Powers

• Cybernetic Augmentation: While not a power in the traditional sense, Roxxy has after the need to have her arms replaced with cybernetics, has over time continued to add them little by little- she hasn't gone "borg" yet however. Before getting to her more notable enhancements, Roxxy overall has had a series of small enhancements which enable her to interact with electronics or technology differently to other people. She can turn on lights, access wifi-networks remotely, open electronic doors she has access to as a cop, and recieve or transmit messages via text or radio. She can also create small HUDs for visual images, useful for Dispatch warning her of a wanted criminal that was last seen in her area.
  
  But her more notable enhancements, are the sophisticated cybernetic arms, legs and spine she recieved after nearly being killed in her earlier days as a beat cop. For convenience, her limbs aren't any larger than a normal person's but are reinforced and made to grant her superior physical abilities to that of a regular person. She can keep up with your average car, and also for short periods of time carry one at the most. Because of this, her legs and spine required cybernetic enhancements so she could actually bare the weight.
  
  
  
  • Medical Nanobts: A more recent 'augmentation' which utilizes some prototype nanobots designed to accelerate the natural healing of their host- and set broken bones internally. To clarify, they do not grant actual regeneration so much as patching up stuff to prevent internal bleeding blunt trauma, or set bones to help Roxxy fight for longer. Sustaining too many injuries too quickly will overwhelm them.

• Exceptional Technology Specialist: Roxxy while she was in the academy and as a beat cop, learned how to maintain, operate and even improve the SCPD cars and trucks. She has also invented her own gear to make use of her cybernetics.
  
  
• Exceptional Martial Artist: Roxxy loves getting her hands dirty- and what's the point of having giant mechanical fists if you can't use em? She's gone through hand-toh-hand training, but Roxxy really shines when she's able to effectively use her skills as a Boxer.
  
  
• Exceptional Lie Detector: She's a cop that's had to interrogate criminals, she's harder to lie to.
  
  
• Hand-Eye-Coordination: Combined with a few of her cybernetics, Roxxy is good with her hands. Normally translating to use of firearms, it's more useful for using her "Fist Cannons."

• Grit: Not everyone can stand the anguish of undergoing the process of being able to use the kind of cybernetics Roxxy has. But Roxxy has proven that she can be too stubborn to die, without being considered superhuman. She has very good pain tolerance.
  
  Physical Weaknesses

• Metal Limbs: High-powered magnets are not her friend, and their weight also makes swimming... risky.
  
  
• Cyberwarfare: While precautions exist, it is still possible for a talented mind to exploit her cybernetics in creative ways.
  
  
• Tis a flesh wound: The medical nanobots as aforementioned, can only do so much within a certain span of time. The injuries tended to can become... injured again, and too many injuries will be too much for them to handle within a reasonable timespan.
  
  
• Loadouts: As will be mentioned, her alternative loadouts for cybernetic limbs have their own quirks and downsides.
  
  Mental Weaknesses
  
• Short tempered: Roxxy is quick to anger but also quick to cool off so long as no one continues getting on her nerves.
  
  
• Alcoholic: Has a bit of a drinking problem that she manages to just keep under control to do her job- excluding one or two occasional mishaps or hangovers.
  
  
• Stubborn: Roxxy along with her short temper, can also be very stubborn when she's set her mind to something.
  
  Equipment
  
• Metal Crushers: Specially designed, "gorilla arms" based off of her regular cybernetic arms- but bigger! Typically her default "loadout" when she's rolling out with The SWAT, as the arms are bulky enough to shrug off small arms fire- and the forearms and hands are big enough to act as a partial shield. Strength-wise, Roxxy can lift UP TO th weight of a bus, briefly due to the arms already being quite heavy. In addition, her movement speed and the like is also reduced- but her punching speed is still quite fast with the assistance of mini-thrusters at the back!
  
  
• Suppressors: Energy blaster variants of her Cybernetic Limbs, which are thinner than the Metal Crushers but still bigger than her defaults. They are literally arm cannons that primarily fire off concussive blasts of energy intended to subdue criminals non-lethally. The hands or fingers are also capable of projecting a welding torch-like flame. For robotic or more superpowered criminals, Roxxy can crank up the juice to shoot blasts of UP TO 20 tons- doing so too much will however cause overheating and lead to other problems throughout her cybernetics.
  
  
• The Wall: More an attachment than a modified cybernetic limb, it is... literally a heavy duty riot tower shield that was once part of an armored truck. Used with her Metal Crushers, and again when she rolls out with SWAT. With it, anything short of explosives hope to actually break through it and allows Roxxy to slowly lumber into gunfire with ease.
  
  
• SWAT Gear: Standard Issue SWAT gear when needed.

Personality
Roxxanna or Roxxy for short, is a passionate young woman whose had a rough time of it as a teenager. You'd never guess it based off of appearances, but Roxxy's someone that cares enough to help people in trouble. In this same regard however, she has little to no tolerance to anyone who flippantly breaks the law or exploits others for their own personal gain- some would call it a vendetta of sorts. She also has a passion for tinkering and working on her own inventions, or just doing some mechanical work around the station.

Outside of work, Roxxy is more laid back while still maintaining a zeal for excitement. She doesn't do too many quiet nights at home, and usually goes out of her way to look for some extra trouble in the bad parts of Steel.

History
Born to a single father in Ireland who eventually moved to Steel City to further his own boxing career, and help pay Roxanna's way into college when she was old enough. She took after her father in many ways, even taking up Boxing as a hobby. Toward the end of her last year, she found out that her father had been killed in cold blood- one of the local crime families suspected on account of her father not taking a fall. Roxanna dropped out of college almost immediately, and turned her sights on becoming a cop.

She quickly earned a name for herself as a firebrand, but she managed to pass and became a cop. Roxanna did her job well, but always kept her eyes and ears open- always looking to find the people that killed her  father. After much hardwork and sleepless nights, she eventually got her wish and saw that they were brought to justice.. after exacting some personal payback. It wasn't the first blemish on her record, though it was the most serious one to date where she was suspended for a period of time, and had to deal with some legal repercussions.

But then, the crime family the men belonged to retaliated in kind. Roxanna's arms and legs were broken, the rest of her either bruised cut or a bullet in it and left for dead after she fought them tooth and nail. She was lucky to be alive, but the doctors didn't think she'd be able to function properly again even when she recovered from her injuries. Roxxy wanted a third opinion, but her body didn't reflect how stubbornly determined she was. However, her work as a cop seemed to have grabbed the attention of someone with means, as she was soon offered a once in a lifetime, too good to be true opportunity- which she accepted having no other options.

Once she had recovered enough, she underwent a series of operations to cybernetically augment her body. It was a very lengthy process, but in the end she not only regained use of her arms and legs, but they were superior to her old ones. After getting used to the adjustments, and learning how they worked and what she needed to do to make sure that they stayed in working order, Roxanna soon returned to the Steel City Police Department. With her new cybernetics, Roxanna was a force to be reckoned with. But never forgetting what happened to her, Roxanna looked into further augments, most of which were her own design. The others which she needed some more surgery for, she looked to her original benefactor- who was the only one she trusted for the task.

She has since moved up the ranks, and has become a recognized local hero of Steel City!
