Powers
Kicie are not a particularly powerful race, about as durable and fast as a regular human. Max, however, has a special weapon integrated into her bloodstream that allows her to materialize weapons and armor from a safe vault to her hands. The inventory is seemingly endless.

Skills
Marksman - Max is an excellent shot.

Demolition Expert - She's also excellent at blowing things up!

Pilot - A talented pilot in almost any spacecraft. A skill that likely carries over to other crafts as well.

Abilities
Kince aren't know for strength of power, but one thing they do excel in is cardio. She is almost never out of breath, no matter how long she runs.

Physical Weaknesses
Human Durability - Anything that works on a human works on her.


Mental Weaknesses
Unable to Kill - As terms of her arrest, there is a neural implant in Max's brain that doesn't allow her to kill anyone.

Easily Goaded - Easiest way to get Max to do what you want is to bet her that she won't. She gets in a lot of trouble this way.


Equipment

Wardy - Wardy is the AI loaded into Max's gun. It ensures that she upholds the rules of her probation. One being no killing sentient creatures. The next being no leaving the planet. In accordance to the first, the gun assesses enemies and their durability by starting off incredibly weak. Hitting with roughly the force of a paintball. If the target remains unharmed, the impact is increased. For every hit, the gun increases up to a force of 15 tons maximum.

Arsenal of Grenades - Max has an unlimited amount of grenades she can summon. They come in a few different types, from a paralyzing nerve gas to a cryogenic freeze gas that turns everything it touches to ice. Smoke bombs and frag grenades as well. She is still not allowed to kill with these, though.

Intergalactic Language translator - This is implanted in Max's brain, allowing her to understand all languages and speak ones she is capable of speaking.




Personality
Max is a talkative person that thinks out loud. Snarky and sarcastic, but generally friendly and lovable. She is nice and wants to help people mostly. Not only to shorten her sentence for good behavior but because she actually genuinely does enjoy helping people out. She is horribly homesick, and wants nothing more than to be once again travelling the stars and planet hopping over and over. She's adventurous and easily bored, which tends to get her into tough spots frequently.

History
Max grew up on her planet alone, as most Kicie do. They grow independent immediately, and hunt for their own food quickly. That said, there aren't any real predators on the planet. The food they ate is mostly a nutritious, albeit awful tasting, goo that comes from a special type of flower that grows only there. Most Kicie are comfortable living out their life there, and dying around the age of 300 naturally. Max, however, was not. She always yearned for more.

When she was younger, a stray ship from the Space Force landed on the primitive planet. Max took the opportunity to board their ship when they were adventuring the planet. She took one bite of one of the ration bars they had stored and decided that this planet would no longer be her home.

A stowaway on the ship, the army soldiers returned to their headquarters before they found the child. From there, she joined their ranks. She became known as a star pilot with a thirst for adrenaline. This was exactly what she was too, and one of the force's best soldiers... until she was forced to steal from them.

On a mission to deliver a top secret weapon, her fleet was attacked by space pirates. Max was cornered, with the lives of her crew on her head. She injected the experimental weapon into her blood stream, allowing her the ability to materialize weapons and grenades at will.

It saved their lives, but Max was found guilty of theft. Unable to remove the expensive weapon, they instead sentenced her to a type of "house arrest". She was sent to Earth with specific terms and rules, with her gun programmed to be her warden. Here she is stuck.
