| Night Hawks, Shadow Hand, and DREAD have all been inactive lately. It might be more accurate to say they have been nonexistent. This isn't anyone's fault. The teams simply haven't proven popular enough to keep around.
So let me cut to the chase. These teams will be officially dissolved unless they gain support quickly. I am not trying to pressure anyone into quickly making a character to join these teams. On the contrary, I am not expecting them to gain enough support. But if I am wrong and a bunch of people really want to be Night Hawks, Shadow Hands, or DREAD troopers, then all is well and we shall keep those teams.
In one week from today, I will check this thread again. Any of these 3 teams that cannot find 5 committed, active members by that time will be officially disbanded.
