Powers

• Steveness: Steves as a whole, are nigh-invulnerable to external environmental hazards- such as lava, running around with scissors, running around with a huge chunk of conductive metal in the middle of a lightning storm- being struck by lightning due to said conductive metal. The exceptions to this exist, and while not seriously injured, Stief can come flying out of lava with his Steve tush on fire.
  
  
  
  • Speedy Steve: Stief is very nimble, even for a Steve. He is at least as fast as a cheetah!
    
    
  • Sneaky Steve: While not clear, when Stief covers the lower part of his face with a bandana, he turns completely invisible!
    
    
  • Steve Shenanigans: Stief can run on water, up walls, or along the ceiling- he can even run off a cliff for a short period of time before remembering gravity is a thing and inevitably falling.
    
    
  • Swiping Stief Smack: Stief has the power to Swipe a Superpower via Steve Smack! He doesn't at all use this said power, and it can be easily retieved again.
    
    
  • Sack Stevelation: Stief is capable of manipulating his trusty "Swiping Sack" or ANY sack for that matter in such a way, he can IN THEORY steal an entire Giant Letter T. Whether or not he can achieve that level of altitude to do so is another matter entirely.

• Steve Stuff: As per norm of Steves, Stief does not need to sleep, eat, breathe, drink, and is immune to disease through his Steveness.
  
  Physical Weaknesses
  
• Steveness: Steves are not well known for their superior strength with the odd exception of Super Steves, or Steve The Superstrongman. Stief is no exception, and is physically a mild nuisance at best.
  
  
• Anti-magic: Stief will avoid this literally like the black plague, and will gleefully abandon whatever he is trying to steal to prolong his own Stevespan.
  
  
• Swiper no Swiping!: Stief's sack is crucial, and if for whatever reason he loses it- well he's gonna have a bad time.
  
  
• Steve Sounds: Lesser on the weaness tier system, like ALL Steves, Stief cannot verbally communicate or even write in any understandable language. To Non-Steves, his speaking sounds like a series of honks and squeaks.
  
  
• You can't see me, I'm sneaking!: Stief turns invisible, his sack or anything else he might be carrying... is NOT invisible.
  
  
• Give that back!: Superpowers Stief steals become trapped in a magic bubble-like pokeball. Fortunately he only has two nubs, which means usually he's limited to stealing two powers at a time. Additionally, the powers can be retrieved by the owner breaking the bubble.

  Has a healthy fear of fire from Scorching Steves burning his stuff!

  Equipment
  
• Steve Space Sack: Stief's claim to fame, and key to his entire Stief Shtick. On the surface, closely resembles a normal burlap sack that just so happens to have a Steve "face" on the outside. But INSIDE the sack, is a gateway to The Steve Space- or a pocket dimension within another pocket dimension where all kinds of things are kept. It's very much a realm of holding and allows Stief to pull things out from it.
  
  More importantly though, he can also put things INTO it and for all intents and purposes, that thing is trapped. He can only have ONE new thing inside of it at a time (or a ton of very small things, like Jelly Beans), and instead of just immediately going into The Steve Space, the thing he has trapped inside the sack will... just be inside the sack. But the sack's interior space will be spacious and comfy, and if a person gets trapped in there, they can try to get out again.
  
  The sack itself is also nigh indestructible... except to anti-magic, which is the bane of All Steve existence.
  

Personality
Stief is an exception to the passiveness of Steves, and is a clear cut example of someone you wouldn't trust to watch your house for you while you went on vacation. Stief is something of a kleptomaniac, and will definitely try to steal anything not bolted down. Stief is seldom charitable, and hordes even his own garbage... for awhile. He is mostly interested in stealing things which other people owned, and also seems to enjoy pulling off flashy heists with the aid of his fellow Sneaky Steves.

History
Like all Steves, Stief doesn't remember... much of his life prior to becoming a Steve. While he remembers slightly more than most, it only served to help him create his own identity amongst the countless Steves. He quickly fell into the Sneaky Steve crowd, and showed Steveceptional talent in stealing stuff without thinking. He wasn't just content with just stealing tangible stuff, but he set his Steve Sights even higher. So he started stealing colors! He stole people's sense of safety! He even captured the hearts of people everywhere- figuratively speaking.

Stief has since IGNORED The Big Boss' commands to run away from Jump City. He wasn't scared of no spooky plots! There was so much to Steve and Steal, and less Steves meant MORE JELLY BEANS FOR HIM!
