Calling All Titans!: Alert to Threads

So I've added a new section just to see how it goes.

It's for all the neglected threads out there that never get going because they were overlooked or someone went AFK/MIA for an extended period. This section is like one of those white boards or clipboards people put on their refrigerators reminding all house hold members of their duties.

Basically, if you need anyone to post or join a thread that's been sitting for a while just post a link to it in there. Within that thread there can also be questions asked and what not, in case someone did plan on joining but wasn't sure about it. It also can be used to remind those who may have overlooked or forgot the thread to make a post urgently. (I suggest putting their name in title of reminder if you wanted someone specific in it) Also, if something specific is needed for thread a brief description would be necessary as well.

This section isn't only for Titans to be clear or even just heroes.

This section should be checked often by everyone and once the thread is done or responded to the reminder for it will be removed. That way the section doesn't get all crowded and threads that need urgent posting can get them asap.

Hopefully this speeds up posting and makes the community here more whole and a little bit more organized; well functioning.
