Conspiracy Theory: Wintergreen

Standing just to the right of Control Freak is Slade's butler, Wintergreen. Why would the Brain want Wintergreen in his army? Also, why would Wintergreen want to join such a group of villains?

As Psyphon, one of Ben 10's nemesis's explained. When one super power falls, they move onto the next. If someone's threatening the world, and you used to work for an evil doer, it'd be a good idea to be on the new threat's good side, rather than on their bad.

Basically, just hop to the next bad guy in power. Also, might additionally hate the Titans due to taking Slade down AKA their master.
