Weaknesses: Since they are only two arms attacks from multiple directions could be very troublesome despite their speed, also the arms are limited to 3 feet radius of him making far range users a real danger.
Skills: The arms can react to a large boulder crashing towards him, for catching something as small and fast as a bullet. However focus on something this small and quick limits him to being incapable of focusing on other attacks.

He short temper and ruthless actions is what forms him as an evil character. he sees his opinions as absolute and will strike down those who claim otherwise. Also his general outlook on mankind is that they are more of a plague, that will soon destroy its home and itself if not stopped.His main intention is seeking a weapon his father talked of that would let him "Cleanse the world"

History: Marcus was born of a kind working mother and father, both aiming to support him. His father was a pastor at the church and was adored by many. Life was good for him, unfortunately it was not meant to last. As Marcus soon discovered his power and with it a darker side to his father. Like any person there were people that Marcus' father did not like. Whether it be a con man stripping old ladies of their rainy day money or some abusive spouse he would teach Marcus that using his powers to hurt these kinds of people was a good thing and would bring blessings to him. As time went on it became second nature to want to punish people that did wrong. The speed of the hands could knock someone across the room in half a second and nobody would even see it. As his powers grew his father became more interested in the power of supernatural perhaps having a positive use. This is when he came upon the weapon described as the "Arm of God" he spoke very little to Marcus of it only mentioning slightly seeming to want and wait till he understood more.
However this would never come as Marcus' mother and father had slowly been stealing money from the church and when this information made its way to Marcus he saw his parents as simply more people that must be punished. Marcus left his home a few days after his parents died in a car accident supposedly caused by lousy brakes. Marcus remembered one thing from his father being the object the :Hand of God" perhaps with it he could fix the soiled world and create a more perfect place his father had spoke of.
Sample RPSitting at the table Marcus popped another malt ball into his mouth as the news flashed messages of common crimes that brought his blood to a boil. The news seemed to drown out the other sounds in the bar until the loud clank of the glass on the table snapped him out of it. The waitress bringing him the float he requested. He had completely forgotten about it but accepted it with a smile. The mix of the sweet float and malt ball in his mouth gave him a joyful sugar buzz. He looked over the small notebook he carried trying again to put the clues together in his head, again his concentration was broken by a rather large man who apparently had one too many and was making a bit of a fuss with the waitress that had just given him his drink. "Doesn't concern me" he figured as he continued looking over his book. The smashing of glass brought his attention again the the situation apparently it had escalated as the man was now holding a broken bottle and pointing it at the waitress. The instant as the man swung at the waitress a loud crashed echoed to the outside world. The man's head had crashed though the bar table and the waiutress was untouched. Marcus stood dropping the payment and a small tip on the table as he made his way to the door. under his breath uttering the words "human filth."
