that killing shot, the single shot that would of turned Gotham upside down. In prison now, Savannah has shown a rather aggressive nature; not fond of being captive like some caged animal. As it stands she is scheduled to be moved to Arkham Asylum. That however didn’t turn out as planned, as Mike Stokes ambushed the convoy, freeing Roxy whom would go on to join the villainous group.

| In general, provide a more exact explanation of how Savannah came to the prime form she is in, more than just a gradual, stacking honing and fine-tuning of human physiology ( e.g. why the activity within her brain center has been drastically improved. )
Precision Aiming: pushing the power-play envelope with this. No superhero has perfect superpowers or abilities, even the most powerful such as Superman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, et cetera. Please set faults and weaknesses to this power watch for specifics when referring to visual obstructions, consider more factors such as moving targets, time frames from shot to hit and how they’re effected by the bullet density, the gun’s length, the environmental factors such as wind/snow/hail, et cetera. Even more so, equate the possibilities of an opposing force, per say a pyrokinetic foe blasting fire Savannah’s way. Another suggestion is to replace “so long as she can see it” to “so long as a clear shot is available.” That will downplay this otherwise power-played ability while still retaining the extraordinary capabilities this power has to bear.
Computer Hacking: pushing the power-play element again; “any electronic defenses” are the key words when determining whether a supreme ability becomes a god complex. However, I’m going to entrust you with employing self-control on this particular power, as you have included a counter-balance of time. Use caution.
Escapologist, Tactician: Again, careful with the power-playing. Avoid even the concept of “always” in regard the extent of how long, how far, how efficiently, et cetera a task can be accomplished.
Equipment: You’ve got an all-go for this area, congratulations.
Basically, downplay the power-play and you’ll be good. |
