History:Early History
In a galaxy far away there was a planet who's inhabitants surpassed all other planetary civilization with their Technology. These inhabitants were Namah's, short, four eyed people and they were at war with each other's country ever sense the first Namah's came out of the swampy ocean's. After a century of war the civilization was suddenly destroyed by one massive weapon. This weapon had destroyed the planet, leaving bits and pieces of the world to orbit around it's sun. However, some of the inhabitent's scientist had predicted such a horrific happening and had created force fields around certain valuable parts of the planet. These islands were protected so well with the shields, they were continually growing. The remaining Namah's started anew.
Then came a scientist who wanted to fuse the planet back together. His name wasn't important but what he does is. The other Namah's had left their homes, moving to different planets and breeding with different intelligent lifeforms to create hybrids but the scientist wanted to restore the planet by all means. He first needed to fund his project so he decided to create 10 cyborgs out of failed clones of Namah's which was his original idea was to create an army of Namah's clones. These 10 were called by their codes. Hojo, Oda, Mori, Shimazu, Takeda, Uesugi, Date, Chosokabi, Hattori, and finnally Tokugawa. These were his generals and soon he created an army that followed the commands of the general's second and his first. He started conquering different solar systems, gaining money and power beyond his wildest dreams, losing sight of what his true goal was.
Soon the 10 generals were getting tired of obeying the scientist. They rebelled against him, creating an army of their own. This army was made out of robots only loyal to the generals. They overthrew the scientist and separated the many different solar systems among themselves, taking one chunk of Namah's planet away as their castle ports. A thousand years have passed and the 10 generals were tired of sitting about, ruling a kingdom of no war. They sent scouts to looks for a place to skirmish and fight like the old days. The scouts had found one place, Earth.
The 10 generals elected an Emperor to watch over the solar systems while they left for this new planet. When they arrived they decided to pick a land that no one would bother with, something far away from the other civilizations that no one would notice but with inheritances of a ferocious nature. They found a place to start their war. Japan.
Country at War
The 10 generals began their clans fivety years before Japan's "Country at War" era (1575). Each Clan leader had a talent that made their clan climb to the top without the use of their advanced technology. The Tokugawa clan were master's of Intrigue, Stealth, and betrayal. Lead by their leader "Tokugawa Musashi". Before he became the famous Miyamoto Musashi, he was a brutal leader. He would send Ninja's to assassinate leaders of minor clans that occupied Japan and send the heads of his victims to their heir's. He raided towns for money, slaughtered hundreds for land, and forced the most beutifull women to marry him. Tokugawa Musashi was the most despised of the 10 generals yet they feared him. Tokugawa stopped his raids after the youngest general, Hattori, begged him to stop. Tokugawa valued the young female general for her bravery and for what she had done in order to help him fight against a larger clan. He stopped his raiding and waited for the remaining years until the begining of the Country at War.
The war started after the 10 generals staged an argument with the Shogunate of Japan. They claimed that the Shogun was corrupt and wicked, saying he had no honor and declaring war against him. This was their game. Whoever conquered Kyoto and all of Japan first will become the Shogun and winner of their little war game. The Date clan was the first to expand their land while the Hattori conquered the sea of Japan and surrounded the current Shogun. The other Generals slowly took land from the other clans until they only remained to fight an all out war against each other. However, the Tokugawa clan had not expanded their domain. Their was no word from the clan. Then came the Hattori clan's attack on Kyoto. As they marched to the gate's of Kyoto they were stopped by another army. On the banners of the castle's, on the banner carrier's back's were the Banner's of the Tokugawa clan.
Tokugawa Musashi stood in front of the gate's with an ambush party hidden in the feilds that surrounded Kyoto. He drew his sword and with a strong yell the samurai that laid hidden in the fields attacked the Hatori units, surprising them and soon defeating them. The Tokugawa clan pushed the Hattori clan back to their capital, and taking it. When Tokugawa conquired the Hattori's land, he had the Hattori clan leader kneel down in the courtyard of the capital's castle and insert her sword through the right side of her stomach, where an empty hole would scan her sword and shut her down temporarily.
When Tokugawa Musashi conquered Japan he had gathered the dorment bodies of the Generals in his castle and turned them on. The generals bowed low to the winner of their war game. The general's left Japan and headed for their homeworld but Tokugawa Musashi stayed. He wanted to learn more about these humans and what better way then to leave the Tokguawa Shogunate to his heir and travel throughout japan as a Vagabond.
Vagabond
Before Miyamoto set out for his journey to learn more about the nation he ruled, he decided it would be best if he had a clean slate. He accessed his memory bank and deleted all memory, leaving behind a replacement memory. He had made a back up memory within his tech sword (Katana with a micro chip embedded inside the hilt, sending an electric wave towards his memory core and restoring his memory along with any other memories he gained). He left specific instructions for his most loyal samurai's to have him fight as a Yari Ashigari (Peasant Spearmen) in his own army and asking that the General lose this battle with another of his army disguised in old Hattori armor.
After the battle, Miyamoto was left there as both armies retreated, surrounded by dead bodies, no memory of what had happened. He wondered around finding a village 10 miles away from the battlefield. He left his armor behind in order to move around more easily. The village was named Takezo after a local legend of a samurai who won a five day long duel.
