Powers
Resurrection - Tommy is human and has no powers to speak of. He is an absolutely normal human being. He is resurrected from death by an outside source no matter what method was used to kill him in the same condition he was in just before his time of death starting from the moment his homeostasis was affected.

The resurrection itself takes place an entire hour after the death occurred and is invisible to those who cannot see parallel planes or different dimensions but to anyone who saw the resurrection occur his body would just wake up as if a glitch in the realm of space time itself had taken place. If there is no body left to speak of then the glitch will appear as if he had just been teleported there.

To those who can see through dimensions they would see the Lord of Chaos restore his soul and physical features, then disappear afterwards.



Break The Wall (Limited) - Although a rare occurrence - for some reason, possibly because he had a run in with an interdimensional omnipotent being, Tommy glimpses through the fourth wall and realizes that he is a fictional character in an amalgamation of stories and talks directly to the roleplayer(s) from time to time. Then instantly forgets this fact after stating it or thinking it. In that moment Tommy does not explore having a conversation with the writer/reader however. He is completely unaware that he is speaking directly to an audience and is more so just talking out loud or to whomever it may concern, maybe even just what he thinks is a figment of his imagination but does not ever actually make reference to a specific person or audience. This ability is usually expressed as outrage to his current situation or a declaration of his feelings towards whatever he is concerned about at the moment:

Ex: "Would it kill you to give me a love interest already?"

"Really, she shoots lasers, can see through walls, and flies?! Who the hell approved that!?"

"Well it's about time I got my own thread."


Skills
Tommy is quick on his feet. His one skill is running! He's faster than the average foot soldier but not so fast that he won't be caught by anyone actually trying to hunt him down in a foot race.

Tommy can perform basic feats of agility such as climbing diligently, tumbling, dead hanging for extended periods of time, etc.


Abilities
Wrong Place, Right Time - Tommy has uneven luck even for a normal human being to the point where it's almost supernatural. Tommy is good at escaping sticky situations, although he seems to unavoidably always get caught in them in the first place. He often has good fortune with getting involved in scenarios with big pay offs but almost never actually reaches the intended goal.

Tommy is just capable and likeable enough to consistently be chosen for missions, odd jobs, teams, and initiations without having to perform actions that would permanently injure or maim himself and despite his horrible reputation.

Physical Weaknesses
Tommy is completely human in all ways. He is a rather unimpressive human being at that. He's uncoordinated. Not particularly strong for a man. Is easily snuck up on and surprised. Etc...


Mental Weaknesses
Tommy has no memory of the trauma that led to his death or that he was resurrected at all. To him it appears as if he just was rendered unconscious and woke up completely unharmed. This renders him unable to use this curse for plans or any type of personal gain because he is never aware of it.

Tommy is a complete ignorant fool in all ways that apply with an inability to learn from his mistakes.

Equipment
Sometimes Tommy will carry a knife or a small pistol if the job calls for it. But he is usually unarmed unless his employer or someone on his team gives him a weapon.

Personality
Tommy is a complete idiot...

Tommy Lee Jenkins is a delusional male with grand visions of making it big in the world of crime. He believes women love him. That he is a gifted athlete. A skilled fighter. A genius tactician. A natural born leader. Etc. He is the epitome of a privileged caucasian male. However in reality Tommy is a loser by definition. A professional henchman both in mentality, ability, and skill. He is a coward at heart who peeks in confidence when in front of a crowd or knows he has the upper-hand in a confrontation.

Tommy is a bully, a thief, a pervert, cocky in all endeavors he attempts, and an avid bragger. Tommy often will talk himself into very shady situations until he finally reaches a point where he is in way over his head and then has no problem trying to abandon the situation as a whole. Tommy is always looking for the next scheme to make it big and always volunteers for any proposition he thinks will make him a big time gang/team leader. Tommy never learns from his mistakes and will escape a bad situation only to walk straight into another one as soon as possible.

Tommy is often comedic in his expressions and reactions. He has never had an issue with being the center of attention and can easily brush off past experiences as if they never happened at all. If he had a super power it would be his ability to stay positive about himself despite a plethora of past mistakes and trauma.

History
Tommy Lee Jenkins is the middle child of a loving well-off family. His life of crime started in his younger years when he began a life a petty theft and acting out at school. This continued despite all the love and compassion his family showed him until he was finally shipped off to military school by his parents with the high hopes that he would become a reformed member of society.

Unfortunately he was average in all ways possible with an inability to follow simple orders and ended up dropping out of the military academy. Thus began Tommy's illustrious life of crime on the streets of Jump City. However it would seem Tommy's one skill was getting caught, by superheroes nonetheless, and getting beat up in the process. Tommy become a known thug, thief, and general low life of society - a professional at being hired muscle, Tommy began a career as a low-profile henchman. Some police officers even knew him on a first name basis. Tommy-Boy, as he is called, is so well known that many evil-doers don't even bother threatening him or acknowledging his existence at all. Tommy-Boy's name is synonymous with being a complete failure but cheap fodder for any plot that requires quite a bit of manpower.

Eventually Tommy's life of crime lead him to take on more and more jobs that were quite dangerous in nature. Until one day he ended up in a job where his entire crew was meant to kill everything in sight at a temple deep in the wilderness of South Africa on an expedition. It was an odd setting, to say the least, even for Tommy who had been apart of many odd jobs over the years. Monks with weird runic markings on their clothing were being slaughtered left and right as they headed for the center of the monk's sanctuary. While following up the rear of the mercenary party Tommy came across a cat. Now the job called for the death of EVERYTHING, and Tommy had read the description, EVERYTHING was in a bold print. They even italicized it! And although Tommy was well aware of this fact and he had done worse things than kill a cat in his life, for some odd reason, at that moment he could not bring himself to kill the feline and instead shooed it away.


Once the party of hired guns reached the center of the sanctuary the last remaining monk they had been chasing ran to the center where a golden helmet was floating on its own. The monk was filled with bullets before he could even reach the floating artifact. With his dying breath the last monk placed the artifact on his head and was instantly transformed into an omnipotent being who began to killing every member of the crew with just the flick of it's wrist. Tommy was blown to smithereens just like the rest of his crew, blood and guts were strewn all over the sanctuary.


Hours later, after the carnage was done and the omnipotent entity form before had gone, the cat Tommy had spared came to the grizzly scene and located the few remains of Tommy. The cat purred as it crouched near the strewn guts and innards and smirked a very toothy human grin...

Tommy awoke within the sanctuary to find his body completely intact and laying flat on the ground. A boy in a all black schoolboy outfit and hair that was shaped in an odd double horn like fashion floating in front of him.

"Wha-What's going on, what happened to the crew?" Tommy said.

"I like you! You're a useless human that up until now always made the wrong choice. But for some reason you ignored fate and didn't try to kill me. Maybe you'll do something else interesting, yeah?" The floating boy said and then began to pout. "But you're also kind of stupid, so I doubt you'll live long enough to find out..."

"HEY!"

"OH, I KNOW! Until you do something interesting again I'll just keep bringing you back to life if you---" The boy slapped his forehead as if realizing how ridiculous it seemed that this hopeless human would survive in this world.  "Well I guess I should say, when, you die. How's that sound?"

Tommy paused. "Wouldn't it be easier to just make me invincible?"

The boy rubbed his chin. "Nah, watching human's die in terrible ways is kind of a hobby of mine."

"Oh ok..."  

"I've marked you with a curse. So no matter where you go, if you die, I'll be able to find you and bring you back to life. But I don't want you knowing any of this because it may change the direction of fate and all that jazz. And I'd rather not cause any trouble with the space time continuum for a while. Don't want that kind of attention form the Lords of Order right now." The boy floated in in circles around Tommy as he spoke of fate, the space time continuum, lords of order, and curses. "You understand. So you'll be forgetting everything that happened today." The floating boy stood erect, turned his back to Tommy and stuck his hand out opening a swirling portal into existence from his palm, and began to walk through it.

"Wait before you go...Who are you?" Tommy said as he crawled onto all fours and reached out towards the boy.

The horned child looked over his shoulder, smirked and said, "Klarion." Then snapped his fingers.

Tommy found himself sitting on the sidewalk back in Jump City. He couldn't remember what he was doing, or why he was sporting such heavy duty hiking gear from head to toe. Oh well in the end it didn't matter, maybe he could sell some of this gear and turn a quick buck?