Miyamoto lived in the village for two years, enjoying life as a simple peasant. He was feared in the village for his eyes. They were evil, menacing, as if he had seen thousands of battles. He was avoided and was left alone in the village. He left the village, seeing that he was not welcomed. He traveled to Kyoto, where he began his journey of becoming the world's greatest swordsman. He was cocky when he entered the city with only a wooden sword to use in a duel. He first fought against a school of swordsman taught by two brothers whom were the head of the clan that owned the school. He killed five men with such strength that it was mythical. His fighting stopped when he was challenged by one of the brothers, the youngest and strongest. The duel ended when the clan's school started burning down because of the clan's many rivals. Miyamoto promised to come back, three years from now, to duel the brother.
During these three years, Miyamoto traveled to a local monastery and fought against a master monk who fought using a spear. He defeated him by seeing what can't be seen. His eyes were atuned with what he thought was the after life, but in truth his mechanical components where upgrading themselves as he was training. He dueled against the Monk and ended with the Monk defeated but alive. He promised when his training ended and his famous duel had ended he would come back and fight against the Monk not as rivals but as friends.
His next stop was at a mountain across Japan. In the mountain there was a legend about a ghost who fought with a sickle and a chain with wait on the end of it. When he found this local ghost it was nothing more than a man living with his daughter. He fought against him and won by cutting him down. He tried to avoid doing so but he couldn't stop, he couldn't stop his blood lust. Then, outside of the house in a feild where they dueled, he heard a whimper. He looked back and could see the daughter watching. His heart was torn at the sight and he left her there. He learned that rage was not the key to fighting, that a calm blade is more skilled than a rage-filled one.
After the three years had ended, Miyamoto Musashi arrived in Kyoto, his exploits famous. He was readying himself for the duel outside the city when he was attacked by the eldest brother, whom was shorter and quicker than his other brother. Miyamoto had cut him down easily, a challenge that was once impossible to anyone. He dragged the dead body through the streets of Kyoto on a makeshift mat of hey and set it on the doorstep of the rebuilt school. He gave them three months to grieve and to train. When the time came, he dueled against the other brother. It took five whole days, five days of nothing but fighting, until Miyamoto cut down the brother. He left the dueling grounds and Kyoto to think of what this duel had done for him.
Miyamoto was sitting on a branch of a tall lush tree when a group of angry students had gathered around the tree, not noticing that Miyamoto was sleeping there. He looked down and could hear what they were planning. They were going to take kill Miyamoto Musashi with all 70 students. He jumped off the tree and gave them what they wanted, a duel with the famous Miyamoto Musashi. He treated the fight like it was a one on one duel, cutting down every opponent until the field was littered with all 70 bodies of the students. However one student was still alive, barely. He crawled behind Miyamoto and struck at the back of his leg, causing what was suppose to be an permanent wound. He gasped at the pain and cut down the last student and left the battlefield limping.
A year passed and he dueled young samurai seeking fame and glory. He walked with a stick and seemed helpless. With every duel he won he learned more and more. He grew wiser and kinder. Until one day the Shogun had asked for Miyamoto Musashi to teach his warriors the way of the sword. He went to Kyoto, the capital where the Shogun stayed. There were many other men who were invited to teach the army but only one could teach them. The tournament began. The last round was Miyamoto Musashi and a Deaf samurai. The duel was quick and Miyamoto won with passion. He was given land and built a school there.
Five Rings
Twenty years passed sense he created the school. His injury had fully healed after his last duel. His school was thriving and he spent the remaining days of what he thought was his end in a cave. He created a book, a guide book to how one would reach enlightenment. After he had finished the book and filled it with enough knowledge of what he knew to start another generation of famous samurais. He was attacked by one of his fellow generals whom he did not recognized. Hattori, the one he had decieved, deactivated him and sent him into hibernation. She placed him in a tech coffin that preserved him. He was placed far across the world and burried in what was going to be Titan East Tower. His hibernation would end a month after Joshua's death.
After the Halloween party with the Titans, he finds out that Goth went missing but feels like that Goth moved towards a new place. Not caring for what he called "Spoiled Highness" he decided to take the same action after the world nearly ended with Raven's event. He felt that sense these new opponents are much more powerful thus he needed to be twenty times more powerful. He stowed away on a boat that headed for Japan, where he began his new training. Once at Japan, he traveled around, learning what there is to learn about this time. Unfortunately, he was mugged by a group of people with guns and forced to give up his sword, for now. He doesn't know exactly why he gave up the sword but he had a feeling in this time he saw that guns had become the deadlier weapon.
He found his enlightenment at a museum dedicated to the Civil war of Japan during the 1560-1600. He heard about this museum through advertisements and when he visited he had found his old blade when he was Shogun of Japan. He didn't recognize it but when he grasped the blade, electricity surged from the handle and began to download the realization of robotics. The skin on his arms melted, revealing the metal of his bones and muscles. With this realization, he had found the one weapon that he could match up with the other heroes, himself.
He returns to Jump city with a new look and a new weapon.
